Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of agricultural land-use conversion on the welfare of farm laborers in Panji Anom Village. This research is classified as a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. In the data collection process, the researcher focused on gathering descriptive data, with the research subjects being farmers and farm laborers in Panji Anom Village, who provided the necessary information based on field conditions. The object of this research is the impact of agricultural land-use conversion on the welfare of farm laborers. The data collection methods used include observation, interviews, and documentation. This study employs a qualitative analysis technique developed by Miles and Huberman, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study finds that the conversion of agricultural land in Panji Anom Village is driven by economic pressures, crop failures, and the declining interest of the younger generation in farming. Much of the agricultural land has been converted into residential areas, resulting in decreased job opportunities and income for farm laborers, as well as increased economic vulnerability in the village community.

Abstract

This study systematically evaluates the impact of drive-thru services on taxpayer satisfaction and compliance at the Buleleng Tax Office, Bali, addressing a critical gap in public service assessment literature. Employing the Logic Model framework (inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes), we collected data from 61 purposively sampled drive-thru service users through structured questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Analysis revealed consistently higher satisfaction levels, with positive response differentials (F+ - F-) ranging from +5% to +21.4% across all components. The Activity component showed the most significant positive disparity (+21.4%), indicating particularly strong approval of service delivery processes. This research presents the first empirical application of the Logic Model to assess drive-thru tax services, introducing a structured evaluation approach for mobile government service innovations. Findings suggest that while drive-thru services enhance satisfaction, sustained improvements in physical infrastructure (Inputs) and outcome monitoring are needed to maintain trust and compliance long-term. The study provides tax authorities with a replicable evaluation framework and evidence-based insights for optimizing mobile service delivery models to improve taxpayer experiences.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in achieving organizational goals, especially in the public service sector such as Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama, Buleleng Regency. Low work effectiveness is often influenced by internal and external factors of employees, including leadership style, social competence, and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, social competence, and work motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the entire employee population at Perumda Pasar Argha Nayottama. The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Inspirational and supportive leadership encourages motivation and strengthens social competence. Social competence contributes to the creation of healthy collaboration in the work environment, while work motivation has been proven to be the main driver in increasing employee productivity. Simultaneously, these three variables support each other in forming optimal employee performance. These findings provide practical implications for management to develop an integrated and humanistic human resource approach in improving the quality of public services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan, keberanian, keteguhan hati, dan kreativitas terhadap kesuksesan wirausahawan di Singaraja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah wirausahawan di Singaraja dan objeknya adalah kemampuan, keberanian, keteguhan hati, kreativitas dan kesuksesan wirausahawan di Singaraja. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 16.0 for windows yang meliputi uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh kemampuan secara parsial terhadap kesuksesan wirausahawan ditunjukkan dari nilai thitung 2,635 > ttabel 1,993 atau p-value = 0,010 < α = 0,05, (2) ada pengaruh keberanian secara parsial terhadap kesuksesan wirausahawan ditunjukkan dari nilai thitung 3,294 > ttabel 1,993 atau p-value = 0,002 < α = 0,05, (3) ada pengaruh keteguhan hati secara parsial terhadap kesuksesan wirausahawan ditunjukkan dari nilai thitung 2,080 > ttabel 1,993 atau p-value = 0,041 < α = 0,05, (4) ada pengaruh kreativitas secara parsial terhadap kesuksesan wirausahawan ditunjukkan dari nilai thitung 3,779 > ttabel 1,993 atau p-value = 0,000 < α = 0,05, (5) ada pengaruh kemampuan, keberanian, keteguhan hati dan kretivitas secara bersama-sama terhadap kesuksesan wirausahawan ditunjukkan dari nilai Fhitung 18,868 > Ftabel 2,50 atau p-value = 0,000 < α = 0,05.Kata Kunci : Kemampuan, Keberanian, Keteguhan Hati, Kreativitas, Kesuksesan Wirausahawan This study aims to determine the effect of ability, courage, determination, and creativity on the success of entrepreneurs in Singaraja, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with a causality approach. The subject of this research is entrepreneurs in Singaraja and the object is ability, courage, determination, creativity and the success of entrepreneurs in Singaraja. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kompleksitas tugas terhadap kinerja panureksa, (2) pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja panureksa, (3) pengaruh kompleksitas tugas dan locus of control terhadap kinerja panureksa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah panureksa LPD di Kecamatan Abang dengan sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompleksitas tugas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja panureksa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung=2,867>ttabel=2,035 (2) locus of control berpengaruh terhadap kinerja panureksa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung=6,955>ttabel=2,035 (3) kompleksitas tugas dan locus of control berpengaruh terhadap kinerja panureksa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung=33,570>Ftabel=3,28.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir dalam upaya  meningkatkan ekonomi di Dusun Pangkung Dedari, Desa Melaya, Kecamatan Melaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  pertama  desa hanya menjalankan program tanpa adanya arahan dan pendampingan yang signifikan terhadap masyarakat yang mengikuti program dari pemberdayaan ini sehingga pendapatan mereka setelah mengikuti program ini masih sama dengan sebelumnya, kedua kelompok pembudidaya ikan air tawar perlu mendapat pembinaan dari Desa serta Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan agar pembudidaya lebih produktif. Selain menjual secara mentah hasil panen keluar daerah, pembudidaya seharusnya bisa mengolah sendiri agar mendapatkan nilai jual yang lebih tinggi, ketiga pemeliharan ikan kerapu memerlukan perhatian yang cukup besar sehingga perlu direncanakan dengan matang agar mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Namun kurangnya arahan dan pendampingan, prasarana transportasi serta komunikasi masih kurang mendukung sehingga pemberdayaan ini belum cukup mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of school cooperatives in fostering entrepreneurial spirit among students at Vocational High School Number 1 Gianyar. This type of research was descriptive research, the data collection instruments was using questionnaires and documentation. The populations in this study were students in marketing major at Vocational High School Number 1 Gianyar with the amount of 208 students with a total sample of 137 people using random sampling techniques. This research used descriptive analysis to analyze data. The results of data analysis showed that the role of school cooperatives in terms of the dimensions of forming good and independent rescue practices was in the category of very strong roles, in terms of the dimensions helping in realizing an atmosphere of direct training to practice techniques management and trade techniques in the category of very strong roles, in terms of having the characteristics and elements of democracy among the younger generation in the category very strong role, in terms of the dimensions of promoting cooperation attitude and mutual assistance to help each other were in the category of very strong role, and in terms of the dimension of growing leadership talent among the younger generation scores 4,109 with the percentage score of 85.6% was very strong category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of women as casual daily laborers in improving family welfare in Tiyingtali Village, Abang District, Karangasem Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with case study method. The subjects of this study used 5 informants and the object was women who worked as casual daily laborers in Tiyingtali Village. The data collection method was carried out by initial observation, in-depth interviews with informants and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis from Miles and Huberman, starting from collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique in this study uses source triangulation. The results showed that women daily casual workers divide their time by prioritizing their role as housewives first and continue their role in the public sector as informal workers, namely casual daily workers and the families of women casual daily workers have been declared prosperous with the level of family welfare at the prosperous family I.

