Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety health (K3) partially and simultaneously.  This study uses a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data distributed to 60 respondents to the workers for the production of PT Aneka Inti Persada Teluk Siak.  The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 16.0 by conducting validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis determination (R2) and hypothesis testing by testing t test (partial) and F test  (simultaneous) .The results showed that the first hypothesis testing was work environment on work productivity  tcount (13,269) > ttable (2,320), meaning that the working environment has a significant effect on work productivity.  Second,  work safety health (K3) is tcount (10,481) > ttable  (2,663), meaning that the work environment has a significant effect on work productivity. The results of the Fcount (149,556) > Ftable (3,169), meaning that work environment and work safety health (K3) have a significant effect on work productivity.  Keywords: Work Environment,  Work Safety Health (K3), Work Productivity

Abstract

The study is conducted at resty tower hotel pekanbaru, the purpose of this research is to find to determine marketing mix factors that influence on consumer satisfaction at Resty Tower Hotel. Marketing mix as the independent variable ( x ).Meanwhile, the customer satisfaction as dependent variable ( y ). The problem in this research is the sales in service room at resty tower hotel pekanbaru did not reach the target. The percentage of sales services seen from the hotel room with a fluctuation on purchase of services rooms within five years. The samples taken from 100 respondents from population by using formulas slovin. Data obtained from the results of a questionnaire and then processed to be tested by statistic program through spss. The results obtained from calculation is that marketing mix had positive impact on consumer satisfaction at the resty tower hotel pekanbaru. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Business Enterprise Development Bank Trash On Micro small medium (case studies On Waste Bank Mastermind Collection at Pekanbaru). In the Business Development Bank Trash Mastermind Collection, has undergone various changes the pattern of business development. Changes in the pattern of business development is done because some of the efforts the mastermind Collection not previously in accordance with the long-term business needs. Source data obtained directly from the key informant interview process to get accurate information.In determining the subject will be examined, researchers using a purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling technique of sampling means intentionally. That is, the researcher determines its own samples taken since there are certain considerations. So, the sample taken randomly, but not determined by researchers. The method in this research is descriptive analysis that describes an overview of research on the variable, and then accompanied by a decipherment based on research results, data reduction stage, the presentation of data, as well as the withdrawal of the conclusion to further sharpen the writing of the results of this research.The study concluded that development of the mastermind collection focused on the renewal of the product. Where every product will be tailored to the needs of consumers. To support the development of long-term, Puppeteer also collaborated with various agencies concerned. The cooperation efforts rated as one of the driving factors are very good for the development of the mastermind Collection. The driving factors of business development the mastermind collection lies in the participation of the community and the availability of raw materials, as well as government support. Still the existence of public participation provide a positive influence for the continuation of the process of recycling the garbage container. Factors that hinder the development of the mastermind collection lies in the limitation of production time, awareness of the environment and mission of the mastermind collection of low as well as the commitment of the workers is very low.Keywords: Product, Human Resources, Network Marketing

Abstract

This research was conducted at Syafira Pekanbaru Hospital with the problem of this research is low employee performance. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of promotion position and working discipline on partial and simultaneous employee performance. This research uses questionnaires as a data collection tool distributed to 75 respondents to non-medical employees of the Pekanbaru Syafira Hospital. Further Data is processed with descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis by using SPSS by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analyses, multiple linear regression analyses, analysis of determinations (R2), and hypothesis tests with T (partial) tests and F (simultaneous) tests.  The results of this study showed that the first hypothesis test is the promotion of the position to the employee's performance, that is thitung (8,376) >ttabel (1,99300), which means the promotion of the position of significant impact on employee performance. Secondly, the working performance of the employees thitung (8,850) >ttabel (1,99300) means that the working discipline has significant effect on the employee's performance. Test result Fhitung (77,839) > Ftabel (3,12), which means that the promotion of job titles and discipline simultaneously has a significant impact on employee performance.  Key Words :Job Promotion, Work Dicipline, Empolyee Performance

