Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of work experience, working climate and work ability appraisal partially and simultaneously on the career development in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pematang Siantar. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pematang Siantar Jalan Dahlia Nomor 12, Simarito, Kecamatan Siantar Barat, Kota Pematang Siantar, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, kode pos 21111, with a population of 108 people, and a study sample. of 52 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work experience has a effect on the career development of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pematang Siantar, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (3,668 > 2,011) at n = 52 at 95% significance level. Working climate has a not effect on the career development of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pematang Siantar, this is supported by an analysis of t count < t-table (0,552 < 2,011) at n = 52 at 95% significance level. Work ability appraisal has a effect on the career development of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pematang Siantar, this is supported by an analysis of t count > -table (2,170 > 2,011) at n = 52 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (25,500 > 2,80) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work experience, working climate and work ability appraisal on the career development of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pematang Siantar. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of teachers’ certification, professional competence, and career development on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. This study uses a quantitative approach, while the research technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires to research respondents, totaling 59 teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between teachers’ certification on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient tcount < ttable, which is 2,951 > 1.672 at a significant value of 0.005 < 0.05. It is concluded that the research hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. There is a positive but not significant effect among professional competence on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient tcount > ttable, which is 0.206 < 1.672 at a significance level of 0.838 > 0.05. It is concluded that the research hypothesis H₀ is accepted and H2 is rejected. There is a positive and significant influence among career development on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient tcount > ttable, which is 0.206 < 1.672 at a significance level of 0.838 > 0.05. It is concluded that the research hypothesis H₀ is rejected and H3 is accepted. There is a simultaneous positive influence between teachers’ certification, professional competence, and career development on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 1 Peureulak. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that the variables consisting of teachers’ certification (X1), professional competence (X2), career development (X3), have a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (48.869 > 3.15). Thus the decision is obtained that H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. In addition, the multiple linear regression models in this study are feasible to use because it has a positive value. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is R Square 0.727 or equal to 72.7%. This figure means that the variables of teachers’ certification, professional competence, career development, simultaneously (together) affect teachers’ performance by 72.7%. While the rest is 100% - 72.7% = 27.3%. This means that 27.3% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or the variables studied.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the Job Stress, Achievement Motivation, Work Discipline and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. Diponegoro Center. A quantitative study using a saturation sample methodology was conducted on 56 employees, and multiple linear regression analysis and SEM PLS were used for data analysis. The results indicated that both emotional intelligence and job stress have an effect on job satisfaction, partially showing the same results, i.e., emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and job stress has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Using SEM-PLS produces the same result: emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Research results can be a company's input to improve performance with variables in research. Research only at PT. MayBank Indonesia Therefore, the data collected is limited to only one company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi dan teknologi terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis di PT. Terusan Indah Perkasa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Data yang diperoleh dinyatakan valid dan reliabel sehingga memenuhi syarat untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dan teknologi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis, di mana kedua variabel tersebut terbukti berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan ketahanan dan kelangsungan operasional perusahaan. Temuan ini mempertegas pentingnya pembaruan berkelanjutan dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam memperkuat daya saing, memastikan efisiensi, serta mendukung keberlanjutan usaha perusahaan di tengah dinamika lingkungan bisnis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini inovasi dan teknologi merupakan faktor strategis yang perlu terus dikembangkan oleh PT. Terusan Indah Perkasa untuk meningkatkan stabilitas bisnis dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif jangka panjang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan reward terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Terusan Indah Perkasa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Seluruh data yang diperoleh telah memenuhi syarat valid dan reliabel sehingga layak diolah lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kedua variabel tersebut terbukti mampu mendorong peningkatan motivasi, produktivitas, dan efektivitas kerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif serta pemberian reward yang adil untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian, perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan kedua aspek tersebut sebagai strategi dalam memperkuat kualitas sumber daya manusia dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaji dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Terusan Indah Perkasa. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya kompensasi yang adil dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan kinerja serta produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 105 karyawan dan sampel 51 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan tiga variabel utama, yaitu gaji, motivasi, dan produktivitas. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, serta uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaji dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, di mana motivasi menjadi faktor paling dominan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keseimbangan antara pemberian gaji yang layak dan strategi motivasi yang berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan.
