Abstract

Pacitan is geographically part of the coastal area is. These waters have avery great potential for fisheries and abundant. For the people who live incoastal areas, the existence of fisheries resources affects the pattern ofpeople's livelihoods. The results of the fishery generally have a short and quicksave damaged. One of the results of processing of fisheries in the form ofmaking shrimp paste. Shrimp paste is a product of small fish preservation orrebon who has processed. One of the Central coastal fishing village in Pacitanis Environment brought in a Village, Subdistrict Teleng of Pacitan. In theneighborhood there are Teleng 2 (two) business household maker of shrimppaste. Shrimp paste maker household business which became the object of thescience and technology grant programs for the Community (IbM) is a smallbusiness households belonging to Bu Tukiyem and Bu Miskinem. At this timethe Efforts of households making shrimp paste is still done traditionally,ranging from shrimp paste manufacture equipment used to the management ofthe business and its marketing, namely by selling products to market its ownproducts by entrusting to the stalls in the market village and stalls on site toursTeleng Ria Beach and wait for orders to come, or selling shrimp paste towholesalers, so that their products are packaged and marketed with labels thatwholesalers. The science and technology programme for the Community(IbM), expected to raise shrimp paste products, as well as with theconstruction of a simple Management, expected employers to increase shrimppaste market.Keywords: Shrimp Paste Rebon Teleng Pacitan

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to examine the effects of product, service and human resource performances on repurchasing intention through company image and customer satisfaction of PT Asuransi Jiwasraya. 115 customers from 245 customers of six branch offices of PT Asuransi Jiwasraya Surabaya Region were selected as respondents, using simple random sampling technique and participated in this study. The data were collected in 2004 using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).The result of this study proved that product, service as well as human resource performances had positive and significant effects on company image as well as on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also had a significant effect on repurchase intention. However, company image had insignificant effects on repurchase intention. Therefore, out of nine hypotheses proposed, only one hypothesis was rejected, which was the significant effect of company image on repurchase intention. This finding reminded  an important empirical evidence on the development of customer behavior theories and practices.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of entrepreneurial leadership, recruitment and innovation to learning organization and organizational performance at four-star hotels in East Java. Design/methodology/approach: The research design used an explanatory research approach, with the research sample being the leadership or management of a four-star hotel in East Java, with a total sample of 71 respondents. The analytical technique used is SEM-PLS (SEM-Partial Least Square). Findings: The results of the analysis conclude that there are five accepted hypotheses, namely (1) entrepreneurial leadership has a positive and significant effects on learning organizations, (2) recruitment has a positive and significant effects on learning organizations, (3) innovation has a positive and significant effects on learning organizations, (4) innovation has a positive and significant effects on organizational performance, (5) learning organization has a positive and significant effects on organizational performance. Research limitation/implications: The rest, there are two rejected hypotheses, namely (1) entrepreneurial leadership has no significant effects on organizational performance, and (2) recruitment has no significant effects on organizational performance. Abstract

Millennials have active and creative characters, including in choosing jobs. They choose jobs that are attractive, according to their competencies, provide high income and have the opportunity to develop their careers. Competition in the world of work does not always provide opportunities for everyone to get a job according to their passion and competence. Therefore, it is not uncommon for an employee, including millennial employees, to end up receiving a job that is not in accordance with his expectations and finds it difficult to adapt to the culture of the company where he or she works. This situation can hinder his or her performance. Low performance may cause an employee to face job insecurity and work stress. In every job there is the possibility of work stress, which, if not addressed, may lead to burnout. This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of organizational culture and job insecurity on millennial employee burnout of CV. Mapan Jaja in Surabaya. This research was conducted on millennial employees at CV. Mapan Jaya which has eleven branches in Surabaya with 428 employees. Using purposive multistage sampling, 156 respondents aged 11-30 years were determined. Results of the study prove that organizational culture and job insecurity have a significant effects on burnout of employees of CV. Mapan Jaya in Surabaya.

Abstract

Company leaders have different potential and planning strategies. To develop a company requires leadership and team support. Many of the work teams do not experience positions alternately so that it affects the company's performance commitment. the research method uses library research by collecting several leadership theories and company The purpose of this study is to analyze the leadership model of the exchange of working team members to develop private companies in Indonesia. The results of the study explain that a company led by an entrepreneurial spirit, charismatic, democratic model is able to improve team performance so that the company can develop quickly through planning strategies and periodic evaluations from leaders and members of the work team. To thrive in the future and be profitable, teams and organizations can work alternately in a job title in a team member exchange leadership system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, transformational leadership, organizational support and employee competence on employee innovation, organizational commitment and organizational performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) in Bali Province. The study population was 583 employees. Using the Slovin formula with a tolerance of 5%, the number of samples was 273 respondents. Test the model with Generalized Least Square Estimation (GLS), structural equation model analysis (SEM). The test results show that the model (fit) can be seen from the values of GFI, AGFI, TLI, CFI, RMSEA and CMIN / DF, which are 0.928, 0.912, 0.958, 0.967, 0.067 and 0.514 all within the range of expected values so that the model can received. The results showed that: 1). Organizational culture influences innovation, organizational performance, and does not affect organizational commitment. 2). Transformational leadership influences innovation, organizational commitment, and organizational performance. 3). Organizational support influences innovation, organizational commitment, and organizational performance. 4). Competence affects organizational performance, and does not affect organizational commitment. 5). Innovation has no effect on organizational performance. 6). Organizational commitment influences the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises.

Abstract

The ability of MSMEs to implement digital concepts in their business is becoming increasingly crucial, since changes in buying and selling transaction techniques, lifestyle changes, and developments over time all contribute to the digitalization of MSMEs. Although the majority of MSMEs in Gayungan District, Surabaya City, still employ traditional business practices, the sub-district has a lot of potential for MSMEs and has a number of frequent clients. In this exercise, information is shared through conversation, Q&A sessions, and hands-on practice with digital business software. Digital marketing through the use of marketplaces and online services through applications or websites is the method of business digitalization that is employed. Participants in this activity will be able to employ digital applications, like online marketplaces and services, in their business operations and comprehend their advantages.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has the responsibility to design and implement policies that integrate economic, social and environmental aspects in realizing sustainable development. The government always strives to manage existing natural resources (SDA) for the welfare of the Indonesian people as a form of the government's alignment with the interests of society. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job design, competency and reward on job satisfaction and employee performance of PDAM Delta Tirta Sidoarjo Regency. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling, the research sample amounted to 172 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to 301 employees. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using statistical software tools, namely Amos 24. The results showed that Job design affects on Job satisfaction; Job design affects employee performance; Competency affects Job satisfaction; Competency affects employee performance; Reward affects Job satisfaction; Reward System has no effect on employee performance; Job Satisfaction affects employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of competence, burnout, and work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance at PT. Haleyora Power ULP Bangkalan. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to all employees with a total of 113 employees. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. by using a tool in the form of statistical software, namely AMOS 24: (1) Competency has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Competency has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) Burnout has a negative and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (4) Burnout has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance, (5) Work-Life Balance has an insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (6) Work-Life Balance has an insignificant effect on Employee Performance, (7) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