This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on nurse performance in Hospital Private Lancang Kuning PekanbaruThis research method is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where sample used is nurse performance in Hospital Private Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru with respondents as many 86 people. For sampling technique used census method. The Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews.The results of ananlisis use validity test, reability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test so that it can be seen that motivation variables significantly influence nurse performance, that work discipline has a significant effect on nurse performance, and A significant influence between motivation and work discipline on nurse performance.Keyword: Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational climate and job satisfaction on organizational commitment (studies on nurse of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru).This research method is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 17 program, wherein the samples used are nurse of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with respondents as many 76 people. For a sampling technique used census method. The data collection is done through questioners and interviews.The results of the analysis using the validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test , t test and F test so it can be seen that variable organizational climate to organizational commitment, that job satisfaction significantly influence organizational commitment, and significant influence between society together climate and job satisfaction on organizational commitment.Keywords: Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This study departs from the problems of the high level of competition inthe industry viewed from the brick sales attainment targets are not realized in thebrick industry for three years terakhir.adanya unrest in considering industrialentrepreneurs brick brick brick is a privately owned business that looks to thebrick entrepreneurs to support their families .. The purpose of this study was todetermine the marketing efforts on brick industry to increased sales and marketingefforts to effect an increase in sales (survey bricks industry in the district UkuiPelalawan. This study analyzed the data by using quantitative descriptive analysisand to answer the hypotheses that have been proposed statistical analysisperformed using simple linear regression. Results of the study concluded that theoverall marketing effort is considered to be good and increase in sales ririskiky awhole is considered very good. Based on the analysis of data through statisticalanalysis, it can be seen b ahwa independent variables (Business Marketing) has amoderate effect on the variable d ependen (Increased Sales). Abstract

The objective of this research wash to find out the effect of compensation and work environment on the performance of field emp;pyes at PT.Multiguna Lestari Abadi Kemuning Indragiri Hilir. This research is located at PT.Multiguna Lestari Abadi Kemuning Indragiri Hilir. The population in this study consisted of 90 employees. Data analysis was carried out by statistical analysis with the help of SPSS. The sampling technique used is the census method and the data technique in this study includes the validity test, reability test, determination test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linier regression analysis, t-test and F-test and prove the hypothesis. The results showed that and work environment had a significant influence on the performance of fild employees at PT.Multiguna Lestari Abadi Kemuning Indragiri Hilir. Based on the results of the study, the R aquare value of 0.351 means that 35,1% of the Compwnsation and Work Environment variabel affect the performance of field employees at PT.Multiguna Lestari Abadi Kemuning Indragiri Hilir. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, employee’s Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of industrial relations and the role of trade unions on the welfare of contract employees at PT.Sari Lembah Subur, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau.In this research, the methods used are descriptive and quantitative. Data obtained from interview data and distributing questionnaires via google from then tested with statistics through the SPSS program. The sample used was 71 employees of PT Sari Lembah Subur contract, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau.The method of analysis used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are that Industrial Relations have a positive and significant effect on employee welfare, the role of trade unions has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of contract employees, and Industrial Relations and the Role of Trade Unions have a positive and significant effect on the Welfare of Contract Employees at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of position promotions and compensation on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses questionnaires as a means of collecting data distributed to 93 employees in Giant Ekstra Nangka Pekanbaru. The data from the questionnaire was further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R²) and hypothesis test with t test (partial) and F ( Simultaneous).The results showed that the results of the first hypothesis testing of position promotion employee performance is(10,637) > (1,986), meaning that position promotions variables significantly affect employee performance. Both compesation on employee performance is (10,637) > (1,986), meaning compesation has a significant effect on employee performance. The result of F test of position promotions and compensation on employee performance is(76,603) >(3,100), meaning position promotions and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Position Promotion, Compensation, Employee Performance
