Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Gita Riau Prosperous Pekanbaru. Organizational culture and organizational commitment as a variable (X1, X2) and employee job satisfaction as a variable (Y). The problem in this study is the occurrence of employee turnover and employee turnover is accompanied by employee absenteeism which increases every year. It can be seen from the table of turnover and company attendance. This research is a research that uses a quantitative approach. The subject of this research is PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru with a total of 116 employees and a sample of 54 people calculated using the slovin formula. The sampling method in this study used the Accidental Sampling method, data collection using questionnaires and interviews. data analysis using SPSS. From the results of the tests conducted, it shows Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study uses 3 variables, namely job leadership, supervision and nurse work discipline. The job performance variable has 3 dimensions, namely able to work together, experts in a field and have spirit to move forward. In the supervision variable has 4 dimensions, namely setting standard, measuring performance, comparing performance with standartd and determining results with standard. On variables work discipline has 4 dimensions, namely attandance, responsibilitie, attitude and norm. The sample used are PNS nurses at RSUD Tarutung North tapanuli Regency with 60 respondents. Data obtained from questionnaires and then processed then tested using statistical analysis such as validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, determination test (R2), significant individual test (t test), and simultaneous significant test (f test) with using the SPSS program. The results of the study indicate the influence of leadership and supervision on nurse work discipline. The better leadership and supervision then it will increase and better nurse work discipline. The results of the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2) obtained the value of R Square of 0.629. The meaning is that the contribution of leadership variables and supervision on work discipline variable is 62.9%.  Keyword : Work Discipline, Leadership, Supervision

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much promotion and workload on performance of non medical employee. Sampels in this study were taken as many as 69 respondens and techniques used census sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnares filled by non medical employee. Data were obtained by using simple regression analysis dan multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that promotion has a significant impact on non medical employee’s performance. workload has a significant impact on non medical employee’s performance. And then simultaneously promotion and workload have a significant impact on non medical employee’s performance. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in researcing non medical employee’s performance, for example through in-depth interviews of respondents.Keywords: Promotion, Workload, And Employee’s Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life and participation on the satisfaction of nurses work RSUD Bangkinang. Where two independent variables are proposed and one dependent variable, ie quality of work life and participation as independent variable and job satisfaction a ct as dependent variable.This research method is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where sample used is nurse Non-PNS RSUD Bangkinang with responden counted 57 people. For sampling technique using census method. Techniques of data collection through questionnaires and interviews.The results of the analysis using validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test so that it can be seen that the quality of work life has a significant effect on job satisfaction, that participation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and That quality of work life and participation have a significant effect on job satisfaction.Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Participation, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work experience on nurses' work performance in the Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that was distributed to 61 respondents at the Tampan Mental Hospital of Riau Province. The data are then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 21.0 by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous ).               The results showed that the first hypothesis testing is work discipline on nurse work performance that is tcount (6.436)> t table (2.001) meaning that work discipline has a significant effect on nurse work performance. The second work experience on nurse work performance is tcount (7.879)> t table (2.001) meaning that work experience has a significant effect on nurse work performance. F test results (33.666)> F table (3.16), meaning that work discipline and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on nurses' work performance. Keywords: Work discipline, work experience, work performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at Bintang Lima hotel Pekanbaru. This Research aim to knowing the organization climate influence to the employee work loyality of Bintang Lima hotel Pekanbaru. Organization Climate as independent variable (X) And the employee work loyality as dependen variable (Y). This research takes the responder amount as much 26 people. In this research, data obtained by use the koesioner and interview with use the scale likert and for the nextto processed and analysed by trough the validity test, reliability test, statistican analysm wich is simple linear regression analysis, t test, correlation analysm and determination by using aid of Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) application. Result of this research wich is result of hypothesis t test, t calculate (6,782)> t table (2,064). It is means shown that organization climate is significantly influence to the employee work loyality. Where the value of coefficient of determination shown that intensive variable give the contribution to the employee work loyality variable at 65.7%  and the rest at34.3% influenced by others dissimilar variable which is not discussed in this research. Abstract

This study was to determine The Relationship Work Environment WithEmployee Job Satisfaction (Case Proccessing Part PT. Surya Bratasena PlantationDistrict Of Pangkalan Kuras Pelalawan). This research is located in PT. SuryaBratasena Plantation. Which is located in the village of Sorek Districts Drain BasePelalawan. This research population is all employess at PT. Surya BratasenaPlantation processing section numbering 42 people. Data analisis in this study usingSPSS. Sampling technique is a method used census data and testing techniques usedin this study include validity test validitas, test reliabilitas, analysis korelasi spearmanand uji-t to test and prove the research hypothesis.The analysis showed that the working environment has a significantrelationship with job satisfaction of employees processing section PT. SuryaBratasena Plantation. Based on the results obtained by the value of r (correlationcoefficient) of 0,705% means that 70,5% of employee satisfaction variable processingsection PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation related to the work environment. Abstract

The company is one of the large and comprehensive forms of organization contained in it human beings who act as mobilizers to advance the company. This research uses this type of research with quantitative approach. As for the independent variables of this research, Organizational Communication (X1) and Work Achievement Assessment (X2). As for dependent variables in this research Employee Performance (Y). Sampling techniques using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method, then data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews to employees of PT office. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Duri. Data processing uses simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS 25.This study aims to determine the influence of organizational communication and assessment of work performance on employee performance. The sample of this study was taken by 57 respondents. The results of this study showed that organizational communication affects employee performance. Work performance assessment affects employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and career development on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses questionnaires as a means of collecting data distributed to 63 employees in Media Industries PT. Riau Media Television (Rtv) Pekanbaru. The data from the questionnaire was further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R²) and hypothesis test with t test (partial) and F ( Simultaneous).The results showed that the results of the first hypothesis testing of work discipline on employee performance is(6,718) >(1,999), meaning that work discipline variables significantly affect employee performance. Both career development on employee performance is(7,954 >(1,999), meaning career development has a significant effect on employee performance. The result of F test of work discipline and career development on employee performance is(36,605) >(3,15), meaning work discipline and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Work Discipline, Career Development, Employee Performance

Abstract

Pemberian insentif merupakan salah satu hal pokok yang harusdiperhatikan oleh perusahaan. Semangat tidaknya karyawan bisa jugadisebabkan oleh besar kecilnya insentif yang diterima.Apabila karyawantidak mendapatkan insentif yang sesuai dengan besarnya pengorbanandalam bekerja, maka karyawan tersebut cenderung malas bekerja dantidak bersemangat yang ada akhirnya mereka bekerja semaunya tanpaada motivasi yang tinggi. Tujuan Penelitian dari penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui pemberian insentif pada PT. Indah Logistik CargoPekanbaru, untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah LogistikCargo Pekanbaru dan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian insentifterhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Pekanbaru.Dalam menganalisis penelitian ini digunakan suatu teknik statistik danmodel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah koefisien produkmoment.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data kuisioner maka didapat hasilyang menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara pemberianinsentif dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah Logistik CargoPekanbaru, dimana dari hasil perhitungan tersebut diperoleh nilai r(koefisien korelasi) sebesar 0,76 dan Berdasarkan perhitungan hipotesadiperoleh nilai t tabel sebesar 1,67 dengan df : 59 dan α = 0.05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 8,98. Dengan demikian H0 di tolak dan Ha diterima, halini berarti pemberian insentif memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadapkinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Pekanbaru.Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa pemberian insentifmempunyai hubungan yang cukup besar terhadap kinerja karyawan padaPT. Indah Logistik Cargo Pekanbaru.Kata Kunci: Insentif, Motivasi, Kinerja
