Abstract

This research was conducted at PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL)RokanHulu located in Kunto Darussalam District of RokanHulu Regency. This study aims todetermine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance ofemployees of PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) RokanHulu.In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS programver. 23for windows.The population in this research is all employees of production part of PT.EkaDura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) RokanHulu in Kunto Darussalam District RokanHuluRegency which amounted to 171 employees. The sample in this research is taken by usingproportional random sampling method that is 63 employees. Methods of data collectionusing questionnaires and free interviews. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear analysismethod with result of research that is Y= 4,165+0,176X1+0,505X2.The research that has been done show the result that the respondent's response toorganizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance in good category. Whilefor the T test that has been done shows that the variable of organizational culture and jobsatisfaction partially significant effect on employee performance.And F test results show thatsimultaneously organizational culture and job satisfaction employee. And for calculation ofcoefficient of determination (R2) obtained value of R Square equal to 0,713 to employeeperformance.This shows that organizational culture and job satisfaction give effect of 71,3%on employee performance, while the rest 28,7% influenced by other variable not examined inthis research.Keywords: Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction,Organizational Culture.

The study aims to determine how the transformation of organizational culture in Viz cake Pekanbaru. The study with kualitatif. Approach the study positivism. Techniques of collecting data through interviews. Informants as much as 5 people. Based on the interviews, process of transformation in Viz cake Pekanbaru at 2012. And in process of transformation as well. Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) The influence of organizational climate on turnover intention of PT. Gita Riau Makmur (HINO) Pekanbaru, 2) Effect of organizational climate on Job Satisfaction of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur (HINO) Pekanbaru, 3) Effect of Job Satisfaction on turnover intentions of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur (HINO) Pekanbaru, 4) Effect of organizational climate on turnover intentions of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur (HINO) Pekanbaru through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.This research is a study using a quantitative approach. The subject of this research is PT. Gita Riau Makmur (HINO) Pekanbaru with 118 employees. Data collection using questionnaires, and data analysis using SEM-PLS analysis with warpPLS 4.0 software.The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational climate has a significant negative effect on turnover intentions of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur (HINO) Pekanbaru, 2) organizational climate has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur (HINO) Pekanbaru, 3) Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention of PT. Gita Riau Makmur (HINO) Pekanbaru, 4) Job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational climate on turnover intention of PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture on organizatonal commitment with job satisfaction as intervening variable for employees of PT. Pegadaian Cabang Pekanbaru. The metode used is descriptive and quantitative using the program SPSS 23. The Population in this study were all employees at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Pekanbaru 156 employees. The sample used was 61 employess. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional stratified random sampling anda methodes of collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis used the validity test, realibility test, regression test, determination test,, t test and f test. So it can be conclude that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive effect and significant on organizational commitment and organizational culture has an indirect effect on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an interevning varible employee of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational climate on work oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb) nurses at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. It was proposed two indenpendent variables and one dependent variable, namely job satisfaction and organizatinal climate as indenpendent variables and oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb) as a dependen variable.This research methods are descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 21, where the sample used is nurses at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with 71 respondents. To take the sample, the writer used cencus method. Technique of collecting data was through questionnarie and interview.  The result ofanalysis using the validity test, reability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test. As the result, it can be seen that both the job satisfaction have significant on oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb), that organizational climate have significan effec on oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb). Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the performance assessment and reward to employee performance at PT. Pekanbaru Nugraha Ekakurir Line. The sample in this study were 43 respondents and the method used by census method is that the entire population is used as a sample. The data in this study uses the survey method through a questionnaire filled by employees. Data obtained from the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested using SPSS statistics. The results of analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), individual significance test (Uj t), and similtan significant test (F test) so that it can be seen that the performance appraisal variables affect employee performance variables, reward variables effect on employee performance, and performance appraisal variables, reward variables simultaneously affect the performance variables of employees. The calculation results are known as R Square is the coefficient of determination and the R Square value is 0.770. This means that performance and reward assessments affect employee performance by 77%Keywords: Performance Assessment, Reward, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the job involvement and organizational commitment and influence the performance of employees at RSIA Milano Teluk Kuantan. Involvement as variable (X1), Organizational commitment as a variable (X2), and employee performance as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 23, where in the samples used are 40 employees who conducted the census and data collection through questionnaires. The results of the analysis using the validity, reliability, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression test t, and test F. It can be concluded that work engagement significantly influence performance of employees at RSIA Milano Teluk Kuantan, that organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of employees at RSIA Milano Teluk Kuantan, and job involvement and organizational commitment significant effect on the performance of employees at RSIA Milano Teluk Kuantan.Keywords : Job Involvement, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizational climate and organizational commitment and its effect on employee performance at Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru. Climate Organization as a variable (X1), Organizational Commitment as a variable (X2), and employee performance as a variable (Y). Method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where sampel used is 89 employees conducted by census and technique of data collecting through koesioner. The result of the analysis using the test of validity, reliability test, test of determination, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test so that it can be concluded that organizational climate has significant effect to employee performance at Hotel Grand Zuri Pekanbaru, Employee performance at Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru, and organizational climate and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Grand Zuri Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research supposed to know the the influence of work characteristics and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that was distributed to 77 respondents at nurse in the hospital Pekanbaru Medical Center. And then, the data is processed with descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 22.0 by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test).The results showed that the first hypothesis testing, Job Characteristics of Organizational Citizenship Behavior is t arithmetic (5.952) > t table (1.992), meaning Job Characteristics significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Second Job Satisfaction of Organizational Citizenship Behavior is t count (5,788) > t table (1,992), meaning that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Test results F arithmetic (35,421) > F table (3.12), meaning that the Work Characteristics and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.  Keywords: work characteristics,  job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Study aimed to describe the influence of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior banking employees with organizational commitment as a moderation variable (study in Bank Nagari branch Pekanbaru). Job satisfaction as variable (X), organizational citizenship behavior as variable (Y), organizational commitment as variable (Z). The menthod in this research is descriptive and quntitative using SPSS 21, where the sample use are 45 employees performed byproportionate stratified random sampling method and data collection technique through questionnaires. From the results of the data analysis that includes a test of validity, reliability, normality, multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, simple linear regression, moderation regression analysis, determination, test t, and test f. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a significant effect to organizational citizenship behavior of banking employees in Bank Nagari branch Pekanbaru, job satisfaction has a significant effect to organizational citizenship behavior of banking employees with organizational commitment as moderation variable in Bank Nagari branch Pekanbaru.Keyword : job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment
