Abstract

Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) are cells that are able to differentiate into other cells and have immunomodulatory properties that are used to treat inflammatory diseases. MSCs have the ability to repair damaged tissue by regenerating damaged tissue. MSCs produce a secretome, where the MSC secretome has various cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, anti-inflammatory factors and proteins that are produced in molecular form. One of the molecules secreted by the secretome is Interleukin-10.IL-10 is an anti-inflammatory cytokine which functions to inhibit the production of several other types of cytokines such as TNF, IL-1, chemokine and IL-12). Apart from that, IL-10 is able to inhibit the function of macrophages in assisting T cell activity. One of the products from Secretome MSC is a cream preparation. To find out whether the MSC cream contains IL-10 protein, Interleukin-10 levels were analyzed in the MSC secretome cream with 3 different MSC cream concentration formulations (2%, 3% and 5%). Analysis of IL-10 levels was carried out using ELISA to detect IL-10 antigen. The results of the examination of 9 samples showed that all samples were positive for IL-10 with a concentration of 2% dilution 1:2 showing the best results with an Optical Density (OD) of 0.069 and followed by a concentration of 5% dilution 1:2 showing an OD value of 0.065.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Proses perencanaan penerapan strategi pembelajaran IPS melalui metoda kooperatif multi level dalam meningkatkan prestasi hasil belajar siswa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN Satap 8 sojol (2) Pelaksanaan penerapan strategi pembelajaran IPS melalui metoda kooperatif multi level dalam meningkatkan prestasi hasil belajar siswa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN Satap 8 sojol (3) Hasil penilaian pembelajaran penerapan strategi pembelajaran IPS melalui metoda kooperatif multi level dalam meningkatkan prestasi hasil belajar siswa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN Satap 8 sojol (4) Kendala dalam penerapan strategi pembelajaran IPS melalui metoda kooperatif multi level dalam meningkatkan prestasi hasil belajar siswa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN Satap 8 sojol (5) Upaya yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi kendala- kendala dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran IPS melalui metoda kooperatif multi level dalam meningkatkan prestasi hasil belajar siswa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN Satap 8 sojol. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpualan data yaitu dengan cara observasi, interview/wawancara dan dokumen. Adapun tahapan penelitian ini berupa level yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi, dan dilaksanakan tiga level. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa strategi pembelajaran IPS melalui metoda kooperatif multi level dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa dalam pelajaran IPS kelas VII SMPN Satap 8 sojol. Hasil observasi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa dari tahap I, tahap II, dan tahap III tampak terjadi perubahan yang signifikan pada proses pembelajaran IPS. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan perubahan nilai atau prestasi yang setiap level makin meningkat, ditambah siswa lebih aktif dan bersemangat dalam proses pembalajaran IPS. The method used in this research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are by means of observation, interviews/interviews and documents. The stages of this research are levels which include planning, implementation, observation and reflection, and are carried out at three levels. The research results prove that the social studies learning strategy through multi-level cooperative methods can improve student achievement in class VII social studies at SMPN Satap 8 Sojol. The results of observations in the field show that from stage I, stage II, and stage III there appears to be a significant change in the social studies learning process. This can be proven by changes in grades or achievements which increase at each level, plus students are more active and enthusiastic in the social studies learning process.
