PENGARUH BANGKITAN PERJALANAN PENDUDUK TERHADAP KINERJA JALAN UTAMA KAWASAN PERUMAHAN BUKIT BANARAN SEMARANG -, Supriyono

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of trip generation resident of the area's major roads Housing performance Hill Banaran Semarang. Research problem is the number of family members who work / school, educational level, total spending, and the number of vehicles that affect the number of trips. This study used survey methods with quantitative approaches. The research sample was 290 families / homes with proportional stratified random sampling technique. The results showed that 37.6% of families have 2 vehicles and 27.9% had 3 vehicles. Travel Characteristics of Population in the Region Housing Bukit Banaran Semarang, 87.7% use the bike for daily activities. Semarang destination travel locations are Central (27.1%), Gajahmungkur (20.9%), South Semarang (15.3%) and others spread in various districts throughout the city of Semarang. The route is skipped Kelud direction (71%), the direction Bendan (20.7%) and the other in the direction of Sekaran. Conclusions of research that zone 1: Y = 781.48 families/day, zone 2: Y = 518.46 families/day, Zone 3: Y - 414.89 families/ day, zone 4: Y = 420 families/day. Effect of trip generation 220.7 pcu / h whereas the effect predicted rise of the Year 2012 = 264 pcu / h, and Year 2017 = 384 pcu / h less than the capacity of the main housing area at Bukit Banaran 1284.91 pcu / hour.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh bangkitan perjalanan penduduk terhadap kinerja jalan utama kawasan Perumahan Bukit Banaran Semarang. Permasalahan penelitian adalah jumlah anggota keluarga yang bekerja/sekolah, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah pengeluaran, dan jumlah kendaraan yang mempengaruhi jumlah perjalanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survai dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 290 keluarga / rumah dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 37,6% keluarga memiliki 2 kendaraan dan 27,9% memiliki 3 kendaraan. Karakteristik Perjalanan Penduduk di Kawasan Perumahan Bukit Banaran Semarang, 87,7% menggunakan sepeda motor untuk aktivitas sehari-hari. Tujuan lokasi perjalanan adalah Semarang Tengah (27,1%), Gajahmungkur (20,9%), Semarang Selatan (15,3%) dan lainnya menyebar di berbagai kecamatan seluruh Kota Semarang. Rute yang di lewati adalah arah Kelud (71%), arah Bendan (20,7%) dan yang lainnya ke arah Sekaran. Simpulan penelitian bahwa zona 1 : Y = 781,48 kel/hari, zona 2 : Y = 518.46 kel/hari, Zona 3 : Y - 414,89 kel/hari, zona 4 : Y = 420 kel/hari. Pengaruh bangkitan perjalanan 220,7 smp/jam sedangkan prediksi pengaruh bangkitan Tahun 2012 = 264 smp/jam, dan Tahun 2017 = 384 smp/jam lebih kecil daripada kapasitas jalan utama kawasan Perumahan Bukit Banaran sebesar 1284,91 smp/jam.

