Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana literasi digital mempengaruhi kinerja UMKM di sektor perdagangan Kabupaten Buleleng dengan memberi mereka keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang mengamati 48.043 UMKM di sektor perdagangan di Kabupaten Buleleng. Algoritma Slovin digunakan untuk mendapatkan sampel dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%, yang berarti setidaknya ada 100 UMKM di sektor perdagangan di Kabupaten Buleleng. Strategi purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel untuk penelitian ini. Pemilik UMKM sektor perdagangan mendapatkan kuesioner secara langsung. Kami menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1 sampai 4 untuk mengumpulkan data. Kami menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan alat SmartPLS versi 3 untuk menganalisis data. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja UMKM, keunggulan kompetitif berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja UMKM, dan literasi digital berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja UMKM melalui keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

Objective The provision of customary village funds in Bali can be viewed as a governmental initiative aimed at the preservation of cultural heritage. For the effective implementation of customary village development, it is imperative to involve the community directly and also acknowledge the role of the government.Methodology The research was conducted in the Province of Bali with 94 customary villages as research objects. The methodology employed for data collection involved the distribution of questionnaires to the leaders of customary villages. The data was subsequently processed using moderation regression analysis, supplemented by interviews to augment the information provided by the respondents.Results The study's findings indicate that the involvement of the community had a significant impact on the growth of conventional villages in Bali. The mobilisation of resources by the village government can potentially enhance the impact of community participation on the development of customary villages in Bali.Research limitations/implications This research only reveals the success of customary village development in terms of community and government participation. This research has the impact that it is necessary to pay attention to the development of traditional villages to maintain local wisdom so that harmonization in society can be realized.Novelty/Originality The originality of this research found that even though there is a separation of authority between the village government and customary village, the village government is still allowed to mobilize the community to be involved in the development of customary village so that environmental and cultural preservation can be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of civil servants regarding the equalisation of structural positions into functional positions and their influence on work productivity at Ganesha University of Education. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 59 employees who have the position of head of section and subsection. Collection using interview techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis using a mixed method approach through qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using paired sample t-test. The results showed that (a) the implementation of equalisation of structural positions into functional positions at Ganesha University of Education is a bureaucratic reform in accordance with Permenpan-RB Number 17 of 2021 concerning Equalisation of Administrative Positions into Functional Positions; (b) the perception of civil servants towards the transfer of positions shows that the implementation of the transfer of positions has not optimally increased work productivity due to the determination of functional positions that are limited in number and type so that they do not match employee competence; (c) the results of the paired sample T-test test on there are differences in the work productivity of civil servants at Ganesha University of Education before and after equalisation of structural positions into functional positions

Abstract

Keterlibatan perempuan buruh harian lepas dalam perekonomian rumah tangga menjadi isu penting dalam konteks wilayah dengan tingkat kemiskinan dan keterbatasan pendidikan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami bagaimana perempuan buruh harian lepas memaknai perannya dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah tangga serta bagaimana keterlibatan tersebut berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan dan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga. Persoalan utama yang dikaji berfokus pada kesenjangan antara tingginya partisipasi kerja perempuan di sektor informal dan belum terwujudnya ketahanan ekonomi rumah tangga secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus dan orientasi deskriptif interpretatif. Partisipan penelitian adalah perempuan berumah tangga yang bekerja sebagai buruh harian lepas di Desa Tiyingtali, Kabupaten Karangasem. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis secara induktif menggunakan strategi analisis interaktif. Proses analisis diarahkan untuk mengidentifikasi keterkaitan antara kondisi struktural, motivasi ekonomi dan budaya, serta capaian kesejahteraan dan ketahanan ekonomi rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan perempuan dalam sektor informal merupakan respons adaptif terhadap keterbatasan pendidikan dan akses kerja formal. Pendapatan perempuan, meskipun tidak tetap, berperan penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar dan memperkuat posisi perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan rumah tangga. Nilai budaya gunakaya memengaruhi motivasi bekerja perempuan dengan memaknai kerja sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab dan harga diri. Kesejahteraan rumah tangga tercapai pada tingkat dasar, namun ketahanan ekonomi belum terwujud akibat ketiadaan tabungan dan tingginya kerentanan terhadap guncangan ekonomi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa partisipasi kerja perempuan tidak secara otomatis menghasilkan ketahanan ekonomi tanpa dukungan struktural yang memadai, sehingga memiliki implikasi penting bagi kebijakan pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan pekerja sektor informal.

Abstract

This study was designed to investigate the influence of workload, job satisfaction, and training on employee productivity at PT PLN Nusa Daya UL Ketapang. The research employed a quantitative approach, with the employees of PT PLN Nusa Daya UL Ketapang serving as the population. From a total of 395 employees, 100 respondents were selected as the sample using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. This technique was chosen to ensure that only employees who met certain predetermined criteria, such as having recorded productivity data, were included in the analysis. Data collection was carried out through a survey method by distributing structured questionnaires to the respondents. Before conducting the analysis, the research instrument underwent several tests to ensure its accuracy and reliability, including validity, reliability, linearity, and multicollinearity tests. These tests confirmed that the instrument was consistent and capable of measuring the research variables appropriately. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, supported by the t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). These statistical methods enabled the researcher to determine both the partial and simultaneous effects of workload, job satisfaction, and training on employee productivity. The results revealed that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee productivity, meaning that excessive workload tends to reduce performance. Meanwhile, job satisfaction and training both showed positive and significant effects, indicating that employees with higher job satisfaction and adequate training tend to achieve better productivity. In conclusion, the study emphasizes the importance of managing workload effectively while simultaneously improving job satisfaction and providing training opportunities to enhance employee productivity at PT PLN Nusa Daya UL Ketapang

Abstract

Optimalisasi kinerja di sektor publik, khususnya Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN), menghadapi tantangan unik terkait kedisiplinan dan sistem pengawasan. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak disiplin kerja, pengawasan, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. Dengan melibatkan 151 pegawai sebagai sampel yang ditentukan melalui proportional random sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa disiplin, pengawasan, dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya transformasi pengawasan dari sekadar administratif menjadi fungsi pembinaan untuk memastikan standar kinerja PTN tetap terjaga.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the turnover intention in the creative education sector, namely music training institutions in Bali. The factors that trigger turnover discussed in this study consist of workload, work stress, and work-family conflict. The research was carried out at one of the non-formal music education institutions in Denpasar City, with a population of 52 employees who are incidentally music teachers, so this study is included in the population research, with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously workload, work stress, and work-family conflict have a positive effect on employee turnover intention at non-formal music education institutions in Denpasar City. This means that the higher the workload, work stress, and work-family conflict simultaneously, the more employee turnover intention will swell. On the other hand, if the workload, work stress, and work-family conflict are low, then employee turnover intention will also decrease.

Abstract

This study examined the factors influencing employee performance in the Department of Manpower of Buleleng Regency, Bali. Specifically, it investigated the effects of work discipline, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was applied. The study involved 61 employees consisting of civil servants and contract-based government employees, and a census sampling technique was used to include all members of the population as respondents. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that work discipline, work environment, and work motivation each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these variables significantly contribute to improving employee performance. The findings highlight that strengthening discipline, creating a supportive work environment, and enhancing employee motivation are essential for improving performance and supporting effective public service delivery.
