Abstract

The background of this research is that the organization can continuously improveits competitiveness. All that can be achieved if the employee is able to provide the bestperformance to achieve organizational goals. One of the employee's performance can beimproved through supervision in carrying out the work.               Supervision is a real and most effective action in realizing employee discipline. Job satisfaction affects the level of employee discipline, meaning that if there is satisfaction from work, then employee discipline is good. With the high discipline of each employee, the company will be able to operationalize all of its business strategies in order to achieve goals.               This research is a quantitative approach survey research. The sample of this research was the employees of PTPN V Kampar Terantam Unit, which numbered 90 employees with a sampling technique using the random sampling method. Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru Area is one of the branches of PT. PLN (Persero) Riau and Riau Islands Region. PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru Area is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru Area is located at JL. Dr. SetiaBudhi No 57, Rintis, LimaPuluh, Pekanbaru City. PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru Area conducts training and internal communication is expected to be able to encourage morale and also improve employee performance.               In this research the methodology used is descriptive, quantitative which is collected through a questionnaire method of 42 respondents. The samples used were employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru Area and as a source of information is HRD to determine the sample used the census method.               The results of the research and hypothesis testing showed that the training had a significant effect on employee performance in the Office Section of PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru Area. And internal communication has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru Area. The training and internal communication variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of freelancers at CV.Balebat in Pekanbaru City. Based on the survey results there are several obstacles that arise in the use of freelancers at CV.Balebat. The object of this study is to analyze the use of freelance personnel used at CV.Balebat and to Know and analyze the factors that affecting to CV.Balebat in using of freelance by adopting the theory of human resource effectiveness from Richard M Steers. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of research that there are still some shortcomings and obstacles in the use of freelance workers at catering business of CV.Balebat Pekanbaru which certainly needs to be considered in order to improve service to consumers. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence organizational climate and career development on the performance of employees in the office. Sampels in this study were taken as many as 50 respondens and techniques used census. The data in this study using survey method through questionnares filled by office employee. Data were obtained by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that organizational climate has a significant impact on performance of employees in the office. Career development has a significant impact on performance of employees in the office. And then simultaneously organizational climate and career development have a significant impact on performance of employees in the office. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in researcing employee’s performance, for example through in-depth interviews of respondents.Keywords: Organizational Climate,Career Development, And Employee’s Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at Energi Mega Persada Bentu Ltd with the problem in the study being the low performance of employees. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of implementing training and organizational culture on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that was distributed to 51 respondents in Energi Mega Persada Bentu Ltd field employees. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using SPSS by validating, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis and hypothesis testing by t test and F test.The results showed that the first hypothesis testing was the implementation of training on employee performance, namely t arithmetic (5.175)> t table (2.001), meaning that training has a significant effect on employee performance. Second, organizational culture, namely t arithmetic (7,616)> t table (2,009), meaning that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. F test results (29.746)> F table (3.19) means the implementation of training and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Implementation Of Training, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and reward on work performance partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that was distributed to 71 respondents in nurses RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The data are then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 16.0 by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test ).The results showed that the first hypothesis testing is performance appraisal on work performance, namely t arithmetic (10, 452)> t table (2.760), meaning that performance appraisal has a significant effect on work performance. Second, the reward is t arithmetic (32, 350)> t table (2.760), meaning that the reward has a significant effect on work performance. Test results F arithmetic (757,712)> F table (3,139), meaning that simultaneously performance evaluation and reward significantly influence work performance. Keywords: Performance Appraisal, Reward, Performance Achievement

Abstract

This research was conducted by Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru located in the street of Imam Munandar (Harapan Raya), Simpang Sudirman No.17, 28282Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employee performance at Alpha Hotel pekanbaru.In this study the method used was quantitative descriptive with the SPSS program ver. 17 for Windows. The population in this study were all employees at the Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru, which numbered 66 employees. The sample in this study was taken using a sensus method which is 66 employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaires (questionnaire) and free interviews. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear analysis methods with the results of research namely Y = 3,646a + 0,404X1 + 1,313X2The research that has been done shows the results that respondents respond to organizational climate, organizational commitment in good category. While for the t test that has been done shows that the organizational climate variable and organizational commitment partially have a significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the F test show that simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment. And for the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by the value of R Square of 0.842, on employee performance. This shows that the development of organizational climate and organizational commitment has an effect of 84.2% on employee performance, while the remaining 15.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational communication on the work discipline of nurses in RSUD Bangkinang.the objek of this study was nurses at bangkinang district hospital with a sample of 58 people calculated using the slovin formula.The study concluded that the results of the t thest showed that work motivation on employee work discipline had a significant influence on employee work discipline n nurses at bangkinang district hospital. T test results showed that organizational communication on employee work discipline had a significant influence on employee work discipline in nurses at Bangkinang District Hospital. The f-test results show that work motivation and organizational communication simultaneously have a significant effect on accepted work discipline.Keywords : Keywords : work motivation, organization communication, work discipline

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the influence of occupational safety and health programs (K3), the work environment are stunned by employee work productivity (case study of the operational field of PT. Karimun Granite). The sample in this study was taken as many as 70 respondents and the technique used by the census. The data in this study used the survey method through questionnaires filled with employees. Data is obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that employment safety and health programs (K3) have a significant effect on employee work productivity. And simultaneously occupational safety and health programs (K3) and work environment have a significant effect on employee work productivity. Subsequent research is recommended to use other methods in examining employee work productivity, for example through in-depth interviews for respondents. Keywords:.Occupational safety and health programs (K3), work environment, and employee work productivity.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the problem of employee discipline in work. Employee insciplined caused delays in a number of jobs and impacted the resulting performance was less than optimal.  In this case the leadership has an important role to influence employees in working to achieve the company's goals.  The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of transformational leadership and incentives on the performance of office employees at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. This research uses a type of explonatory research with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques carried out by using coesioner. The analytical techniques used are simple linear regeresi, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient test, t test and f test. Data analysis using linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 software. The population used is the census method, namely all employees of the office section at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru as many as 52 people. The results of this study show that transformational leadership affects employee performance. Providing incentives affects employee performance. And transfoermasional leadership and incentives affect the performance of office employees at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru.    Keywords: transformational leadership influence and employee incentives and performance
