Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on organizational commitment at Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru. Motivation as a variable (X1), Motivation as a variable (X1), organizational culture as a variable (X2) and organizational commitment as a variable (Y). The method of this research is quantitative descriptive using the SPSS 22 program, where the sample used amounts to 60 employees using accidental sampling techniques and data collection techniques using questionnaires. From the results of analyst data which includes validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression test, t test, f test so that it can be concluded that Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture partially influential positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, motivation and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment of Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru employees.Keywords: Motivation, organizational culture, organizational commitment

Abstract

Abstract: This research goes from from the problems of the low productivity of theemployee section of the production processing of CPO at PT. ASMJ Kuansing,indicated by is not the achievement of a target production of set and the presenceof disiplinan employees of ditetap company work rules. As for the purpose of thisresearch is to know the working Climate and employee morale as well asinfluence the granting of Work Climate to increased employee morale theProduction processing of CPO in PT.ASMJ Kuansing. This research analyzes thedata by using a descriptive quantitative analysis and to answer hypotheses havebeen proposed to do statistical analysis using simple linear regression. Results ofthe study concluded that the granting of incentives overall judged to have goodand overall employee morale was judged good enough. Based on the results ofdata analysis through statistical analysis, it can be noted that the independentvariables (climate) have an influence on the dependent variables are (employeemorale). The independent variables (climate work) give a positive and significanteffect on the dependent variable (employee morale), so that when more freevariables are fixed then it will give rise to an increase of the variable is bound.Keywords: The Working Climate, employee, morale

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to analyze and find out the influence of quality of worklife to the employees performance, to analyze and find out the influence of competence to the employees performance and to analyze and find out the influence of Quality of Worklife and competence to the employees performance in CV RGR Indrako Swalayan Teluk Kuantan, located in Ahmad Yani Street, Kuantan Tengah district, Kuantan Singingi Regency Riau Province. The samples of this study were 46 employees of CV RGR Indrako Swalayan Teluk Kuantan and taken by census. The data analysis was done by SPSS ver. 20.0 by using validity and reliability test, determination test, t-test, F-test, simple regression, and multiple linear regression. This study found first, quality of worklife significantly influenced the employees performance in CV RGR Indrako Swalayan Teluk Kuantan. Second, competence significantly influeced the employees performance in CV RGR Indrako Swalayan Teluk Kuantan and third quality of worklife and competence significantly with simultanouesly influenced the employees perfomance in CV RGR Indrako Swalayan Teluk KuantanKeywords: Quality of worklife, competence, employees performance

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management in the development and progress of the company. In a company, good human resource management is one way to increase employee productivity. To produce high work productivity, we need the best workforce to anticipate the opportunities and challenges of an increasingly competitive business environment. This research was conducted at Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru, Jalan HR. Soebrantas, KM.18, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of work productivity of employees at Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru. The sample of this study was taken as many as 31 respondents who are all employees of the Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru, using the total sampling method. In this research, the method used is descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from the results of interviews and the distribution of questionnaires/questionnaires were then statistically tested through the SPSS program. The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity and the work environment and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study dilaksnakan on PT.Telekomunikasi , Tbk Batam in Jl . Attorney General R. Suprapto , SH Sekupang Batam . The problem formulation is How does Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in PT.Telekomunikasi, Tbk Batam. The population in this study were all permanent employees PT.Telekomunikasi , Tbk Batam . Sampling was done by making the overall population of respondents ie 66 people . Source data from the primary data and secondary data . Data collection techniques in this study is through questionnaires and interviews . While sampling techniques accidental sampling . The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method using a simple linear regression with SPSS.The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment variable positive and significant effect on the performance of employees on PT.Telekomunikasi , Tbk Batam . Organizational commitment and a positive and significant effect is more dominant variables affect the performance of employees PT.Telekomunikasi , Tbk Batam . Simultaneous test showed that organizational commitment variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT.Telekomunikasi , Tbk, Batam , which is described by the coefficient of determination ( r² ) . Organizational commitment variables can explain the variable performance of employees by 29.7 % while the remaining 70.3 % is explained by other variables not examined in this study .Keywords : Organizational Commitment,Employee Performance

Abstract

This research did at PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel that location on St. Kaharuddin Nasution No. 77, Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is not achieved lastest five years. There is case assumption problems on emloyees loyalty. The purpose of this research was to detect the effect of incentive, work discipline of employees loyalty PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. This research used quantitative descriptive method with SPSS program. Sample of this research was 40 people wich is taken from total population. Data obtained from questionnare then process to tested by means of SPSS 23 program. Testing analysis usinng simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The result of multiple linear regression analysis from this research are Y =15,605 + 0,887X1 + 0,322X2. Research that has been done show the results that the responden’s response to incentive an work discipline in the category is good, whereas employees loyalty on the category good enough. While the t test has been carried out show that incentive variables partially have a significant effect to employees loyalty and work discipline variables partially have a significant effect to employees loyalty. The F test result show that simultaneous incentive and work discipline have a significant effect to employees loyalty. As for calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R Square are 0,579. This show that incentive and work discipline have an effect of 57,9% on the employees loyalty. While the remaining 42,1% is infkluenced by other variables not included in this study.Keyword: Incentive, Work Discipline, Employees Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and organizational communication on employee job satisfaction partially and simultaneously.  This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 86 respondents to the employees of the company secretary of PT.  Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru.  The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 21.0 by conducting validity, reliability, determination (R2), simple linear analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with t (partial) and F (simultaneous) tests.The results showed that the first hypothesis testing is the assessment of work performance on employee job satisfaction that is tCalculate (6,158) > tTable (1,990), meaning that the assessment of work performance has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.  The second organizational communication is tCalculate (6,143) > tTable (1,990), meaning that communication has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.  Test results Fcalculate (23.266) > Ftable (3.11), meaning that the assessment of work performance and organizational communication simultaneously has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Job Performance Evaluation Assessment, Organizational Communication, Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Sumatra Barat Kereta Api Indonesia,This research aims to determine the effect of service quality loward sanisfaction. Service quality as independen as independen variable (x) and sanissfaction as independen variable (y)The research sample are 100 responen of the population by using the slovin formula. Data was obtained from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with the help of statistics through SPSS. The result of calculation of the determination coefficient is 0,533. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organization commitment and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction Of Service Employee PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. This study uses questionnaires as a means of collecting data distributed to 41 the employees of service PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru. Data from the questionnaire was further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 25.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis test consisting of t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). This result showed that the result of the first hypothesis testing is service quality to customer satisfaction showed t count (9,686) > t table (2,022), it means Organization Commitment significantly influence Job Satisfaction. The result of second hypothesis testing is Work Motivation to Job satisfaction show t count (7,481) > t table (2,022), it means Work Motivation have significant effect to Job satisfaction. The result of the third hypothesis testing, namely Organization Commitment  and Work Motivation on Job satisfaction show F count (23,327) > F table (3,24), it means Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation have significant effect to Job satisfaction.  Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction
