Abstract

This research was conducted by Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru located in the street of Imam Munandar (Harapan Raya), Simpang Sudirman No.17, 28282 Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at Alfbaru Hotel pekanbaru.In this study the method used was quantitative descriptive with the SPSS program ver. 17 for Windows. The population in this study were all employees at the Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru, which numbered 71 employees. The sample in this study was taken using the census method, namely 71 employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaires (questionnaire) and free interviews. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear analysis methods with the results of research namely Y = 2.459a + 0.327X1 + 0.652X2The research that has been done shows the results that respondent's response to career development, work motivation in good category. While for the t test that has been done shows that career development variables and work motivation partially have a significant effect on employee satisfaction. And the results of the F test show that career development and work motivation are simultaneously. And for the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2), the R Square value is 0.927, for employee job satisfaction. This shows that career development and work motivation have an effect of 92.7% on employee job satisfaction, while the remaining 7.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Career Development, Work Motivation, Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to know the influence of career development and work environment on performance of employees PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. In PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, the magnitude of the responsibilities that must be assumed but is not accompanied by the authority in making its decision, this would mean excessive supervisor intervention up to the technical aspects, the standard operating procedures that are too rigid thus making the employees not motivated to find or make decisions faster and employees also saturated to follow a standard that has been established so that the impact on the decline in the performance of the employee. In determining the subject will be examined, researchers use accidental sampling. accidental sampling means the sample determination technique based on respondents who found by investigators at the time of data collection, the sample in this research will be taken on the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru year 2017 with the number of employees as many as 82 people. The method in this research is the analysis of multiple linear, t-test and f-test with the help of SPSS ver 24 applications for windows. This research concluded that the test results showed that the career development t against the performance of an employee the existence of significant influence on performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. T test results indicate that the work environment on performance of employees of the existence of significant influence on performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. F test results indicated that career development and work environment simultaneously significantly influential on performance of employees received.Keywords: Career Development, Work Environment, Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted on a small industrial traditional food lempuk durian, Bengkalis regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the competitive strategy adopted by employers lempuk durian in Bengkalis regency from marketing their products and to find out the constraints faced by entrepreneurs lempuk durian Bengkalis regency.this research used census method by using the tools / techniques of data collection in the form of a structured interview conducted on 15 lempuk durian industry in Bengkalis regency. analysis by the author is a descriptive analysis.From the research, the authors concluded that the competitive strategy applied lempuk durian industry to create competitive advantage with 3 porter generic strategies that cost advantage, differentiation strategy and focus strategy. As well as the efforts made to each of competitive strategy, 1) Efforts to strategy, namely competitive advantage over similar products in terms of the type / shape / size, cost efficiency, and competitive prices. 2) differentiation strategy is through product differentiation, service differentiation, and differentiation image. 3) strategies that focus on serving specific consumer groups, and serve demand orders from certain areas. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the job satisfaction and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The sample in this study was taken as many as 95 respondents and the technique used is census technique. The data in this study using survey method through questionnaires filled by employees. Data were obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. And simultaneously job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on turnover intention. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in researching turnover intention, for example through in-depth interviews of respondents.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, And Turnover Intention

Abstract

This research was conducted on UD. Kemas, Bengkalis regency. The purpose of this study is to knows industry profile of UD. Kemas as a traditional foods small industry in Bengkalis regency from financial aspects, labor aspects, production aspects, and sales aspects because UD. Kemas is a big one of small industries in Bengkalis regency which has a good quality.This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Where non population and sample. This study using key informan to obtain the information needed. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interview with owner of UD. Kemas about industry profile of UD. Kemas. Secondary data obtained from archives about how to make a dodol, lempuk durian, and dragon fruit crackers.From the analysis conducted known that; in financial aspects, profit UD. Kemas in 1 month is Rp. 2.652.250,-, or Rp. 31.827.000,-/year. Labor aspects, UD. Kemas have 18 workers. Production Aspects, the production process is carried out as many as 20 times in 1 month with output is 410 boxes dodol in 1 production. Lempuk produced 3 times in 1 year with output is 45 Kg lempuk. dragon fruit crackers produced 2 times in 1 month with output is 200 packages. Sales aspect, in 1 month UD. Kemas sell 1870 boxes dodol with price of dodol is Rp. 12,500, -/box, but dragon fruit dodol have a price is Rp. 15,000,-/box. Lempuk have a price is Rp. 100,000,-/Kg, and 15.000, - / ¼ pac for dragon fruit crackers. UD. Abstract

