Abstract

This research aim to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Fore Coffee Samarinda. The independent variables in this research are price and product quality, while the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. The Population in this study were consumers at Fore Coffee Samarinda with sample determination using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique with a total of 110 respondents. This research is quantitative. Data analysis in this research uses the multiple linear regression analysis method using the IBM Statistical product and Service Solution (SPSS) Statistics version 25 program. The results of this research show that the influence of price and product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Fore Coffee Samarinda .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh online customer review, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian di Tokopedia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi pengguna Tokopedia di Samarinda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 97 responden. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, online customer review, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0,000. Namun, secara parsial, hanya promosi yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (t hitung = 3,559; p < 0,05), sementara online customer review dan harga tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa promosi yang menarik, seperti cashback dan diskon, lebih berpengaruh dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian dibandingkan dengan ulasan pelanggan dan harga. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemasar di Tokopedia untuk lebih fokus pada strategi promosi dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Ambassadors, Social Media Marketing, and Online Customer Reviews on product purchasing decisions at Shopee, especially among users in Samarinda City. The method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory design, involving 108 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The results of the analysis show that Brand Ambassador has no significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a t-count value of 0.818 and a significance of 0.415. In contrast, Social Media Marketing and Online Customer Review are proven to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with t-count values of 4.713 (significance 0.000) and 4.734 (significance 0.000), respectively. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) shows that 54% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these three variables. These findings emphasize the importance of marketing strategies through social media and customer reviews in influencing purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the skill level of mini volleyball underhand serve skills of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 13 Central Bengkulu for the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using survey methods and data collection technique used were tests and measurements. The results of this study were based on the underhand serve skill test of which was categorized very high, namely 2 people (8%), high category namely 3 people (12%), and moderate category namely 13 people (52%), and the low category was 7 people (28%), and the very low category was 0 people (0%). Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the underhand serve skills of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 13 Central Bengkulu in the academic year of 2023/2024, the results of the underhand serve test were obtained with an average of 12.6 and were in the moderate category.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of implementing strategic management on the performance of PT XYZ, an important provider of electricity services in the industry. Intense competition, dynamic changes in the business environment, and customer needs demand the adoption of effective strategies. This research employs qualitative methods and a case study approach at PT XYZ. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with company management and analysis of internal documents, as well as direct observation of operational activities. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of efficacious strategic management exerts a positive influence on the efficacy of PT XYZ. By adopting a lucid and well-defined strategy, the company is capable of optimising the utilisation of its resources, augmenting its competitive edge, and fortifying its client relationships. Furthermore, strategic management enables companies to identify and address the risks inherent to their operational activities.

Abstract

The sources of Islamic law are everything that becomes the basis for regulating the order of life of Muslims. Most scholars agree that the Koran is the main source of Islamic teachings, then hadith is the second source, and ijtihad is the third source. The Qur'an contains a collection of all the rules for whatever situations and conditions experienced by mankind. Rasulullah SAW as the recipient of the revelation explained the meaning of the Al-Qur'an both in words and deeds. The words and actions of the Prophet are known as hadith. In this way, the Al-Qur'an can be easily implemented by Muslims in their daily lives as a form of obedience to Allah SWT. However, when the Prophet died, there was no longer any place to ask about Islamic law, while world problems continued to develop along with the times, the Qur'an and hadith themselves ordered the ulama to undertake ijtihad to establish a new law for problems that did not exist. The law is in the Koran or hadith. In this way, the ijtihad of ulama is used as the third source of Islamic law. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative research type with library research (library study). The aim of the research is so that readers can know and understand the sources of Islamic teachings so that they are motivated to create a life in accordance with religious guidance.

Abstract

In 2023, the PKK women's group in Keliling Benteng Ulu Village, West Martapura District, Banjar Regency has started producing instant herbal drinks with the herbal name "Wiras".  For almost 1 year now, only one type of product has been made.  It is necessary to diversify the products produced.  The aim of this activity is to provide training in making instant drinks made from ginger and tomatoes.  In this community service activity, training on instant ginger and tomato drinks will be carried out.  As an evaluation, participants will be asked to independently make instant ginger and tomato drinks and send a video when making them. As a result of this activity, training has been carried out in making instant drinks in the form of instant ginger and instant tomatoes.  The instant ginger drink made is called JaRi (original ginger) while the instant tomato drink is called MST (Minuman Sari Tomat).

Abstract

Skin cancer is the one of leading causes of illness and death worldwide.  The World Health Organization (WHO) state that ultraviolet (UV) radiation can cause cancer because it damages cells and triggers tumour growth.  Bangkal plants (Nauclea subdita (Korth) Steud) which grows widely in South Kalimantan, contain antioxidants such as flavonoids, phenolics, saponins and tannins. These compounds, found in the plant’s fruit and leaves, make Bangkal extract a potential natural sunscreen. This article aims to determine the antioxidant potential of the fruit and leaf extract through scavenging hydrogen peroxide, scavenging hydroxyl radicals and chelating metals activity tests and discover the sunscreen ability based on the sun protection factor (SPF). The extracts were tested at concentrations of 2.5, 5 , 10, 25 and 50 ppm. The study results show that the fruit extract exhibited the most substantial antioxidant activity potential in metal chelating and hydroxyl radical scavenging. Conversely, the bangkal leaf extract demonstrated greater activity in  hydrogen peroxide scavenging than in chelating metal and hydroxyl radical scavenging.   Based on the SPF value, bangkal leaf extract has greater sunscreen activity than the  fruit extract, indicating its stronger potential for development into a sunscreen formula to help prevent skin cancer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Price Discount, Usability, dan Customer Experience terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di aplikasi Kopi Kenangan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya persaingan dalam industri minuman berbasis aplikasi digital yang menuntut perusahaan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden pengguna aplikasi Kopi Kenangan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Price Discount berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, sedangkan Usability dan Customer Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi dan pengalaman pengguna memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian melalui aplikasi Kopi Kenangan.