Wasted-plastic which is a hardly-decomposed material was one of the major problems of trash-recycling management in Indonesia. Replacing a common plastic with biodegradable plastic was one of the solution to reduce the amount of undecomposed-materials in the enviroment. Therefore, the aim of this resarch is to study how to synthesis cassava shell based biodegradable plastic and to analyse the effect of kitosan addition on cassava shell based biodegradable plastic properties. There are three basic characterization processes performed to analyse the sample properties, i.e mechanical test, FTIR and biodegradability test. Kitosan enhanced the mechanical and biodegradability properties of samples. The elongation-percentage decreased down to 8,57% along with the increasing the amount of kitosan concentration. FTIR data indicated the presence of O-H, N-H, C-H, C=C, NO2 and C-O organic functional group on biodegradable plastic samples. Kitosan reduce the decomposition process of samples due to its hydrophilicity. Sample with highest concentration of kitosan decomposed at the longest time up to 14 days. . ©2017 JNSMR UIN Walisongo. Proses penyembelihan sapi di Rumah Pemotongan Hewan (RPH) sebagian besar masih menggunakan cara tradisonal sehingga terjadi kesulitan dalam prosesnya dikarenakan masih membutuhkan banyak orang jagal untuk merebahkan sapi sehingga kurang memperhatikan dari segi keamanan bagi penjagalnya apabila sapi mengamuk, kehigienisan daging yang kurang, serta kurang efisien. Maka dari itu diperlukan mesin yang lebih modern untuk mendapatkan proses produksi yang lebih mudah, aman, dan hiegenis yakni mesin penyembelih sapi modern sistem pneumatik dengan pemutar motor listrik, dimana mesin ini menggunakan 3 silinder pneumatik sebagai pendorong dan menggunakan motor listrik sebagai pemutar.Penelitian tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode study literatur terhadap perkembangan mesin penyembelih sapi yang ada di Indonesia maupun di luar negeri. Hasil penelitian tugas akhir menunjukan bahwa model mesin penyembelihan sapi modern sistem pneumatik dengan pemutar motor listrik ini lebih mudah, hiegenis dan aman dengan menggunakan tekanan kompresor 6 [bar] cukup untuk menggerakan seluruh silinder pneumatik dengan baik, waktu siklus penembelihan yang lebih cepat dan kebutuhan operator proses penyembelihan yang lebih sedikit.

Kualitas proses dan hasil belajar dapat menjadi indikator kualitas proses siswa. Kondisi di kelas 9-B menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar IPA masih jauh di bawah harapan. Selain itu diperoleh informasi bahwa kualitas proses masih kurang memuaskan. Upaya peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran role playing yang dipadu metode diskusi. Tujuan pembelajaran ini akan membuat pembelajaran IPA fokus pada peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar. Dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar tersebut, telah dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 siklus dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas IX B berjumlah 31 siswa. Data-data diperoleh melalui lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan soal evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan role playing dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar siswa.

Purpose - The aim of this research was to recognize radically (deeply) the professionalism of Islamic spiritual guides.Method - This research used descriptive qualitative with the determination of informants using the model of snowball. The data analysis in this study used Creswell's theory of analysis ranging from data reduction, display, and to conclutions.Result - The results of this study indicate that a professional Islamic spiritual guide needs to meet three indicators in order to carry out counseling process optimally. The indicators of professionalism are relevant educational qualifications, expertise or qualified credibility, and finally the presence of payment commensurate with the quality of work. Meanwhile, the professionalism of Islamic spiritual guidance services is to pay attention to the time and material given to counselees so that they can display or provide Islamic spiritual guidance services professionally.Implications - The implication of this research is to improve performance professionally by absorbing the experts or specialists in the field of Islamic spiritual guidance.Originality - The originality of this study is that it is the first research model to apply the correlation research method with the LESKAP pattern. Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara radikal (mendalam) profesionalisme pembimbing spiritual Islam.Metode - Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan penentuan informan menggunakan model snowball. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori analisis Creswell mulai dari reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil - Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seorang pembimbing spiritual Islam profesional perlu memenuhi tiga indikator agar dapat melaksanakan proses penyuluhan secara optimal. Indikator profesionalisme diantaranya, kualifikasi pendidikan yang relevan, keahlian atau kredibilitas yang mumpuni, dan terakhir adanya perhatian yang sepadan dengan kualitas pekerjaan. Sedangkan profesionalisme layanan bimbingan spiritual Islam adalah dengan memperhatikan waktu dan materi yang diberikan kepada konselor sehingga dapat menampilkan atau memberikan layanan bimbingan spiritual Islam secara profesional.Implikasi - Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan saran dalam hal meningkatkan kinerja secara profesional dengan menyerap tenaga ahli atau spesialis di bidang pembinaan spiritual Islam.Originalitas - Keaslian penelitian ini adalah model penelitian yang pertama kali menerapkan metode penelitian korelasi dengan pola LESKAP.

