Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behavior (studies on nurses of RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan). Transformational leadership as the first variable (X1), Organizational commitment as the second variable (X2), and organizational citizenship behavior as the third variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where the sample used by 72 nurses, sampling using the formua slovin conduted by purposive sampling and technique of data collecting through questioner. The result of this analysis using test of validity, reliability test, determination, simple linear regression test, T test and F test so it can be concluded that transformational leadership have significant effect toward organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment have significant effect toward organizational citizenship behavior. Transformational leadership and organizational commitment have significant toward organizational citizenship behaviorin RSUD Puri Husda Tembilahan. Abstract

Selection is process of get applicant who precise by several specific step that havepurpose to get employee approriate with need of enterprise and hope future haveinfluence to good performance. The step of selection in this research are formapplication work, pshycotest, sample test work, and interview test.Performance is achievement level work through ability and effort that haveemployee where in performance valued are six aspect that is quality, knowledge aboutwork, teamwork, initiative, integrity, and quality personal.PT. Riau Pos Pekanbaru is enterprise of sector publication newspaper that olderand already sturdy as market leader where in this enterprise editorial staff departmenthave important role of contents newspaper because editorial staff department thatsearching news, selecting news, and editing news until needed human resources that havequality high that can get when process selection go on and when process mentionedeffective will be performance good performance.Based on result analysis of research show that selection have positive influence toperformance employee performance editorial staff department of PT. Riau PosPekanbaru. This can be viewed of analysis data that known of t arithmetic(5,559) > ttabel (2,080) and sig (0,000) < 0,05. Abstract

This research was conductedatthe PT Jasa Raharja Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is how toinfluencethe transformational leadership to loyalty working at the PT Jasa Raharja Pekanbaru. The purposeofthis research wastodetermine the effectof transformational leadership to loyalty working at the PT Jasa Raharja Pekanbaru.Qualitative data obtained from filling the questionnaire by respondents transformed into quantitative data to give a score to each answer choice Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis as well as some theories on transformational leadership and employee loyalty. Total population is all employees of the PT. Jasa Raharja Pekanbaru amounted to 39 people. The sampling is done by census method (sampling saturated). To collect data and information in this research technique used is the technique of questionnaire. Source of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from questionnaires while secondary data obtained from the document PT. Jasa Raharja Pekanbaru. Based on hypothetical calculations known t count equal to 3.952 while t tabel with α of 0.05 df of 39 known value table = 2.030 then thus: t count> t table (3.952> 2.023), then this means that is the influence of transformational leadership on employee loyalty in PT Jasa Raharja Pekanbaru.Keywords: transformational leadership, loyalty of employee performance.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Resty Hotel Menara Pekanbaru while the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision and motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Resty Menara Pekanbaru hotel. Supervision and Giving Motivation as an independent variable (X1X2) while Job satisfaction is the dependent variable (Y). In this study the method used was quantitative descriptive with the SPSS program. The population in this study were all employees of Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel, amounting to 58 people. Samples taken based on census method, where the population is sampled is 58 respondents. Data collection method using questionnaire method, testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the study that is Y = 13.997 + 0.503X1 + 0.359X2.Research that has been carried out shows the results that response response to the influence of supervision, giving motivation, and employee job satisfaction at Hotel Resty Menara Pekanbaru in the Agree category. Whereas for the t test that has been done shows that the variables of supervision and giving motivation partially have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. And F test results show that simultaneously shows that the variables of supervision and giving motivation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. And the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained adjusted R square value of 0.713, this indicates that the influence of supervision variables and giving motivation to employee job satisfaction is 71.3%. While the remaining 28.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Supervision, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

            This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support and employee empowerment on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data distributed to 49 respondents to the employees of the General Section of Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing by testing t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous ). The results showed that the first hypothesis testing was organizational support for employee performance, t count (5,762)> t table (2,011), meaning that organizational support had a significant effect on employee performance. Second, employee empowerment is t count (5,206)> t table (2,011), meaning that employee empowerment has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test count (29,191)> F table (3,20), meaning that organizational support and employee empowerment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Support, Employee Empowerment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at the PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, the study aimas to determine the effect of the application of CSR programs to company image. Applications of CSR programs as an independent variable (X), while the company image as the dependent variable (Y).The research methods uses descriptive and analysis using SPSS, where the sample is people around the central office PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru there are 100 respondents. Results from this study indicate that the implementation of CSR programs and significant positive effect on the iamge of the archipelago PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. Based on the identification of determinants shows that R square of 59,7%, which means that company’s image PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru effect by the variable application of CSR programs by 59,7% and the remaining 40,3% is influenced by other variable that are not used in this study.Keywords: Implementation of CSR programs and corporate image

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work performance appraisal and work discipline on nurse performance partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a means of collecting data which was distributed to 55 respondents to the nurses RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The data is then processed using descriptice analysis an statistical analysis using SPSS by conducting validity, reability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (), and hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous).         The results of the research show that testing the first hypothesis is the assessment of work performance on the performance of nurses, namely  (3,920) >   (1,674) it means that work performance appraisal has a significant effect on nurse perfomanc. The second Hasil uji   (12.550) >  (3,18), it means that work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of nurse. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of CV. Lautan Rezeki Pekanbaru. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 40 employees. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application through reliability, validity, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) and the coefficient of determination.The results showed that compensation and work discipline simultaneously and partial have a significant effect on the performance of employees of CV. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline of work on employee performance on permanent employees of PT. LG Electronics Indonesia Branch Office Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. This study used questionnaires as a data gathering tool distributed to 37 employees at PT. LG Electronics Indonesia Branch Office Pekanbaru. The data from the questionnaire was further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R²) and hypothesis test with t test (partial) and F ( Simultaneous).The results showed that the results of the first variable hypothesis testing is the provision of motivation to employee performance is t_Hitung (4.847)> t_Table (2.030), meaning that the variable of motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The second variable of work discipline on employee performance is t? (3.553)> t_Table (2.030), work discipline variable significantly influence employee performance.
