Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru which is located on Kaharuddin Nasution Street No.77, Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru. The problem in this study is that the target of employee promotion has not been achieved in the past five years, this is suspected to have problems in work performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mutation, promotion of work performance of PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. In this study the method used was quantitative descriptive with the SPSS program. The sample of this study was 40 people taken from the total population. The data obtained from the questionnaire is then processed to be tested through the SPSS 23 program. Testing data analysis using simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis from this study are Y = 8,786 + 0,445X1 + 0,679X2. The research that has been done shows the results that the respondent's response to mutations and promotion in the category is quite agree while in the work performance on the categorical agree. While the t test that has been carried out shows that the mutation and job promotion variables partially have a significant effect on work performance. The F test results show that simultaneous mutations and job promotions have a significant effect on work performance. As for the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R Square of 0.711. This shows that the mutation and promotion have an effect of 71.1% on the work performance of employees of PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. While the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Mutation, Job Promotion, and Job Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment  and organizational commitment of employee turnover intention Alpha Hotel pekanbaru. Loyalty is one of the factors that makes company’s goals run in accordance with applicable rules and norms. To reduce the turnover of intent on to subject of what affects the turn of intent. For that organization’s commitment factor has a role to direct the individual. In addition, work environment also have a bearing on one’s behavior. The population of this study is employee Alpha hotel pekanbaru with 66 people calculated using samples census. Data retrieval methods in the research of primary and secondary with using questionnaires, interviews and documents that are on company. The analysis of data is use the application of SPSS ver 25 for windows.            The study suggests that the result of the t indicates that the work environment has a negative impact on the Alpha Hotel employee turnover. The result t suggest that the organizational commitment has a negative impact on the position of Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru employee turnover. The results indicate that the work environment and organizational commitment simultaneously have a negative impact turnover intenton.  Keywords: work environment, organizational commitment, turnover intention

Abstract

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive level, companies must be able to face competitors who offer similar products. Realizing that the company PT. Bintang Property has been prepared by conducting promotions and preparing adequate facilities to meet the needs and challenges needed by the people of Pekanbaru city.This study aims to determine the implementation of promotions and facilities offered, to determine consumer buying interest, and to determine the effect of promotion and facilities offered on consumer buying interest in Villa Gardenia housing type 75 at PT. Bintang Properti Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive quantitative with statistical calculation. Statistical analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. Population in this research is resident of Villa Gardenia type 75 house as much as 150 KK. The sample used in this study taken 50% of the total population is set as many as 75 respondents.The results showed that the promotion of Villa Gardenia housing type 75 at PT. Bintang Properti Properties Pekanbaru is in the category "agree". This means that the implementation of this housing promotion is perceived by consumers is good. While the score of facilities offered on Villa Gardenia housing type 75 at PT. Bintang Properti Pekanbaru also in the category "agree". This means that the facilities offered by this company are perceived by consumers very well. Consumer buying interest in Villa Gardenia housing type 75 at PT. Bintang Properti Properties Pekanbaru is in the category "agree". This means that the products and facilities offered by the company are perceived by consumers very well. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of K3 program and organizational commitment to employee productivity (case study employee of the Paper Machine-2 PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk., Perawang). Application of K3 program is one of the important parts that need to be considered in the implementation of production. Occupational accidents and occupational diseases is still going on in the company due to lack of staff awareness of the importance of occupational safety and health for employees themselves. Organizational commitment is essential for the creation of the employees of the highest integrity and quality and loyal to the company. K3 program implementation and organizational commitment can impact the level of labor productivity. With the implementation of K3 program and organizational commitment is expected to improve productivity of employees in production operations. Research was conducted on employees of the Paper Machine-2 PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk., Perawang. This study takes the number of respondents 79 people.Data obtained through questionnaires and direct observation in the field. Data from the questionnaires subsequently processed using statistical analysis simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis, and testing significance test with t test (partial), F test (simultaneous). The results showed that the test results of t test first hypothesis that occupational safety and health (K3) on employee productivity is (6,261) > (1,991) means that the variable K3 significant effect on employee productivity. both organizational commitment to employee productivity, namely (9,376) > (1,991). This means that organizational commitment significantly influence employee productivity. F test results Health and Safety (K3) and organizational commitment to employee productivity is F hitung (50,951) > F tabel (3,12). Abstract

Sudarso, Buluh Kasap, Dumai Timur, Dumai City, Riau. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of situational leadership style and motivation to influence job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents to employees of PT POS Dumai Branch, which is then processed with the SPSS program by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and test the hypothesis by testing t (partial) and F (simultaneous). The tests conducted showed that the situational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the provision of motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, then situational leadership style and motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of PT POS Dumai Branch. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of nurse placement and incentive partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a tool for gathering data distributed to 94 respondents to nurses at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 24.0 by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous).The result showed that the first hypothesis testing is nurses placement on nurses performance, namely tarithmetic (9,704) > ttable (1,986), meaning that nurses placement has a significant effect on nurses perfoemance. The second incentive is tarithmetic (12,886) > ttable (1,986), meaning that incentive has a significant effect on nurses performance. Test result Farithmetic (92,843) > Ftable, (3,100) meaning that nurses placement and incentive simultaneously have a significant effect on nurses performance.  Keywords: Nurses Placement, Incentive, Nurses Performance

Abstract

This study used 3 variables, namely : Job Performance, Loyalty, and PromotionPosition. On the Variables of Work Achievement has 4 dimensions of Skills and Skills,Discipline, Personality, and Responsibility. In the Loyalty variable has 6 dimensions that areobedient to the rules, Responsibility to the Company / Organization, Willingness tocooperate, Ownership, Interpersonal relationships, and likes to work. On variablesPromotion Position has 3 Dimensions of Education, Experience, and Initiative and Creative.Objects in this study Are employees of the Sales Executive and Counter at PT. AgungAutomall Pekanbaru amounting to 41 employees. The analysis used in this research isValidity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression,Determination Test (R2), Individual Significant Test (t test) and Significant Test (f test).The result showed the influence of Work Achievement and Loyalty to PromotionPosition. The Better Job Performance and Employee Loyalty then the more likely to bepromoted higher positions. Subsequently, the resulted data from quisioner is calculate andtested with statistics through SPSS program. The calculated results is known that R Square isabout 0,419. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru with a problem in the study is the low performance of employees. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and performance appraisal on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 133 respondents to employees of PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using SPSS by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing by t (partial) and F (simultaneous) testing. The results showed that the first hypothesis testing which is organizational culture on employee performance was tcount (15.037)> ttable (1.978), meaning that organizational culture significantly influenced employee performance. Second performance appraisal of employee performance is tcount (8.698)> ttable (1.978), meaning that performance appraisal has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of Fcount (125,590)> Ftable (3,07) means that organizational culture and performance appraisal have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Performance Appraisal, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the transformational leadership style and commitment organiasasi and its influence on employee performance of the office at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya, Pekanbaru. Transformational leadership style as a variable (X1), organizational commitment as a variable (X2), and employee performance as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 16, wherein the samples used are employees of the office is 37 done by census and data collection through questionnaires. The results of the analysis using the validity, reliability, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression test, t test and F. It can be concluded that the transformational leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance of the PT.