Physical Education, especially for increasing physical fitness, in the activities of implementing "Conservative Games in Aquatic", as the solution to physical education activities in the learning process at school. The products produced are also an additional reference for elementary school Physical Education teachers. Learning becomes more varied by using this product. In the research obtained results for the cognitive domain of 65% students in the category of Good While for the affective domain obtained 73% category Good, the assessment for the affective domain is based on student attitudes when implementing the game model, this can be seen from the attitude of students in the game. The overall Psychomotor domain of students is 81% Good category.

Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro Tourism is one of those affected by Covid-19 pandemic. Due to that condition, the manager has to change the marketing strategy that has been carried out. The purpose is to analyze Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro-tourism marketing strategy employed in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic using the 7P marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process and Physical Evidence) and a SWOT analysis. This research used qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing managers, employee and visitors as research subjects. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique used triangulation to compare the results of data collection. The data analysis technique uses data reduction and data presentation to draw conclusions. This research used qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing managers, employee and visitors as research subjects. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The result of the research showed that the marketing strategy analysis carried out by the Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro Tourism is in accordance with the 7P marketing mix components. In addition, the implementation of health protocols carried out during the pandemic is used as an example by the Regional Government for other recreational facilities in Kendal Regency.

This study aims to determine the creativity of PESH teachers in carrying out learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic in SMP/MTs in Keling District, Jepara Regency 2021. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using a survey method with purposive sampling techniques of data retrieval through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were principal, student and teachers of PESH SMP/MTs in Keling District, Jepara Regency. The results of this study show that the aspect of the teacher's ability to see the problems before, during and after learning. The conclusion of this study regarding important aspects in the creativity of PESH teachers SMP/MTs throughout Keling District, Jepara Regency in 2021 showed abilities creativity. This can be seen from three aspects, namely the ability of PESH teachers to see and solve problems, to create and apply ideas to overcome problems, accepting attitudes and being open to new things.

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy (7P) carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Lembah Manah Girikulon Swimming Pool, Magelang Regency in 2021. This study used a descriptive qualitative research approach. The targets in this study were swimming pool managers, pool employees, and visitors at the Valley Manah Girikulon swimming pool, Magelang Regency. Data collection techniques can be done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Lembah Manah Girikulon Swimming Pool has a swimming pool product that continues to operate during the Covid-19 pandemic which carries the theme of the outdoors. Prices are affordable for the general public and students. The place is easy to reach. Employees have been provided with training on basic water rescue. Promotion is done through social media. The physical environment (physical evidence) is extensive, the spatial arrangement is neat, and is in an environment that is still beautiful. Operational process according to health protocol. The marketing strategy (7P) of Lembah Manah Girikulon Swimming Pool is going well. The manager of the Lembah Manah Girikulon Swimming Pool is expected to continue to plan a good marketing strategy, always pay attention to market conditions in order to remain competitive and attract visitors.

Success in a company can be seen from the accuracy of the company in utilizing existing business opportunities and implementing appropriate marketing strategies to dominate the market so that the products offered can attract consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine sales promotion and product image of purchasing decisions using Telkomsel products at the Faculty of Economics, University of Panca Marga. This type of research is to use quantitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire filled out by 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis technique using SPSS version 22 such as validity and realibility, t test, F test, Multicollinearity test, Normality test, Multyplelinear regression analisys. The results of the showed that partially sales promotion had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use telkomsel products, while the product image partially has a significant effect on the purchase decision and simultaneously the sales promotion and image the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstrak Keberhasilan dalam perusahaan dapat dilihat dari ketepatan perusahaan tersebut dalam memanfaatkan peluang bisnis yang ada dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai untuk menguasai pasar sehingga produk yang ditawarkan bisa menarik minat beli konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui promosi penjualan dan citra produk terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan produk telkomsel di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Panca Marga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 30 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis teknik statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22 seperti uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji t, uji f, uji multikolineritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan produk telkomsel, sedangkan secara parsial citra produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan secara simultan promosi penjualan dan citra produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
