Abstract

As for the problem in this research was the shortage of the consumer's response that it was demonstrated with the sale target of the room had been reached and tended to descend each year. Moreover the existence of the perception from the community uptil now against the place of entertainment karaoke was to be the place that was not good, because uptil now entertainment karaoke was the immoral place and the other criminal action, like illegal drugs, alcohol, etc.. The aim of this research was to know the consumer's response and the business image from the service business karaoke the family of Inul Vizta as well as knew the influence of the consumer's response to the image of the service business karaoke the family of Inul Vizta. This research analysed the data by using the descriptive method and to reply the hypothesis that was put forward was carried out by the analysis of statistics used linear regression simple. Results of the research concluded that the consumer's response has it was thought been good and the image of the service business karaoke the family of Inul Vizta on the whole it was thought has been good. Was based on results of the analysis of the data through the analysis of statistics could be learnt that the consumer's response had relations that was towards the business image. The consumer's response gave the influence that was positive and significant towards the business image, so as if the consumer's response increased then will cause the increase towards the business image.Key Words: Response Of Consumers, Business, Marketing Image.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and relationship marketing on customer loyalty (Case Study PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru. Service Quality as a variable (X1) relationship marketing as a variable (X2) and customer loyalty as (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20, wherein the samples used are customers of PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru by respondents as many as 100 people. The formula used to determine the sample slovin, as well as a sampling technique by purposive sampling. Data collection through questionnaires. Results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and f test. So it can be seen the variable service quality and relationship marketing has positive effect and significant on customer loyalty.Keywords : Brand Image, Brand Trust an Customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee involvement in the implementation of management by olimpic system and employee performance partially. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 99 respondents at PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, Tbk, Perawang employees. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 22.0 by validating, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing by t test (partial).The results showed that the hypothesis testing of employee involvement in the implementation of management by oklimpic system on employee performance is t count (6,342)> t table (1,984), meaning that the involvement of employees in the implementation of management by Olympic system (MBOS) has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Management By Olympic System (MBOS), Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction partially and simultaneously at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. This study uses questionnaires as a means of collecting data distributed to 69 employees by using the slovin formula. Sampling method in this research using proportional random sampling method. The data from the questionnaire was further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 21.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R²) and hypothesis test with t test (partial) and F ( Simultaneous).The results showed that the results of the first hypothesis testing of compensation on employee job satisfaction is t hitung (10,078) > t tabel (1,996), meaning that compensation variable significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Both work environment on employee job satisfaction is t hitung (8,643) > t tabel (1,996), meaning work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The result of F test of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction is F hitung (62,814) > F tabel (3,136), meaning that compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: Compensation, Work environment, Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Career development is a process to improve the skills of the individual inorder to get a better career. And organizational commitment reflects the extent towhich an individual knows and tied to the organization. The aim of this study wasto understand the career development, organizational commitment and careerdevelopment to test the influence of organizational commitment of employees ofPT. Panin Bank Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru.The method used in this research is descriptive and analytical techniquesused is quantitative analysis. The sampling technique used was purposivesampling with a population of 67 people and a sample of 40 respondents. Datameasured using Likert Scale. And then the data is processed by using SPSS 17..The results showed that the influence of career development by PT. Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of training and development technical skills on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data distributed to 70 respondents to production employees have received training and technical skills development of PT. McDermott Indonesia Batam. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing by testing t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous)The results showed that the first hypothesis testing was training for employee performance, t count (6,605)> t table (1,995), meaning that training had a significant effect on employee performance. Second, technical skill development is t count (6,371)> t table (1,995), meaning that technical skill development has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test count (44,806)> F table (3,13), meaning that training and technical skill development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Training, Technical Skill Development, Employee Performance

Abstract

The research was done at On Regional General Hospital Sawahlunto. With the aim to identify and analyze the influence of the Democratic Leadership Influence Loyalty Nurses At General Hospital Sawahlunto. The population in this study were nurses at the General Hospital Sawahlunto as many as 119 people. The sample in this study was set at 83 nurses are civil servants. and data processing using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Based on the test results if the data using simple linear regression can be drawn some conclusions, namely: Chairman of the Regional General Hospital Sawahlunto already implementing demokratis. So seen behavior of each indicator shows the still low leadership in creating a good relationship with a subordinate , Loyalty nurses Regional General Hospital Sawahlunto is running in accordance with the wish of the General Hospital Sawahlunto. But seen from each of the indicators obedience or adherence, responsibility, dedication, and kejujuran.Indikator adherence or compliance is still low. Hypothesis test showed the presence of significant influence on loyalty nurse at General Hospital Sawahlunto. So, when viewed from the hypothesis test leading indicators in creating a good relationship with a subordinate and adherence or compliance is still low.Keyword: Democratic Leadership And Loyalty Nurses

Abstract

This Study aimed to describe the influence of organizational climate and job loyalty to organizational citizenship behavior at the RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru. Organizational climate ²as variable (X1), job loyalty as variabel (X2), and organizational citizenship behavior as variabel (Y). The menthod in this research is descriptive and quntitative using SPSS 21, Where the sample use are 68 nurses performed byproportionate stratified random sampling method and data collection technique through questionnaires.From the results of the data analysis that includes a test of validity, reability, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, test t, and test f.So it can be concluded that organizational climte has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru, job loyalty has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on nurse RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru, organizational climate and job loyalty have significant effect to organizational citizenship behavior on nurse RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru

Abstract

The research was conducted at Traders of fresh fish in a market focused onkey Kodim informannya is Masrial. As for the problems in this research areformulated in the formulation of the problem is whether the marketing efforts toincrease sales of fresh fish (fish market traders case study kodim Soweto)? Thisresearch aims to pemasran efforts to find out who carried out fresh fish merchants(Masrial) in order to increase sales.This research uses Qualitative descriptive method using the theoryadvanced by some of the authors of the marketing programs in order to increasesales in this study, researchers used indicators of the product, the price ofDistribution/location as the measuring analysis of marketing efforts in rankaincrease sales (fresh fish trader's case in the market town of Pekanbaru kodim)The research method used is the method of field research with data collectiontechniques interviews and observations with Key Informant and the informantestablished based on Pemeriksaaan research and research carried out at thechecking of this research is through another source, namely by means ofcomparing the data observations and interviews with key informants andinformants. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and work motivation on the performance of non-medical employees at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used the census method, which used all the population as samples, namely 57 respondents from non-medical employees of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is employee performance. The independent variables (X) include job training (X1) and work motivation (X2), for the data processing program using IBM SPSS 21.0 statistics. The results of this study indicate that partially job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance on the results of the T-test10.169 > T table 2.005and the variable of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the results of the T test count 11,094 > T table 2,005. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of job training and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with F count 71,957 > F table 3.172. The influential variable is the most dominant work motivation.Keywords: Job training, , Work Motivation and Employee Performance.
