Abstract

This study uses 3 variables, namely job performance, competence, and promotion position. The job performance variable has 4 dimensions, namely skills and abilities, discipline, personality, and responsibility. In the competency variable has 3 dimensions, namely knowledge, work experience, and able to analyze. On variables promotion position has 7 dimensions, namely aspects of honesty, aspects of discipline, aspects of work performance, aspects of loyalty, educational aspects, aspects of leadership, and communicative aspects. This study was conducted on all employee of the Head Office PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru 83 peoples.  Data obtained from questionnaires and then processed then tested using statistical analysis such as validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, determination test (R2), significant individual test (t test), and simultaneous significant test (f test) with using the SPSS program. The results of the study indicate the influence of Job Performance and Competence on Position Promotion. The better job performance and employee competency, the greater the likelihood of being promoted to higher rankings. The results of the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2) obtained the value of R Square of 0.659. The meaning is that the contribution of promotion position variables and competencies to job promotion variable is 65.9%. Keyword : Job Performance, Competence, Promotion Position

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Job Characteristics on Employee Job Satisfaction at Hotel DyanGrahaPekanbaru. Where two independent variables and one bound are proposed, namely the work environment and job characteristics as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable.              The research method was descriptive and using the SPSS 23 program, where the sample used was employees of DyanGrahaPekanbaru Hotel with respondents as many as 54 people. For sampling techniques using the census method.Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The results of the analysis use the validity test.  Determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and test so that it can be seen that the work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at DyanGrahaPekanbaru Hotel, job characteristics have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at DyanGrahaPekanbaru Hotel, and the work environment and job characteristics have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Hotel DyanGrahaPekanbaru.   Keywords: Work Environment, Job Characteristics and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II Airport Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru as the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT.Angkasa Pura II. Compensation and Work Motivation as independent variables (X1X2) while Employee Performance is the dependent variable (Y). The problem in this study is the performance of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura II. Not as expected by the company. The sample of this study was taken as many as 79 respondents from the population calculated using the Slovin formula. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested with statistics through the SPSS program. From the results of the tests performed showed that Work Compensation and Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the development of career and organizational commitment to employee performance at the Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. Samples in this study as many as 52 respondents and techniques used Stratified Random Sampling. The data in this study using survey method through questionnaires filled by employees. Data obtained from the questionnaire and then processed to then tested by statistical SPSS. The results of analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), individual significance test (t test), and simultaneous significant test (test F) so it can be seen that career development variables affect the employee performance variable, variable organizational commitment affect on employee performance, and career development variable, organizational commitment variable affect simultaneously to employee performance variable. Calculation result known R Square is coefficient of determination and obtained R Square vale equal to 0,471. Meaning career development and organizational commitment affect employee performance of 47,1%.Keywords: Career Development, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Usaha Kita Makmur (UKM) Kuantan Singingi Regency. Samples in this study were taken as many as 56 respondents and techniques used Stratifield Random Sampling. The data used in this study using survey method through questionnaires and then processed to then processed with statistics through the program SPSS. The result of analysis using simple linear regression analysis (t test), and simultant significance test (test F) so that it can be seen that the variable of work motivation influence to employeeperformance variable, work enviroment variable affect to employee performance variable, and work motivation variable and the work environment affects simultaneuosly on employee performance. The calculation result known R Squre is the coefficient of determination and obtained the value of R squre of 0,724. That is, work motivation and work environment affect employee performance of 72,4%.Keyword : Work Motivation, Work environment, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research supposed to know the influence of work motivation and organization communication on employee work discipline (back office) at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. Employee work discipline is one of the factors that makes the company's goals run in accordance with applicable regulations and norms. To improve work discipline, it must be investigated first what factors influence the work discipline. Discipline of employees to their work can not be separated from the motivation of the leadership, colleagues and fulfillment of employee needs in order to motivate also must be considered so that work discipline can increase. In addition to these factors, employee work discipline is strongly influenced by the ability to communicate between each element, because discipline is closely related to the delivery of existing regulations and sanctions and is accompanied by a process of coaching and supervision.The object in this research is the employee (back office) of PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru with a sample of 55 people calculated using the Slovin formula. Data collection methods in the research are primary data and secondary data using questionnaires, interviews and documents in the company. Analysis of the data used is to use the help of the application SPSS ver 25 for windows.This research concluded that the results of the t test showed that work motivation on employee work discipline had a significant effect on employee work discipline (back office) at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. T test results indicate that organization communication on employee work discipline there is a significant influence on employee work discipline (back office) at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. The f test results show that work motivation and organization communication simultaneously have a significant effect on accepted work discipline. Keywords: work motivation, organization communication, work discipline

Abstract

The study uses 3 variables which are supervision, work environment and employee performance. In supervision variables have 4 dimensions of standard work, supervision activities to request work result, comparison of job implementation and taking corrective action. In variables work environment have 2 dimensions which are physical work environment and non physical work environment. In variables employee performance have 4 dimensions which are work quallity, employee knowladge, ability and cooperation.As for the population in this study are employees of the sorting section PT. Citra Riau Sarana Dua Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi which amounted to 42 people and the population in this study used as sample by using census method to all employees, the analisis used in this research is the Validity Test, Realibility Test, Simple Linearregression, Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Test (R2),Individual Significant Test ( t Tes), and Significant Test (F test).The result of research show that the implementation of supervision and work environment has a significant effect on employee performance on PT. Citra Riau Sarana Dua Kabupten Kuantan Singingi. Sapadia Hotel is a three-star hotel (***) in Pasir Pengaraian and located jl.Tuanku Tambusai FOUR intersection Km.4 LGs, Pematang Berangan,Pasir Pengaraian, Rokan Hulu. Sapadia Hotels to exercise employee performance evaluation and reward. Which reward employee performance evaluation and it is expected to encourage the morale and increase employee performance.in this study the methodology used is descriptive quantitative method which is collected through questioner to 55 respondents. the sample used is the Hotel employees Sapadia and as a source of information is the HRD. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the placement of employees and employee loyalty to the employee performance of the Hotel office Dafam.This research was conducted at Dafam Hotel Pekanbaru which located in street sultan syarif qasim kav.150, Pekanbaru.Samples in this study were taken as many as 48 respondents and tcnhniques used census. The data in this study using survey method troughtquestionnaires filled by employees of the office. Data were obtained using simple regression analysis an mutiple regression analysis.The results of thid study indicate employee placement and employee loyalty affect the performance of employees of the office. And simultaneously employee placement and employee loyalty affect the performance of employees. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in examining the performance of other employees, for example through in-depth interviews of respondent.Keywords : employee placement, employee loyalty and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing compensation and work motivation on employee morale partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that was distributed to 49 respondents to the employees of the General Section of Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province. Data from the questionnaire were then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS version 2003 by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing by testing t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous).The results showed that the results of testing the first hypothesis were giving compensation to employee morale, t count (5,284)> t table (2,011), meaning that the compensation variable had a significant effect on employee morale. The second incentive for employee morale is t count (8,233)> t table (2,011), meaning that giving incentives influences employee morale. The results of the F test count (46.405)> F table (3.17), meaning that compensation and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Giving Compensation, Work Motivation, Employee Work Spirit.