This research was conducted at the PT. Andika Permata Sawit Lestari Pekanbaru, as for the purpose of this research is to know the influence of the giving of the motivation and discipline work against employee accomplishments (study at PT. Andika Permata Sawit Lestari Pekanbaru). Granting of motivation and discipline work as independent variables (X1, X2) while the employee's achievements as the dependent variable (Y). The problem in this research is the State of the number of employees at the PT. Andika Permata Sawit Lestari Pekanbaru who experience fluctuations every year, seen from the number of employees in the last 5 years. The sample of this research as much as 49 respondents. Data obtained from the results of a questionnaire and further processed and then tested with stats through the program SPSS. From the results of testing performed indicates that giving motivation and discipline work positive effect against employee accomplishments (study on PT. Abstract

This research conducted PTPN V Sei Buatan have location District Of Dayun Sub-Province of Siak Area Mount II Siak Sri Indrapura. This Research aim to know the effecy of supervision and performance appraisal on work productivity Of Shares Produce PTPN V Sei Buatan.In this research method the used quantitative descriptive with program of SPSS ver. 23 windows for. Population in this research employees part of production PTPN V Sei Buatan ( Palm Oil Mill) Kampung of Sawit Permai District Of Dayun Sub-Province of Siak amounting to 58 employees. Sampel this research taken by using method of Simple Random sampling that is amounting to 58 employees. Analysis which used in this research that is Test validity, Test reabilitas, Analyse Linear Regresi Modestly, Analyse Doubled Regresi Liner, Analysis of Determinasi, t test and F test.From result of examination which indicate that supervision have an effect on signifikan to prouktivitas work employees, performance appraisal have an effect on signifikan to employees work productivity, and also supervision and performance appraisal have an effect on by simultan to employees work productivity. Result of calculation known R Squre represent coefficient of determinasi and obtained value of R Squre equal to 0,438. Its meaning, observation and performanc appraisal influence employees work productivity equal to 43,80%.Keyword : supervision, Performance appraisal, Employees work productivity

Abstract

Research Aims To Know How to Influence the Implementation of Safety and Health at Work (K3) on Job Satisfaction Nurses (Case Study Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru) and how the implementation of safety and health do.The population in this study were nurses at the General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru with sampling as many as 80 nurses using a formula Slovin. The research data in the form of primary data by questionnaire sebaga and secondary research instrument in the form of hospital archives. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect organizational climate and organizational commitment on work oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb) nurses at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. It was proposed two indenpendent variables and one dependent variable, namely organizatinal climate and organizational commitment as indenpendent variables and oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb) as a dependen variable. This research methods are descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 21, where the sample used is nurses at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with 71 respondents. To take the sample, the writer used cencus method. Technique of collecting data was through questionnarie and interview.The result ofanalysis using the validity test, reability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test. As the result, it can be seen that both the organizational climate have significant on oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb), that organizational commitment have significan effec on oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb). Organizational climate and organizational commitment have a significan effec on oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb).Keywords: Organizational Climate, Organizational Commitment, and Oganizational Citizenship behavior.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon east city is a branch of PT. PLN (Persero) Region Riau and Islands Riau. PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon east of the city is one state owned enterprises. PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon city east is in the Dr. Soetomo number 69 peknabaru with working area starting from fifty districts ( jl. Sudirman) to the district jl. Crossing east PT. PLN (Persero) Area of the eastern city of Pekanbaru conducting the implementation of training and employee motivation is epeted to encourage morale and also improve employee ferformance.In this study in the methodology used is descriptive quantitative method which is collected throughquesioner to 42 respondent. The sample used is the PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon City East and as a source of information is the HRD. To determine the sample used census method.Result of research and hypothesis testing showed that the partial training signifificantaffect the ferformanceof employee PT.
