Abstract

This research is based on the low quality and skills of Human Resources (HR) which results in a large workforce in East Tanjung Jabung Regency who are still not working, which can be seen from BPS data of East Tanjung Jabung Regency regarding the Unemployment Rate in East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Strategy for Improving the Quality of Human Resources (HR) through a Training Program at the Job Training Center (Blk) of East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The research method used is qualitative. Data were collected through questionnaires (questionnaires), observations (observations) and documentation. The sampling method used is sensu which is carried out to the BLK (Job Training Center) and participants for each type of training carried out. The result of this research is that the development of human resources is generally indeed a must and need. Job training has an effect on the improvement and development of attitudes, ways of working, behavior, knowledge and skills as well as workers' morals so as to create good work performance and get optimal results for their well-being. The low educational background results in low competence so that there is a lack of expertise in work. Therefore, the role of the UPTD of the East Tanjung Jabung Regency Job Training Center is needed as one of the efforts to reduce the unemployment rate in East Tanjung Jabung Regency through its job training. Abstract

ABSTRAK Raskin merupakan salah satu program pemerintah untuk membantu masyarakat yang kurang mampu dan rawan pangan agar mereka mendapatkan beras untuk kebutuh rumah tangga.program raskin tersebut merupakan program untuk membantu masyarakat yang miskin termasuk dalam kluster 1 tentang bantuan dan perlindungan sosial , instruksi presiden pada nomor 8 tahun 2008 terkait kebijakan perberasan . Pelayana yang berkualitas di ukur dari tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh konsumen atau masyarakat . kualitas pelayanan yang baik merupakan bukti dari penyelenggaraan pemerintah yang baik (good governance).pelayanan yang optimal di berikan pemerintah adalah hasil kerja pemerintah dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memahami secara mendalam pelaksanaan dan pelayanan program beras miskin (raskin) di desa pandan lagan kecamatan geragai , dengan mengumpulkan data langsung melalui wawancara ,obervasi data ,pengumpulkan data dan dokumentasi data yang di peroleh melalui wawancara, obervasi dan dokumentasi. penyelenggaraan pemerintah yang baik akan pencerminkan pelayanan yang optimal di segala aspek,antara lain pelayanan terhadap pelaksanaan e- KTP , Jaminan, beras miskin ( raskin) dan kesehatan masyarakat (ljamkesmas).hal ini sesuai dengan paradigma pelayanan publik yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kepuasan ke pada konsumen atau masyarakat Kata kunci : kualitas pelayanan,beras miskin /Raskin

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the pricing practices and harvest deduction systems in the transactions of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm at Ram Sido Mukti Jaya, Dendang Subdistrict, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, from the perspective of Islamic economics. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and literature review. The findings indicate that the prevailing transaction mechanisms do not fully reflect the principles of justice, transparency, and mutual consent as upheld in Islamic economic principles. The imbalance in farmers' bargaining positions, the absence of clear contractual agreements, and the lack of open information regarding prices and deductions are key indicators of inequality. These findings highlight the need for a thorough evaluation of transaction governance and the imperative to incorporate Islamic values into commodity trading practices. The implications of this study suggest that business actors should adopt Sharia-compliant principles in their transactions, that Islamic cooperatives should be strengthened to enhance farmers’ bargaining power, and that the findings may serve as a foundation for policymakers and researchers in formulating strategies for a fair, transparent, and socially as well as spiritually sustainable trade system

Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of public understanding of Islamic banking in Mendahara Ilir Village, Mendahara District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, the study reveals that although the term "Islamic bank" is fairly well known among the community, understanding of the underlying principles, systems, and products remains very low and largely symbolic. This lack of Islamic financial literacy is not due to rejection of the Sharia system, but rather stems from limited access to information, inadequate educational efforts from Islamic financial institutions, and the low integration of Islamic economic content in religious activities. The study finds that awareness of Islamic identity has not yet aligned with technical understanding of Sharia contracts (akad). Other findings suggest that direct experience in using Islamic banking services can serve as an important bridge toward deeper understanding. The study recommends contextual and collaborative Islamic financial literacy strategies, involving religious leaders, local media, experiential training, and the strengthening of Islamic economic curricula in both formal and informal education. With such strategies, Islamic financial inclusion in remote areas like Mendahara Ilir can be significantly improved, thereby supporting fair, sustainable, and Islamically-aligned local economic development

Abstract

This study explores the effective implementation of the profit-sharing mechanism based on the mudharabah contract in cattle farming enterprises in Parit Culum II Village, Indonesia, aiming to overcome capital constraints and enhance farmers’ income. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research combines empirical and normative juridical methods, utilizing field observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the mudharabah model fosters a synergistic partnership between capital providers (shahibul maal) and farmers (mudharib), where profits are shared proportionally and financial risks borne mainly by capital owners, unless managerial negligence occurs. Notably, the study uncovers an innovative profit-sharing scheme involving both monetary returns and proportional division of livestock offspring, promoting sustainable biological asset management. This application extends fiqh muamalah into the agribusiness sector, emphasizing justice (‘adl), trustworthiness (amanah), and maqashid al-shari’ah principles to establish transparent and equitable partnerships. The research highlights the importance of enhanced monitoring, communication, and Shariah-based managerial training to optimize partnership sustainability. This model offers practical insights for advancing inclusive and sustainable Shariah-compliant economic development in rural agrarian communities

