Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management in moving the company. The better the existing human resources are managed, the better the results obtained by the company. This research was conducted at PT. Mitra Agung Swadya Kelayang Inhu. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence occupational health safety (K3) and employee discipline on work productivity of employees at PT. Mitra Agung Swadaya Kelayang Inhu. The sample of this study was taken as many as 51 respondents with the Slovin formula. In this study the method used is descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from the results of the consultations were distributed directly to the field using the Random Sampling technique and then tested statistically through the SPSS program. in this study the results obtained are that Occupational Health Safety (K3) and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management people in driving the company. To achieve the company’s goals, employees who have high job satisfaction are needed to anticipate the opportunities and challenges of an increasingly competitive business environtment. This research was conducted at PT Kunango Jantan Pekanbaru, located on Jl Raya Pekanbaru – Bangkinang, Rimba Panjang, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT Kunango Jantan Pekanbaru. The sample of this research was taken as many as 61 respondents using the random sampling method. In this research, the method used is descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from the results of interviews and the distribution of questionaires/questionnaires were then statistically tested through the SPSS program. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis through validity and reliability test. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of recruitment and job placement on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool which was distributed to 95 respondents to employees of PT. Green Planet Indonesia Pekanbaru by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing with t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous). ). The results showed that the first hypothesis testing is the implementation of recruitment on performance, namely t count (9.029) > t table (1.985), meaning that the implementation of recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Second, work placement is t count (12,147) > t table (1,985), meaning that work placement has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the calculated F test (147.554) > F table (3.10) means that the implementation of recruitment and job placement simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performancebranch. Abstract

This study aims to influence the provision of work motivation and work discipline on the morale of employees of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Branch. The variable giving work motivation as a variable (X1), work discipline as a variable (X2) and work enthusiasm as a variable (Y). This research method is descriptive quantitative using SPSS 22 program, where the sample used is 81 employees using saturated sampling technique and data collection techniques using questionnaires. From the results of data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression test, t test, f test so that it can be concluded that the provision of work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, work discipline partially positive and significant effect on employee morale, the provision of work motivation and employee work discipline simultaneously significant effect on morale in employees of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Branch.. Abstract

This study used 47 respondents consisting of all employees of Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of career development and job satisfaction on employee performance at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with the SPSS program. This study uses several analytical tests, namely, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis test, coefficient of determination test (R²), hypothesis testing with t test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results showed that testing the hypothesis of career development has a significant effect on the performance of employees at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru employees. It can be concluded that career development and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence it has on the provision of work incentives and facilities on the morale of nurses at the Tampan Riau Mental Hospital. This research method is descriptive quantitative with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The focus of sampling in this study was 60 nurses at RSJT Riau with the Probability Sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that there is a partially significant effect between the provision of incentives on work morale with a tcount value of 4,316 > ttable 2,001 and facilities on the morale of RSJT nurses. Riau with a tcount of 5,137 > from ttable of 2,001. Furthermore, it is also proven that there is a simultaneous influence between the provision of incentives and work facilities to nurses at RSJT Riau with an Fcount of 16,092> from Ftable of 3.16. Among the 2 independent variables that have the strongest influence on work morale is the work facilities variable with an R Square value of 0.313. Overall, the results of the simple regression test and multiple regression were well received. Furthermore, it is recommended for the RSJ for further facilities to pay attention to providing incentives and work so that the work of nurses will increase every year, and for further research to be able to add other variables and connecting theories between variables that will be a support for researchers in order to improve knowledge. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the application of organizational culture and work motivation to employee job satisfaction at the handsome mental hospital in Riau province partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with the SPSS program. This research was conducted at the Tampan Hospital in Riau Province, which is located on Jl. HR. Soebrantas, Km 12.5, Simpang Baru, Handsome District, Pekanbaru City, Riau, with a total of 75 employees as respondents. This study uses several analytical tests, namely: validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test, and partial test. The results showed that testing the hypothesis of the application of organizational culture and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the RSJT Riau Province, this was shown based on the value of T_count > T_table, and the results of the F test from the application of organizational culture and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in RSJT Riau Province, shown based on the value of F_count 15,894 > T_table 3,12. Abstract

This study aims to influence the work environment and providing work motivation on employee morale at PT Pesisir Hidro Energi Guntung Agam, West Sumatra. Work Environment Variable as a variable (X1), Providing Work Motivation as a variable (X2) and Employee Morale as a variable (Y). This research method is descriptive quantitative using the SPSS 23 program, where the sample used is 107 employees using a random sample collection technique and data collection using a questionnaire. From the results of data analysis which includes validation test, reliability test, determination test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test so it can be concluded that the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, giving work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Morale, Work Environment and Providing Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Morale at PT Pesisir Hidro Energi Guntung. Abstract

This research was conducted at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru, Jalan Imam Munandar No. 17. North Tangkerang, Kec. Bukit Raya, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru simultaneously and partially. In this research, the method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis. Data management techniques use SPSS version 25.0. Sample in this research took a population of employees who worked in the company as many as 48 respondents. To determine the sample using the census/ sampling total method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires using questionnaires, types and sources of data using primary and secondary data. The measurement technique using a Likert scale. From data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with f (simultaneous) and t (partial) test. The results of the research show that giving compensation and work environment have an effect on job statisfactions, simultaneously this research has an effect. Partially, giving compensation has no effect on job satisfaction and the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

An important problem faced by leaders is how to increase morale so that they can support the success of achieving goals. Trying to maintain the enthusiasm of employees so they can work hard. This research was conducted at PT. Abdi Budi Mulia Teluk Panji , South Labuhan Batu, North Sumatra. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of incentives and the work environment on employee morale partially and simultaneously. Providing incentives (X1) and work environment (X2) as independent variables and work enthusiasm (Y) as the dependent variable. The problem in this study is the fluactive decline in employee morale accompanied by high employee absenteeism. Seen from the absence of the company. The sample for this research was taken as many as the number of employees of the third division, namely 60 respondents and the technique used was a census. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested with statistics through the SPSS program. From the results of the tests carried out, it was found that the provision of incentives and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the morale of employees of PT.
