Abstract

Hair loss is a common problem experienced by various groups, both men and women. In 2023, a survey found that 64.7% of hair problems were hair loss, followed by dandruff, dry hair, dull hair, limp hair, and oily hair. The causes of hair loss are diverse, ranging from genetic and hormonal factors to lifestyle. To accurately identify and classify the types of hair loss, a method is needed that can handle data efficiently and accurately. This study aims to classify types of hair loss using the Naive Bayes method, a classification algorithm in data mining based on probability and Bayes' theorem. The data used consists of various attributes such as staying up late, brain activity duration, stress levels, dandruff, and hormones. The Naive Bayes method was chosen because of its ability to handle data with a large number of attributes and produce fairly accurate predictions even with the assumption of independence between features. The results of the study show that the Naive Bayes method is capable of classifying types of hair loss with an accuracy rate of 76.67%. These findings indicate that this method can be used as a tool to aid in the rapid and efficient initial diagnosis of hair loss problems.

Abstract

This research aims to design a web-based information system to facilitate the registration process for competitions in Sports and Arts Week (PORSENI) at SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung. This research was motivated by the complexity of the manual registration process that involved many participants from different schools, especially those from out of town. The designed information system integrates an online payment function through the Xendit payment gateway. This system is expected to increase the efficiency of the registration process, reduce the committee's workload, and provide convenience for participants to register and pay online. The results showed that the developed information system successfully simplified the registration and payment process of the competition. Participants can register and pay independently without coming directly to the committee. In addition, this system can automate several processes that were previously done manually, thus increasing the efficiency of the committee's work. Implementing this information system has positively contributed to the organisation of PORSENI at SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The PBB-P2 tax application in the Revenue Agency of Way Kanan Regency has a critical limitation: it cannot record actual coordinate data, causing tax assessments to rely on predetermined strategic-location values rather than precise geographic information. This study aims to evaluate the information system governance of the PBB-P2 tax application using the COBIT 2019 framework. The research employed a quantitative method with questionnaires distributed to 15 respondents consisting of staff and management of the Revenue Agency. Sampling used purposive sampling, and data validity and reliability were tested using Pearson correlation and Cronbach’s alpha. The assessment covered five COBIT 2019 processes: APO04, APO07, APO13, DSS02, and DSS03. Results show that all five processes are at capability level 3 (Predictable Process) with an average current score of 3.47, while the expected level is 4.49, yielding a gap of approximately 1.02. This gap indicates that the system requires significant improvements in innovation management, human resource competence, information security, and service request management. Recommendations include structured training programs, security system upgrades, and formalized incident management procedures

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan tahapan penting dalam membentuk fondasi perkembangan anak. Namun, pengelolaan data pendidikan PAUD di UPT SKB Way Kanan masih dilakukan secara manual, yang mengakibatkan berbagai kendala seperti duplikasi data, kehilangan informasi, dan kesulitan dalam mengevaluasi perkembangan anak secara berkala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu mengintegrasikan sistem penerimaan murid baru (SPMB) dan pengelolaan rapor digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dikembangkan menyediakan fitur pendaftaran daring, manajemen data siswa, pencatatan perkembangan anak, serta pembuatan rapor digital yang dapat diakses secara real-time oleh guru, orang tua, dan pihak manajemen. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengatasi keterbatasan proses manual dan mendukung transparansi serta kolaborasi dalam proses pendidikan PAUD. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan layanan pendidikan yang lebih modern dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Lampung menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan data pengembangan kompetensi ASN yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Excel, sehingga berdampak pada keterlambatan pelaporan, duplikasi data, dan rendahnya efisiensi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Integrasi Informasi Kompetensi Aparatur (SIISKA) berbasis web untuk mendukung proses pendaftaran, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan kegiatan coaching, mentoring, serta analisis kesenjangan jabatan secara terstruktur. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah waterfall, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Sistem diuji menggunakan metode black-box. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa SIISKA mampu menurunkan waktu proses pendaftaran dari 2–3 hari menjadi kurang dari 1 jam, mengurangi tingkat kesalahan input dari 15% menjadi di bawah 3%, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna hingga 85%. Sistem ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam digitalisasi pengelolaan kompetensi ASN secara efisien dan terintegrasi.
