Abstract

Indonesia is a religion, ethnicity, and culture, each of which has a very special tourism attraction. So many people love to travel. In addition to being able to relieve fatigue all day at work, you can also gather with family tours that provide good benefits and will be visited by many people. This research uses quantitative methods, this research was conducted in Bird Park (beautiful Indonesian mini park) ). In this study using a sample of 100 respondents from visitors, the data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study are (1) service quality has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. (2) price has no significant effect on visitor satisfaction (3) service quality has a significant effect on ticket prices for Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Bird Park. Abstract

Roofing businesses or businesses in Indonesia have developed quite rapidly in recent years, with various formats and types. In the midst of Indonesia's economic conditions which are experiencing difficult times, the roofing business can still survive because everyone definitely needs housing, for example. The Rooftop retail business has even more potential to develop, as evidenced by the proliferation of this business from big cities to small towns. CV. Maestro Atap Bekasi is a company that sells roof tiles, pvc, tile accessories. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of sales promotion and product quality on consumer buying interest in CV. Maestro Roof Bekasi. There are several variables that are connected, namely Sales Promotion (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Purchase Interest (Y). This method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is Consumer CV. Maestro Roof Bekasi with a total sample of 79 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The results of data analysis show that Sales Promotion has a positive and significant direct effect on Buying Interest. Product quality has a positive and significant direct effect on Purchase Intention. And UK Sales Promotion has a positive and significant direct effect on product quality. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction in soft bone chicken Mas Salam Cikarang, West Java. The independent variables in this study are product quality and price. While the dependent variable is customer satisfaction variable. Research using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were customers at Mas Salam Soft Bone Chicken, Cikarang, West Java. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to 65 respondents. Statistical method using SmartPLS 3, with statistical test hypothesis testing t. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product innovation and promotion on purchasing decisions at Mc Donald's Margonda Depok consumers. This research method is a quantitative research, this research was conducted at Mc Donald's Margonda Depok. The population in this study were all Mc Donald's customers who were or had eaten at Mc Donald's Margonda Depok. With a sample of 120 respondents. Data analysis was based on using the SPSS program version 26.0 for Windows. The results of this study are Product Innovation has an effect on Purchasing Decisions, Promotion has an effect on Purchase Decisions, Product Innovation and Promotions together have an effect on Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on employee performance at Kramat Jati Hospital. This research method is quantitative with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all staff implementing health services at Kramat Jati Hospital as many as 221 employees. The sampling technique was using proportionate stratified random sampling technique or proportional random strata sampling with a total of 69 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from related agencies and journals to support this research. The instrument validity test uses Pearson correlation, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument proved to be valid and reliable for the research instrument. Hypothesis testing in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. PLS is an analysis method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance. The results showed that: Training (X1) had a positive and significant effect on motivation with the original sample estimated value of 0.778 with a significance of 14.080. Second; Training (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on performance with the original sample estimate value of 0.080 with a significance of 0.831. Third; Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance with the original sample estimated value of 0.840 with a significance of 11.124. So it can be concluded that in this study, training has a positive but not significant effect on performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance Keywords: Training, Motivation, Employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and location on customer satisfaction at the Sumber Makmur store, Cilangkap, East Jakarta. The method used in research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are customers who are making purchases at the Sumber Makmur Building Store, Cilangkap, East Jakarta. Up to 80 respondents in this study used the incidental sampling technique. The source of data in this research is primary data which is obtained directly through filling out the questionnaires given to the respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis and processed using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, the needs of the Indonesian people for technology-based entertainment are increasingly high. As with other countries, Indonesia has used one of the technology products in the television industry, namely Pay TV (pay TV) which offers a choice of programs (pay per view content), either via satellite or cable in its distribution to customers. The object of research is service quality and consumer confidence in purchasing decisions with buying interest, namely TransVision customers in East Jakarta. The study population was 7,150 customers. Samples were taken with the Slovin formula so that the results of rounding up 99 sample respondents were obtained. Valid respondent questionnaire 97 respondent questionnaire. he results of the study (H1) The quality of service has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (H2) Consumer confidence has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (H3) The quality of service has a significant positive effect on buying interest, H4) Consumer trust has a significant positive effect on buying interest, (H5) Purchasing interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (H6) Buying interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (H7) Consumer trust has no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest Key words: service quality, consumer trust, buying interest
