Abstract

This study aims t determine the effect of recruitment and compensation on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses questiomaires as a means of collecting data distributed 87 employees in Hotel Grand Zuri Pekanbaru. The data from the questiomaireswas further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis, using SPSS 18.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hyphotesis test with t test (partial) and F(simultaneous).The result showed that the result of the first hyphotesis testing of recruitment employee performance is t hitung (8.795) >ttabel (1.988), meaning that recruitment variables significantly effect employee performance. Both compensation on employee performance is thitung (10.175) >ttabel (1.988), meaning compentation has a significantly effect on employee performance. The result of F test of recruitment and compensation on employee performance is Fhitung (85.001) >Ftabel (3.105), meaning recruitment and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Recruitment, Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much products quality and promotion to consumer buying interest. Sampels in this study were taken as many as 100 respondens and techniques used accidental sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnares filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using simple regression analysis dan multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that products quality has a significant impact on consumer buying interest. Promotion has a significant impact on consumer buying interest. And then simultaneously products quality and promotion have a significant impact on consumer buying interest. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in researcing consumer buying interest, for example through in-depth interviews of respondents.Keywords: Product Quality, Promotion, And Consumer Buying Interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and work motivation on the performance of production employees at PT. Source of Prosperous Palm Oil in Pelalawan Regency. This research is located at PT. Source of Prosperous Palm Oil in Pelalawan Regency. The population in this study includes all employees of the production department at PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera, totaling 85 employees. Data analysis was performed using statistical analysis with the help of SPSS. The sampling technique used is the census method and the data testing technique in this study includes validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test to test and prove the hypothesis. The results showed that work experience and work motivation had a significant influence on the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Prosperous Palm Resources. Based on the results of the study, the R square value of 0.526 means that 52.6% of the variables of Work Experience and Work Motivation affect the Performance of Production Section Employees at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at the RS Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru, which is located on Jalan HR Soebrantas KM 12.5 Pekanbaru. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 58 respondents at the Tampan Psychiatric Hospital Pekanbaru, which is then processed with the SPSS program by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and test the hypothesis by testing t (partial) and F (simultaneous). The tests carried out showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, then work motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the RS Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a tool for gathering data distributed to 43 respondents to employees at the Tjokro Pekanbaru hotel. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 25.0 by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous ).The results showed that the first hypothesis testing is organizational culture on job satisfaction, namely t arithmetic (5,680)> t table (2,020), meaning that organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The second Organizational Climate is t arithmetic (5,680)> t table (2,020), meaning that organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Test results F arithmetic (25,640)> F table (3,230), meaning that organizational culture and organizational climate simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction.

In the give motivation to employees, one of the indicator that noticed that the exsitence of, the first time that need to do the company to the provision motivation is pay attention to the existence of employees. Abstract

This study was conducted at Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel wher located on Sisingamangaraja, No. 102, Pekanbaru. The problem in study in the not achieving organizational goals in the last five years, this is allegedly influenced by employee performance. This study aims to determine the influenced of organizational culture and competence employee on employee performance (Case study at the Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel).This study is using descriptive and quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS program. The target population compirised of 51 employees in Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel. The sampling chosen is based on census method and saturated sample that 51 person that taken from overall target polulation. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionmaires. To test the hypothesis in this study is using simple linear analysus and analysis of multiple linear.The result of research indicates that for the t test, organizational culture and competence employee partially have a significant effect on employee performance. And the result of F test indicates that organizational culture and competence employee simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Case study at the Resty Menara Pekanbaru), with an R Square value of 0, 719. This shows that the organizational culture and competence employee have an influence of 71, 9% of the performance of employees with Pretty Good categorization, while the remaining 28, 1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Competence Employee, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job placement tehadap employee performance at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. where proposed two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely recruitment and job placement as independent variables and employee performance as a dependent variable.This research method is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is employees of Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru with 78 respondents. For sampling technique using census method. Technique of collecting data through kusioner and interview.The results of analysis using the validity test, reliability test, detemination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test so it can be seen that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance, that work placements have significant effect on employee performance, recruitment and job placement have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The objectives of this study were to analyze and find out the influence of quality of worklife to the employees performance, to analyze and find out the influence of competence to the employees performance and to analyze and find out the influence of Quality of Worklife and competence to the employees performance in CV RGR Indrako Swalayan Teluk Kuantan, located in Ahmad Yani Street, Kuantan Tengah district, Kuantan Singingi Regency Riau Province. The samples of this study were 46 employees of CV RGR Indrako Swalayan Teluk Kuantan and taken by census. The data analysis was done by SPSS ver. 20.0 by using validity and reliability test, determination test, t-test, F-test, simple regression, and multiple linear regression. This study found first, quality of worklife significantly influenced the employees performance in CV RGR Indrako Swalayan Teluk Kuantan. Second, competence significantly influeced the employees performance in CV RGR Indrako Swalayan Teluk Kuantan and third quality of worklife and competence significantly with simultanouesly influenced the employees perfomance in CV RGR Indrako Swalayan Teluk KuantanKeywords: Quality of worklife, competence, employees performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect organizational climate and organizationalcommitment on work performance of the nurses at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. It wasproposed two indenpendent variables and one dependent variable, namely organizationalclimate and organizational commitment as indenpendent variables and nurses performanceas a dependen variable. This research methods are descriptive and quantitative by usingSPSS 21, where the sample used is nurses at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with 71respondents. To take the sample,the writer used cencus method. Technique of collecting datawas through questionnaire and interview. The result ofanalysis using the validity test,reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regressiontest, t test, and f test. As the result, it can be seen that both the organizational climate havesignificant on nurses performance, that organizational commitment have significan effec onnurses perfomance, oranizational climate and organization commitment have a significaneffet on nurses performance.Keywords : Organizational Climate, Organization Commitment, Nurses Perfomence.
