Abstract

Against the background of optimism that hypnotherapy techniques have great potential to increase the effectiveness of treating victims of drug abuse in the future, the implementation of this hypnotherapy model specifically aims to reduce the symptoms of relapse in victims of drug abuse. Implementation of the model begins with the application of The AWARE questionnaire from Gorski to determine various symptoms of relapse, then continues with step (1) pre-induction which includes building relationships with prospective clients, hypnotherapy training and suggestibility tests, and building contracts; (2) Induction which includes eyelid fixation; flying hand; total body relaxation; progressive relaxation; and rapid induction; (3) Deepening using calculation and imagination, as well as a depth level test using ideo motor response; (4) Suggestion therapy/therapeutic intervention in the form of a narrative created specifically to produce a healing effect, especially the symptoms of relapse found; (5) Termination as a technical step to return the Subject to normal conditions. The implementation of the hypnotherapy model using experimental methods has been proven to be able to reduce relapse symptoms in drug abuse victims.   Keywords: Hypnotherapy model, Relapse Symptoms, Drug Abuse Victims.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Therapeutic Community method (TC) in the Social Rehabilitation Program for drug abusers at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) Lido, Bogor Regency. TC prioritizes support from a positive social environment to provide positive mutual support and restore their social functioning. This study is a descriptive qualitative study. Informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 7 informants consisting of 2 rehabilitation clients, 1 counselor, 1 nurse, 1 inpatient officer, 1 psychologist, and 1 vocational trainer at BNN Lido. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the TC method is carried out through three stages: induction, adaptation, and facilitation. The induction stage is the stage that focuses on helping new clients become community members and involving clients in the social rehabilitation program at the rehabilitation institution. In the adaptation stage, basic life skills therapy services or vocational training are provided to develop self-abilities and work skills for clients. The facilitation stage is the development of a positive social support network. The main activities in the facilitation stage are client independence and the application of skills acquired during rehabilitation. Based on research results, the implementation of the TC method in the social rehabilitation program for drug abuse at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in Lido has been running according to procedure, but there is still a risk of relapse among clients after rehabilitation due to triggers from their home environment, social pressure, and lingering societal stigma. Abstract

Bullying in schools is a serious problem that impacts students' psychological, social and academic well-being. In the digital age, the phenomenon has become more complex with the emergence of cyber-bullying that can occur outside the school environment but still affects students' social dynamics. Lack of awareness, regulation and effective prevention strategies are challenges in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. Therefore, a systematic approach is needed to address bullying and build a positive school culture to support students' optimal development. This study aims to identify the forms of bullying that occur in schools, evaluate the strategies that have been implemented in preventing and handling bullying, and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in building a positive school culture. This study used a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods. The results show that although some schools have implemented anti-bullying policies, challenges are still found in its implementation, especially in dealing with cyber bullying that is difficult to control. More effective intervention programs involve educational approaches, such as social skills training for students, strengthening the role of teachers and counselors in mentoring students, and active involvement of parents in bullying prevention. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening anti-bullying policies that are more adaptive to technological developments, increasing the competence of educators in handling bullying cases, and collaboration between schools, parents and communities in creating a safer, more inclusive school environment that supports holistic student development
