Abstract

Competition is a condition that can not be avoided by any company in its business. Fierce competition in industry will lead to any utilizing all resources to create a strong competitive advantage. One source of profits that can be optimized by the company to improve competitiveness is through the implementation of differentiation strategy. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the differentiation strategy on competitive advantage in the SKA Mall Hypermart Pekanbaru. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires too 100 respondents that consumers who make purchase at the SKA Mall Hypermart Pekanbaru. While making the determination of the number respondents is by using sampling techniques accidental. Aspects of the measurement of the data analyzed done with the formation of indicators on eath statement submited by using the likert scale. In response interval between 1 (disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). Model analysis of the data used in this study using simple regression. The result found that indicators of differentiation strategy, namely product differentiation, service differentiation, personnel differentiation and differentiation image effect on competitive advantage at the SKA Mall Hypermart Pekanbaru. These findings indicate that companies can win the competition. Then it must be able to maintain a competitive advantage, namely the differentiation strategy.Keywords : Differentiation Strategy, Competitive Advantage

Abstract

The problems that arise in this study assumed are the low employee’s loyalty at the Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru showed the turnover absenteeism that fluktuatif. The problems be important because could become threat to objectif of vision and mission of the Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel . It should be solved immediately.This research aims to know how is the description about performance appraisal and the description of employee’s loyalty and how is the impact of performance appraisal towards employee loyalty at the Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru.In this research methodology used is quantitative descriptive correlational techniques which were collected through questionnaire method against 91 respondents, where samples used were employees of the Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the Human Resource Manager. To determine the sample using purposive sampling method. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires.Results of research and hypothesis testing showed that there is a significant positive correlation between the implementation of performance appraisal of the employee's loyalty Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Through the Spearman rank correlation analysis known that relationship Performance Assessment of the Employee Loyalty has a coefficient 0.505 where in the interpretation of the correlation coefficient value indicates there is a relationship between the Implementation of Performance Assessment of the Employee Loyalty categorized as moderate.Keywords : Job Performance Assessment, Loyalty, Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk Dalam Unit-Siak. The independent variable is the quality of work life (X) and the intervening variable is work motivation (Z). While what is used as the dependent variable (Y) is job satisfaction. The study used a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM and PLS analysis. Data analysis using linear regression analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software.               The population in this study were 84 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk Dalam Unit-Siak obtained using the Slovin formula. From the results of tests conducted showed that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of situational leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction (study at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru). Work Environment as Variable (X1), Employee Welfare as Variable (X2) and Employee Morale as a variable (Y). The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the samples used are employees at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru that is as much as 100 respondents. In accordance with opinion (Roscoe, 2009) that the appropriate size in the study is 30 to 500. That number can already represent the population. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire. The result of this research conclude that Work Environment variable and Employee Welfare have significant influence to Employee Morale at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru Keywords: Work Environvent, Employee Morale

Abstract

Human resources in each company is the driving factor of the overall activities undertaken, it shows that in the absence of manpower then the company's activities or activities of the company will not be able to run even though the company has many other resources. To have skilled employees, have the ability to work and loyal to the company, is not an easy thing. Many of the determining factors are human relation.This research was conducted at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) which is located at Jalan Sisingamaharaja No. 65 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of human relations to employee job satisfaction At PT. JNE Pekanbaru.In this research the methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS program, where the sample used is employees of PT. JNE Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the HRD, Front Office and Marketing Manager. To determine the sample using the census method or the total of the total population of employees working at PT. JNE Pekanbaru consisting of 43 people. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and questionnaires.From the result of data analysis which consist of validity, reliability, and simple linear regression, human relation in this research cover 5 dimension, that is adany akomunikasi, the direction, the openness, the existence of mutual respect and the existence of loyalty. Each has a related indicator and have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. JNE Pekanbaru.Keywords: Human Relation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The quality of service is the level of excellence that is expected and control over that advantage to meet the wishes of costumers. As a result of service quality would give customers or costumers in banking to be faithful use the services of the banking.This study aims to know the influence of the quality of services to the loyalty of costumers in the BTN Batara (PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk of Medan) as well as to test the influence of both these variables. The author using the method of analysis descriptive and some theory of the quality of service and loyalty of customers. The indicators used in a variable is an independent is realibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence and variable strapped to is the loyalty of customers. Gathering data using the questionnaire and interview. The sample used is accidental sampling. The source data used is the primary or data obtained directly from the questionnaire and interview. Data secondary is the data obtained from the customer service and the public company the bank, Bank Tabungan Negara of Medan.The results of this is the tests are conducted can be concluded that variable the quality of service used to explain 73,7% impact on the variables the loyalty of customers while the rest of his 27,3% affected or be explained by other variables that are not included in this research.Key word : The quality of service, The loyalty of customers

