Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing how entrepreneurial characteristics, the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and business sustainability in the bone craft industry in Tampaksiring Village, Gianyar Regency. The research conducted falls into the type of causality research and as many as 50 respondents as a sample determined by saturated sample technique. In analyzing the data used simple linear regression analysis techniques, t test hypothesis test and determination coefficient test with a questionnaire as an instrument. This study shows the results that the success of a business is greatly influenced by the characteristics of the entrepreneur himself. This is stated that variable X has a value of 0.528 in the results of the simple regression analysis carried out, meaning that variable Y will increase if variable x also increases. The significance value of the t test is 0.000, the value is smaller than 0.05, which means Ha is accepted. The coefficient of determination R2 the results shown are 0.586, meaning that business success (Y) is strongly influenced by entrepreneurial characteristics (X) by 58.6% while other variables affect the rest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of family ownership, financial performance, return on assets, return on equity, liquidity, and capital structure on market value. Secondary data was obtained based on annual reports and financial statements in mining companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020 through Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data were obtained from the Bloomberg database. The method used to collect samples is purposive and consists of 35 mining companies in Indonesia. The panel data method was considered appropriate in this study, and multiple regression was used to examine the data. The results show that total assets and return on assets positively affect market value. The ratio of return on equity and liquidity in financial performance and capital structure has no significant effect on market value. The existence of family ownership is favourable for a firm’s market value. The sample in this study was limited to the manufacturing sector. This industry was chosen because its market value is quite volatile and family ownership is quite large. On average there are 40% of the total observations are family-owned companies. The interesting findings in this study are that family ownership does matter in gaining the investors’ attention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial management, business digitalization and entrepreneurial marketing on the sustainability of MSMEs in the trade sector in Buleleng District. In this study, the population used was 1,196 formal MSMEs in the trade sector in Buleleng District in 2023. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique and to determine the number of samples using the Slovin formula, so that a sample of 175 people was obtained. This research uses quantitative data with primary data sources obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from MSME data in the trade sector in Buleleng District.The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with partial (t test) and simultaneous (F test) hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that (1) financial management has a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs in the trade sector in Buleleng District, (2) business digitalization has a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs in the trade sector in Buleleng District, (3) entrepreneurial marketing has a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs in the trade sector in Buleleng District and (4) financial management, business digitalization and entrepreneurial marketingsimultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs in the trade sector in Buleleng District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the variables of the Effect of Financial Inclusion, Financial Management and the Use of E-Payment on the Financial Performance of MSMEs in the Agricultural Industry Sector in Buleleng Regency. The population in this study were agricultural MSMEs in Buleleng Regency. The number of samples used in this study were 163 respondents using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique in this study was proportional random sampling technique. The data in the study were collected by distributing questionnaires. Data processing in this study used the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) program version 25. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with partial (t test) and simultaneous (f test) hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The effect of Financial Inclusion on financial performance, (2) The effect of Financial Management on financial performance, (3) The effect of E-Payment Use on financial performance, (4) The effect of Financial Inclusion, Financial Management, and E-Payment Use on the Financial Performance of Agricultural Industry Sector MSMEs in Buleleng Regency.

Abstract

Dalam era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Puskesmas memiliki peran utama untuk mewujudkan kendali mutu biaya. Untuk memastikan hal tersebut berjalan dengan baik, BPJS Kesehatan menerapkan sistem pembayaran Kapitasi kepada Puskesmas Berbasis Kinerja (KBK). Terdapat tiga indikator yang wajib dipenuhi jika Puskesmas ingin mendapatkan Kapitasi 100%. Namun masih banyak Puskesmas di Wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Singaraja belum dapat mencapai nilai KBK 100%.  Penelitian lain menunjukkan apabila KBK tidak tercapai akan berpengaruh kepada kualitas dan kepuasan layanan. Di sisi lain berbagai penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara kinerja pegawai dengan kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai puskesmas di wilayah kerja BPJS kesehatan kantor Cabang Singaraja. Populasi pada penelitian ini PIC KBK untuk masing-masing indicator KBK dengan  metode total sampling. Dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian menujukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi; kompensasi terhadap motivasi; kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja; kompensasi terhadap kinerja; motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai puskesmas target KBK.  Serta motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan juga memediasi pengaruh kompensasi secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai puskesmas untuk mencapai target KBK.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu penyelenggara layanan publik BPJS Kesehatan dan mitranya fasilitas kesehatan harus memiliki sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan kinerja yang baik.  Mengelola informasi dan pengaduan adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam melaksanakan peran sebagai penyelenggara layanan publik. Namun masih banyak fasilitas kesehatan di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Singaraja delum mengelola informasi dan pengaduan peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) melalui aplikasi SIPP dan masih adanya keluhan peserta JKN akan layanan yang diberikan oleh petugas di fasilitas kesehatan. Pengelolaan informasi dan pengaduan yang tidak terkelola dengan baik dapat mengakibatkan ketidakakuratan dan keterlambatan dalam pemberian informasi dan penangan pengaduan peserta dan juga akan memengaruhi kualitas layanan dan kepuasan peserta JKN terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh BPJS Kesehatan maupun fasilitas kesehatan. Di sisi lain berbagai penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara kinerja pegawai dengan karakteristik pekerjaan, beban kerja dan motivasi kerja sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi memediasi pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai oleh petugas Pemberian Informasi dan Penanganan Pengaduan (PIPP) di fasilitas kesehatan wilayah kerja BPJS kesehatan kantor Cabang Singaraja.  Populasi pada penelitian ini Petugas PIPP di fasilitas kesehatan dengan  metode total sampling. Dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menujukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap motivasi; beban kerja terhadap motivasi; beban kerja terhadap kinerja; motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun karakteristik pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Serta motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan juga memediasi pengaruh beban kerja secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh modal manusia, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Buleleng. Populasi riset ini adalah UMKM se-Kabupaten Buleleng yang berjumlah 66.368 UMKM. Jumlah sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat signifikansi 7% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 204 UMKM. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Versi 25. Hasil riset menunjukkan secara parsial modal manusia, orientasi kewirausahaan dan literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Buleleng. Literasi digital merupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Buleleng