Abstract

Research in this case is aimed at determining the partial influence of gender and pocket money on the level of financial literacy of class XI accounting students of SMK Negeri 1 Seririt, as well as determining the simultaneous influence of gender and pocket money on the level of financial literacy of class XI accounting students of SMK Negeri 1 Seririt. This study is classified as a causal study. The research population, namely class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Seririt majoring in Accounting, was 66 people. The total sampling technique was used as a sample determinant in this study, so that the entire population was a sample. Questionnaire instruments are used in the method of data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as a tool to obtain research objectives with a t-test and an f-test as a hypothesis test. Based on data analysis, results were obtained, namely (1) gender has a significant effect on students' financial literacy levels, (2) pocket money has a significant effect on students' financial literacy levels, (3) gender and pocket money simultaneously have a significant effect on students' financial literacy levels.

Abstract

The aims of this study are 1) to determine the factors that influence the interest of class IX students at MTs Al-Ma`'arif in the selection of secondary schools and 2) to determine the most dominant factors influencing student interest in the selection of secondary schools. This type of research is factorial research. The population in this study were 72 students of class IX MTs Al-Ma `arif. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population was used as a sample. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and interview instruments. The analysis used in processing the data is descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The results of this study are (1) the factors that influence the interest of class IX students at MTs Al-Ma' arif in the selection of secondary schools are physical, psychological, fatigue, family, school, and community, and (2) the most dominant factors influencing interest in students in the selection of secondary schools are psychological, with a variance value of 65.841 and a loading factor of 0.988.