Abstract

This research conducted in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is how the relationship between transformational leadership and motivation of the employee 's performance in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to find relations transformational leadership and motivation with employee performance in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. This study has three variables, namely , transformational leadership ( X1 ) , motivation ( X2 ) , and employee performance ( Y ) where the relation of transformational leadership was suspected and motivation with employee performance plantation at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru.This study using 224 employees as sample. Data analysis technique used is descriptive and quantitative methods , with a single correlation test and multiple correlation and using the SPSS program , where samples were used that office employees in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. The conclusion of research is: that there is a significant relation exists between leadership tranformasional and motivation with the performance of an employee at in PT. Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Tri Tirta Magnificent Pekanbaru is located at No. 8 JalanLaksamana Datuk Gobah Pekanbaru. Formulation of the problem in this study is How theMarketing Execution Analysis in Mineral Water Product Sales (Case Study PT. MagnificentTri Tirta Pekanbaru).?. The purpose of this research is to know the Marketing ExecutionAnalysis in Mineral Water Product Sales (Case Study PT. Magnificent Tri Tirta Pekanbaru).Techniques of data collection using questionnaires.Based on the results of research conducted found that PT Tirta Tri Megah Pekanbaruimplement four (4) factors that affect the sale of mineral water products at Tri Tirta PT MegahPekanbaru namely improving the quality of services, the determination of the level of bonuses,promotions and low prices for customers, improving service services. Of the four factors areapplied, the business improvement services are the most successful businesses. This is due tothe location oprsional Megah PT Tri Tirta Pekanbaru close to the crowd / market. The surveyresults revealed that the low consumer tastes change employee culture is an obstacle faced byPT Tri Tirta Megah Pekanbaru. The existence of other products such as bottled waterpackaging that provides a variety of advantages, resulting in changes in consumer appetite formineral water products.Key Word: Quality, Distribution, Service, Promotion

Abstract

Application of Motivation is critical in determining the success of the company . High or absence of organizational commitment in self- employees are also caused by a leadership style that is applied in a company . If a leader’s motivation according to the situation faced by the company, it will create a more conducive business climate and ultimately the commitment of employees in the company formed even increased . And so the goal can be achieved with good company. The purpose of this research study is to determine the form of motivation applied to the PT.Sucofindo Subdivision Dumai to know how commitment the organization to PT.Sucofindo Subdivision Dumai and to determine the relationship of motivation and organizational commitment onadministration Departement PT.Sucofindo Subdivision Dumai . In analyzing this study used a statistical technique and model used in this study is the Spearman Rank Correlation . Based on the results of the questionnaire data processing obtained results show that there is a strong relationship between motivation and organizational commitment on the PT.Sucofindo Subdivision Dumai, where the calculation results obtained from the correlation coefficient of 0.730 and hypotheses obtained by calculating t table value of 1.708 with df : 25, and α = 0.05, and t value of 5.340 . Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted , this means motivation has a significant relationship with organizational commitment on the PT .Sucofindo Subdivision Dumai .Thus it can be seen that the motivation has sizable relations with the organization's commitment to the PT.Sucofindo Subdivision Dumai. Abstract

This research aims to analyze organizational culture and work involvement and its effect on nurse organizational commitment at RSJ Tampan Pekanbaru. Organizational culture as a variable (X1), Job Involvement as a Variable (X2), and Organizational Commitment as a Variable (Y). The method in this study is descriptive and quantitative using the SPSS 23 program.the total population in this study was 127 nurses, the sample used was 56 respondents who choosen  by simple random sampling. Techniques for collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. The results of the analysis use validity test, t test and F test. So it can be concluded that organizational culture has a significant effect on nurse organizational commitment at RSJ Tampan Pekanbaru, work involvement has a significant effect on nurse organizational commitment at RSJ Tampan Pekanbaru, organizational culture and involvement work had a significant effect on nurses' organizational commitment at RSJ Tampan Pekanbaru. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Involvement, and Organizational                            Commitment