Abstract

This study explores the level of knowledge and understanding of mobile banking services offered by Bank Syariah Indonesia among the community of Kelurahan Mendahara Ilir. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews to analyze community experiences and perceptions. Findings reveal that knowledge about mobile banking varies significantly, with younger and more educated individuals demonstrating greater awareness and usage. Major barriers include insufficient socialization and training, unstable internet connectivity, limited data availability, and concerns over digital transaction security. These challenges contribute to the continued reliance on conventional banking methods among certain groups. The study highlights the necessity for intensified and inclusive educational programs, improved digital infrastructure, and user-friendly guidance to enhance digital literacy. Addressing these issues will facilitate broader adoption of mobile banking services and support the advancement of sharia-compliant financial inclusion in the digital age

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik penjualan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) Pertalite melalui Pertamini di Mancolok Kecamatan Mendahara Ulu dari perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah. Pertamini merupakan agen penjual BBM eceran non-resmi yang muncul sebagai respons terhadap keterbatasan akses masyarakat ke SPBU resmi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) dan kajian doktrinal hukum Islam. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 15 informan, observasi di 22 lokasi Pertamini, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik Pertamini di Mancolok memiliki karakteristik: (1) beroperasi tanpa izin resmi; (2) menetapkan harga 20-30% lebih tinggi dari SPBU; (3) menggunakan alat ukur tidak terstandar; (4) melayani pembelian dalam jumlah kecil; dan (5) memberikan fasilitas kredit. Dari perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah, praktik ini mengandung unsur gharar dalam takaran dan kualitas, melanggar prinsip ketaatan pada regulasi pemerintah, serta memiliki potensi tadlis dalam sistem pengukuran. Namun, praktik ini juga memberikan maslahat berupa kemudahan akses BBM bagi masyarakat terpencil. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan: (1) pembentukan regulasi khusus untuk agen BBM skala mikro; (2) pengembangan program kemitraan oleh PT Pertamina; (3) formalisasi usaha Pertamini melalui koperasi atau agen resmi; (4) standardisasi alat ukur dan penetapan harga maksimal; serta (5) program edukasi tentang muamalah yang benar. Implementasi rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat mentransformasi Pertamini menjadi aktivitas ekonomi yang legal dan sesuai syariah tanpa mengorbankan kebutuhan masyarakat

Abstract

Indonesia holds significant potential for the development of the edible bird’s nest industry, particularly in rural areas rich in natural resources and local wisdom. This study aims to examine the management strategies of swiftlet farming in enhancing community income in Simpang Datuk Village, Nipah Panjang Subdistrict, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that management strategies are implemented systematically and adaptively, including the construction of buildings that mimic the natural habitat of swiftlets, the use of acoustic attractants, and pest control measures. These strategies have had a significant impact on increasing community income, although the outcomes vary depending on the effectiveness of individual management practices. The study also highlights the importance of integrating spiritual values and Islamic business ethics, as well as the need for mitigation of inhibiting factors such as pests and environmental disturbances. These findings present a novel contribution by integrating local, technical, social, and spiritual approaches, and may serve as a foundation for the formulation of equitable and sustainable policy development in the bird’s nest industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan aplikasi Alfagift dalam transaksi belanja di Alfamart Talang Babat, Kelurahan Talang Babat, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, serta membandingkan keselarasannya dengan hukum islam yang selaras dengan Al Qur’an dan Sunnah. Penggunaan aplikasi Alfagift ini dalam transaksi belanja suatu produk di toko Alfamart sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan poin belanja yang dikumpulkan oleh member Alfamart, lalu poin tersebut menjadi diskon atau potongan harga untuk produk tertentu, namun banyak dari member yang tidak mengetahui sistem dari penggunaan aplikasi Alfagift dalam mengelola poin tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan prosedur pegumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Alfagift dalam transaksi belanja di Alfamart Talang Babat, telah selaras dengan akad jual beli dalam Islam, yaitu kerelaan antaran kedua belah pihak (at-tharadiy), Kejelasan objek dan harga, serta tidak adanya unsur merugikan. Penggunaan aplikasi Alfagift membawa manfaat bagi kedua belah pihak, yaitu membantu Perusahaan dalam personal branding dan pembeli dalam memudahkan untuk mengetahui info terkait produk toko dan potongan harga atau diskon. Oleh karena itu, tinjauan hukum Islam, dalam penggunaan aplikasi Alfagift pada transaksi belanja di Alfamart Talang Babat diperbolehkan selama tetap selaras dengan hukum Islam dalam akad jual beli.
