Abstract

Tanah merupakan sumber daya alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan sosial dan ekonomi guna meningkatkan kemakmuran rakyat. Sejalan dengan Pasal 33 ayat (3) UUD 1945 dijelaskan bahwa “bumi, air, dan kekayaan alam yang terkandung di dalamnya dikuasai oleh negara dan dipergunakan untuk sebesar-besar kemakmuran rakyat”. Tanah merupakan asset penting bagi pemilik dan pemerintah karena didalamnya melekat komponen: tanah bernilai manfaat yang tinggi (penghasilan masyarakat produksi dan jasa), tanah bernilai ekonomis (harta benda) dan tanah bernilai sebagai penghubung spasial (ruang untuk transportasi manusia, tumbuhan, binatang). Tujuan penelitian: 1. Menganalisis kondisi kepemilikan aset tanah masyarakat dalam mendukung keberdayaan masyarakat. 2. Merumuskan model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis tanah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci. Waktu penelitian bulan November 2022 - April 2023. Metode penelitian adalah metode survey. Sampel terdiri dari sektor perkebunan, perikanan, pertanian, peternakan dan UMKM. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel berjumlah 400 sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data skunder. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian: 1). Kondisi kepemilikian asset atas tanah terdiri dari bersertifkat dan terdaftar berjumlah 25,25% dan tidak bersertifikat dan tidak terdaftar berjumlah 74,75%. 2). Terdapat tiga model pemberdayaan berbasis tanah yaitu: a). Model pemberdayaan tanah berbasis kemitraan, b). Pemberdayaan tanah masyarakat berbasis penataan tata ruang, c). Pemberdayaan tanah masyarakat berbasis corporate sosial responsibility.

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the relationship between stunting and completeness of immunization among children under five years old in Indonesia. The study used a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data from the Indonesian Family Life Study (IFLS) V big data in 2014. The sample consisted of children aged 12-59 months from 13 provinces in Indonesia, representing 83% of the total population. Data were analyzed using SPSS and STATA programs. Statistical analysis was performed to determine the association between immunization status and stunting. The results showed a significant statistical relationship (p-value <0.05) between immunization status and stunting occurrence among children aged 12-59 months in Indonesia, with a p-value of 0.001 and a PR value of 1.2 (95% CI: 1.14-1.6). Children who receive incomplete immunization have a 1.2 times greater risk of stunting compared to those who receive complete immunization. The study concluded that completeness of immunization is associated with stunting among children under five years old in Indonesia. Therefore, it is essential to ensure complete immunization coverage to prevent stunting in this population.

Abstract

In this study a web-based expert system was designed using the Naïve bayes method which was intended to help farmers diagnose chili plants. The system development method used is extreme programming which consists of planning, design, coding, testing. A web-based chilli plant disease diagnostic expert system was developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This expert system is capable of diagnosing chili plants by submitting disease symptoms at the time of inspection. Based on the selected symptoms, this system will provide diagnostic results and then display the disease and solutions for the chili plant disease. The results in this study concluded that there was compatibility between the results of the expert system diagnosis using the Naïve bayes method with experts.
