Abstract

masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bagaimana efektivitas program  Command Center dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan publik. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi efektivitas pelaksanaan program Command Center dalam rangka peningkatan  pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat tentang kondisi atau objek yang diteliti. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Dan Persandian Kota Ambon, yang berada di Lantai 4 Balai Kota Ambon Jl. Sultan Hairun, Uritetu, Kec. Sirimau, Kota Ambon, Maluku. Pencapaian tujuan dalam Program Command Center Kota Ambon adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik dengan menggunakan teknologi yang tersedia namun terdapat hambatan-hambatan dalam menjalankan program ini yaitu masih ada beberapa layanan yang sering mengalami gangguan dan pemerintah masih kekurangan tenaga kerja (programmer). Sehingga pencapaian Program Cerdas Command Center belum berjalan secara maksimal. Proses sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Dan Persandian Kota Ambon lewat Program Command Center ini belum optimal dikarenakan proses sosialisasi yang dilakukan pemerintah tidak rutin dan tidak langsung berhadapan dengan masyarakat ataupun dari pemerintah tidak memasang spanduk-spanduk yang berkaitan dengan Program Cerdas Command Center sehingga masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami dan mengetahui adanya program ini.

Abstract

This research focuses on five indicators that influence service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon District, Ambon: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The study aims to analyze the service quality specifically at the Tihu Village Office within Teluk Ambon Subdistrict, Ambon City. The total sample size for this study was 30 respondents, comprising 5 purposively sampled employees and 25 community respondents selected incidentally. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires, with frequency tables used for analysis. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data across the five indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), the findings indicate that the service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon Subdistrict is deemed insufficient.

Abstract

The phenomenon of lack of employee work discipline, work targets sometimes do not meet standards which occurs because there are delays in completion, minimal communication and cooperation between co-workers hinders work progress. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the performance of state civil servants at the Housing and Settlement Service of Maluku Province. Performance theory is the basis for analyzing this problem through sub-indicators of ability, motivation, knowledge and leadership using qualitative methods to produce a study of a more comprehensive phenomenon on the subject of research. The results of the study show: 1. The aspect of ability in achieving work targets that have been set based on SOPs is not running optimally because various obstacles are encountered, such as being slow in implementing reports and not being in accordance with the targeted time. 2. The motivation aspect needs to be improved because it influences the completion of work or tasks and responsibilities given to each employee

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan dan fasilitas kerja terhadap efektivitas pelayanan pembelajaran di SD Gugus I Kecamatan Kairatu, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan desain survei dengan metode hubungan kausal (explanatory survey). Populasi penelitian berjumlah 48 orang, dengan pengambilan sampel secara sensus. Data dianalisis melalui pengujian asumsi klasik, regresi, dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor kemampuan dan fasilitas kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan pembelajaran, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Faktor kemampuan memiliki nilai parsial 0,344, fasilitas kerja 0,310, dan pengaruh simultan sebesar 0,577 (57%), dengan 42,3% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Efektivitas pelayanan pembelajaran berada dalam kategori sangat baik dengan capaian persentase 81–100%, Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan faktor kemampuan dan fasilitas kerja dalam mendukung efektivitas pelayanan pembelajaran di SD Gugus I Kecamatan Kairatu. Implikasinya adalah perlunya optimalisasi operasionalisasi lanjutan yang mempertimbangkan kedua faktor tersebut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of civil service at the Maluku Province Housing and Settlement Service. Qualitative methods were used to produce a more comprehensive study of a phenomenon on the subject of the study. The results of the study showed1. various obstacles were encountered such as being slow in carrying out reports and not according to the targeted time. 2. the motivation aspect, needs to be improved because it affects the completion of work or tasks and responsibilities given.. 3. the knowledge aspect, as an initiative taker related to thinking power, creativity in the form of ideas to plan something related to organizational goals is not yet adequate.. 4. Leadership aspects in the team, encouraging work morale and creating a better work culture. . Constructive recommendations are seen from the aspect of initiative and problem solving that are not yet adequate so that a good employee mentality is needed in building self-confidence by giving tasks and responsibilities to employees and creating a positive work culture and ensuring that a good communication system can be built so that a comfortable work environment is created and implementing a reward and punishment system in carrying out the tasks given so that the organization's goals are in line with the targets that have been set.

Abstract

The research explores how the Contingency and Motivation Leadership Model affects Ambon City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office employee performance. This research examines how contingency leadership affects Ambon City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office staff performance. Quantitative data analysis of 32 study participants using regression analysis. In the Ambon City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office employee performance, the partial contingency leadership approach had no meaningful influence. Employee success in the Ambon City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office depends on motivation. The contingency and motivating leadership styles affect Ambon City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office workers' performance.

Abstract

Optimizing the Utilization of Village Funds in Financing Community Empowerment Programs in Ilili Village, Kesuy Watubela District, Eastern Seram Regency. The research results show that the use of village funds in financing community empowerment programs has not achieved optimal results, so it is important to follow up through focused and specific planning, implementation and control of programs that are oriented towards increasing community economic income. If the use of village funds in a procedural manner including planning, implementation and control is carried out optimally, the expected goals will be achieved in financing community empowerment programs and realizing community welfare in Ilili Village, Kesuy Watubela District, Eastern Seram Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Penerapan e-Government Melalui Pelaksanaan Program KTP digital di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Ambon. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Ambon. Pengambilan data primer dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap sejumlah informan yang dianggap terlibat secara langsung dalam Penerapan e-Government Melalui Pelaksanaan Program KTP Digital di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Ambon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa program KTP Digital telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas layanan administrasi kependudukan. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan terkait infrastruktur,  sumber daya manusia, keamanan data, penerimaan masyarakat, serta kurangnya informasi yang diberikan oleh aparat desa atau instansi tertentu mengenai kebijakan baru terkait aktivasi KTP digital, sehingga ada banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang adanya KTP digital. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pemerintah dalam mengoptimalkan implementasi E-Government untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Primary data collection was carried out through a list of questions to a number of respondents who were directly involved in research on Supervision and its Relationship with Employee Work Effectiveness at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Maluku Province. The results showed that the magnitude of the correlation coefficient between the two main variables in this study was 0 .48 and is in a moderate position. Furthermore, to find out whether there is a significant relationship between the two variables or not, it is necessary to test it by comparing it with the r-Product Moment value at a significant level of 0.5% (95% confidence level). The result is 0.266.s. Thus the results show that the t-table is greater than the r-table value (0.48 > 0.226), so it can be said that the better the supervision carried out by the Head of the Regional Office, the more effective the work of employees at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency will increase Maluku Province. Conversely, if the supervision carried out by the Head of the Regional Office is not carried out properly, then the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Maluku Province will decrease
