Abstract

One of the professions in the marine sector that is mostly occupied by people living in coastal areas is seaweed cultivation. Seaweed is one of the marine product commodities with great potential to be developed in Indonesia because it has high economic value. One of the areas that are included as producers of Eucheuma Cottonii seaweed is Nunukan Island, which is located in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. The main factor that determines success in seaweed cultivation activities is the selection of land locations. Errors in site selection can lead to crop failure and low quality of the seaweed produced. The purpose of this study is to create a decision support system to facilitate and assist the community in selecting the best location for seaweed cultivation quickly and precisely according to the criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to calculate the criteria weights and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for performing alternative ratings. The criteria used were 7, namely depth, pH, current speed, brightness, temperature, salinity, and dissolved oxygen, while alternative data were 11 points of seaweed cultivation locations on Nunukan Island. Based on the results of the implementation of the two methods, recommendations for two locations for seaweed cultivation are Sei Banjar I and Sei Banjar II with the same preference value of 0.937 which is the highest value compared to other alternatives.

Abstract

Stress in chickens due to rising cage temperatures is a problem that is often faced by breeders, especially broiler breeders. Research with the title "temperature and humidity control system for broiler chicken coops", has formulated the research problem as follows; how to make an automatic control system to maintain the temperature and humidity of the ras broiler chicken coop to keep it stable using Arduino Uno ATMega328. In this tool it has been set, if the temperature is ≥ 30º C then the water pump will turn on, and the water pump will turn off when the temperature is ≤ 29º C. Based on the results in this study, the temperature and humidity control system succeeded in helping farmers keep the temperature of the ras broiler chicken coop remained stable, so that farmers' production can be increased. In addition, this system also helps efficiency in terms of time and labor, because this system works automatically.

Abstract

SEM adalah singkatan dari model persamaan struktural yang merupakan generasi kedua teknik analisis multivariate yang menguji hubungan antara variabel recursive maupun non-recursive untuk memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh mengenai suatu model. Abstract

E-learning does not function properly if the system is not in accordance with user needs. This study aims to establish an evaluation model for e-learning user interface according to user acceptance. The model is designed based on three categories: user learning style, usability and user benefits. Results of measurements of the three categories will determine the level of user acceptance of the e-learning interface. The data were taken using a questionnaire which was distributed to 125 ELS students from various countries. Then processed using SEM and Lisrel v8.80. This paper presents experimental set up for the general research and some results for technology acceptance theories.

Abstract

Utilization of integrated Decision Support System and GIS as one of the intelligent computerized system can be used to help make decisions quickly, accurately, and consistently. This research aims to apply Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and built application system with ArcGIS platform to determination of urban Green Open Space (GOS) location in densely populated area. The study was conducted in Samarinda City, used secondary data and obtained from the Sanitation and Gardening Agency. Data were collected by survey and interview with experts and using Waterfall Framework for software development method. The research has resulted the priority sequence of GOS location of densely area of Samarinda City. The first priority location is the location under Juanda Flyover Bridge. Research has also developed Web based GIS software application of GOS location determination using SAW technique.

Abstract

Non-cash food assistance or bantuan pangan non-tunai (BPNT) is a government program of the Republic of Indonesia by distributes food assistance in non-cash to beneficiary families. The process of distributing BPNT still needs to be done with the data and criteria set, because the existing BPNT distribution is considered not right on target. We need a method that can help provide an objective decision. One method that can be used in making decisions is the weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) and Vlsekriterijumsko Koompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) methods. The results of the calculations from the two methods will then be chosen which is the best, by conducting sensitivity tests and accuracy tests. This study uses 100 sample data and 16 criteria. The sensitivity test results are 9.780678997% for the WASPAS method and -0.0759182% for the VIKOR method, while the results of the accuracy test show that both methods have the same level of accuracy, which is 80%. Based on the comparison of the sensitivity test and accuracy test of the two methods, the WASPAS method is considered more accurate in determining the recipients of the BPNT program because the WASPAS method has a higher sensitivity test value than the VIKOR method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of online learning at schools and colleges in Samarinda, as well as what factors become obstacles and influence the success of online learning. With the COVID-19 pandemic, schools, teachers and local governments are required to be more active, creative, and concerned about evaluating learning models and distance learning readiness, either through LMS, online learning, mobile learning, blended or hybrid learning. This study uses literature reviews, observations, questionnaires and field interviews to collect relevant data from various sources of respondents. Based on the research results, there are several problems with distance education, including; readiness of students, readiness of parents, readiness of schools, and readiness of internet facilities. The other supporting variables in this study are; age, motivation to learn, educational background, ease of application, user psychology, and learning support facilities. The data processing method uses the Structural Equation Model and Descriptive Statistics using the Lisrel and SPSS applications. The place where this research was conducted was Public School and University, namely Junior High School 1, Senior High School 2, Senior high school 3 and Mulawarman University with a total of 186 respondents. The result of this research is that Samarinda is quite ready to implement online learning, with 10 recommended benefits and obstacles that still need to be fixed.

Abstract

Flashcard adalah alat bantu dalam pembelajaran berbentuk kartu pada umumnya berisi tentang informasi di kedua sisinya, seperti kata, gambar, atau angka, dikemas menarik yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Media ini sering digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk menarik perhatian siswa, memperkuat kemampuan memori dan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, terutama dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan keterampilan dasar lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan flashcard sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pada siswa sekolah dasar (SD) melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode SLR digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, meninjau dari berbagai sumber terkait penggunaan flashcard dalam pembelajaran membaca. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi hasil-hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Berdasarkan analisis literatur, ditemukan bahwa flashcard dapat menjadi alat bantu pembelajaran yang efektif jika diterapkan dengan strategi yang tepat, seperti pengulangan bertahap dan integrasi visual yang menarik. Namun, efektivitasnya juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti keterlibatan aktif siswa dan metode pengajaran guru. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi guru dan pendidik dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pada anak SD.

Abstract

Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD) merupakan salah satu program dari pemerintah yang ditujukan bagi masyarakat miskin yang kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup terutama akibat wabah COVID-19. Proses pendataan calon penerima BLT-DD dilakukan oleh ketua RT setempat yang bersifat subjektif sehingga menyebabkan tidak validnya suatu data dan berdampak pada penyaluran bantuan yang tidak tepat sasaran. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu menyeleksi calon penerima BLT-DD. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini yaitu Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Penentuan calon penerima BLT-DD menggunakan 5 kriteria, yaitu pekerjaan, usia, jumlah anggota keluarga, status perkawinan dan pendidikan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode MOORA telah diterapkan pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Calon Penerima BLT-DD dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 98.34%.

Abstract

The iPresensi Berau website is an online attendance system used by State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to record attendance in real time, while also supporting transparency and accountability in human resource management. This study aims to evaluate the quality of iPresensi Berau services from a user perspective by combining the WebQual 4.0 method—covering the dimensions of usability, information quality, and service interaction—and Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA). A descriptive quantitative approach was used through the distribution of a Google Form-based questionnaire to ASN in Berau Regency. Data analysis included calculating the level of conformity and mapping attributes in the IPA quadrant. The results showed that the average level of conformity between the level of importance and performance reached 98.90%, indicating that the website's performance has generally met user expectations. The IPA mapping identified three attributes in Quadrant I (top priority for improvement): (1) easy to understand site interactions, (2) easy to navigate, and (3) easy to understand information. Meanwhile, several attributes, such as clear website instructions, accurate information presentation, and secure and protected user data, fall into Quadrant II (maintained). These findings underscore the importance of improving interface aspects and information understandability, while maintaining the quality of already high-performing attributes.