Abstract

Prosperity provides opportunities for households to achieve economic resilience. Economic resilience is a condition and ability to recover and rise from problems in economic aspects. The welfare condition of women in freelance daily labor households in Tiyingtali Village has not been able to reflect the economic resilience of households. This research reveals the motivation and role of women in Tiyingtali Village who work as casual daily laborers in the household to achieve prosperity and economic resilience. By using a qualitative approach, these two problems become a complex thing to discuss. Through qualitative analysis with stages: 1) data collection; 2) Data reduction; 3) Presentation of data; 4) Conclusion drawing/Verification, the welfare and economic resilience problems of women's freelance daily laborer households can be explained. To ensure the validity of the research data obtained, triangulation of sources is then carried out. Research findings show that "Gunakaya" (fighting spirit to have wealth alone or with husband) is a motivation. This motivation leads to the condition of a prosperous family. Not having savings for supplies, makes for a lack of household economic resilience. The inability of freelance daily working women to set aside their income makes it an obstacle to realizing household economic resilience. Efforts to fulfill the household economy of husband and wife must help each other to create economic resilience.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of civil servants regarding the equalisation of structural positions into functional positions and their influence on work productivity at Ganesha University of Education. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 59 employees who have the position of head of section and subsection. Collection using interview techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis using a mixed method approach through qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using paired sample t-test. The results showed that (a) the implementation of equalisation of structural positions into functional positions at Ganesha University of Education is a bureaucratic reform in accordance with Permenpan-RB Number 17 of 2021 concerning Equalisation of Administrative Positions into Functional Positions; (b) the perception of civil servants towards the transfer of positions shows that the implementation of the transfer of positions has not optimally increased work productivity due to the determination of functional positions that are limited in number and type so that they do not match employee competence; (c) the results of the paired sample T-test test on there are differences in the work productivity of civil servants at Ganesha University of Education before and after equalisation of structural positions into functional positions

Abstract

Produksi tenaga kerja sangat penting untuk efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional di berbagai industri, termasuk industri irigasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana upah, pengalaman kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berdampak pada produktivitas tenaga harian lepas irigasi di Kabupaten Buleleng. Upah mencakup segala macam uang atau barang yang diterima oleh pekerja selama kegiatan ekonomi. Jumlah waktu yang dihabiskan tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan tertentu, yang berdampak langsung pada kemampuan dan produktivitas mereka, dikenal sebagai pengalaman kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 orang, terdiri dari tenaga harian lepas irigasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan berbagai uji statistik seperti uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan uji f dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upah, pengalaman kerja, dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga harian lepas irigasi. Secara spesifik, kesesuaian upah yang diterima pekerja berhubungan erat dengan motivasi dan semangat kerja, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan produktivitas. Pengalaman kerja yang lebih lama memungkinkan pekerja untuk menyelesaikan tugas dengan lebih efisien dan berkualitas. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif juga memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung kinerja optimal pekerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya manajemen upah yang adil, peningkatan pengalaman kerja, dan perbaikan lingkungan kerja sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengambil kebijakan di sektor irigasi, khususnya dalam pengelolaan tenaga harian lepas irigasi di Kabupaten Buleleng, untuk memastikan operasi yang lebih efektif dan efisien serta keberlanjutan sistem irigasi.
