Abstract

Matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan mulai dari sekolah dasar (SD) sampai dengan perguruan tinggi (PT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan yang signifikan  pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistic (PMR) pada kemampuan berfikir kreatif siswa kela VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bagan Sinembah  pada sub materi kubus, mengetahui peningkatan yang signifikan pembelajaran ekspositori pada kemampuan berfikir kreatif siswa kelas VIII SMP negeri 1 bagan sinembah pada sub materi kubus, untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kreatif siswa yang dibelajarkan antara pendekatan matematika realistic dengan pendekatan ekspositori. Penelitian ini merupakan metode eksperimen.Populasi penelitian ini kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 bagan sinembah dengan sampel kelas VIII4, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penenlitian ini adalah tes.Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah normalitas data, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: dengan  melihat rata-rata nilai yang dicapai siswa adalah 72,41. Dimana nilai tertinggi adalah 95.Siswa yang masih berada dibawah KKM hanya ada 8 siswa dari 22 siswa. Hal ini jelas lebih baik dibandingkan sebelum diberi perlakuan, dengan  melihat rata-rata nilai yang dicapai siswa hanya sekitar 60,41. Dimana nilai tertinggi adalah 85. Siswa yang berada dibawah KKM  ada sebanyak 19 siswa dari 11 siswa. Hal ini jelas bahwa pembelajaran ekspositori kurang meningkat pada proses pembelajaran berpikir kreatif, Pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistik meningkat lebih baik pada kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran ekspositori.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the halal label and brand image on purchasing decisions for Ichiban Sushi products. This research uses the halal label and brand image as independent variables and uses purchasing decisions as the dependent variable which is mediated by expectations. The population for this research is consumers or visitors to Sushi Mall Ciputra Semarang and the sample size is 100 respondents. The sampling technique for this research is purposive sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis method used is mediation path analysis and hypothesis testing in this research using Macro PROCESS Hayes in SPSS 22 for Windows. The results of this research show that (1) There is an influence of the halal label on expectations (2) There is an influence of brand image on expectations (3) There is an influence of expectations on purchasing decisions (4) Expectations significantly mediate the influence of the halal label on purchasing decisions Keywords: halal label, brand image, expectations, purchase decisions

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the impact of religiosity and profit margin on the augmentation of customer quantity in private banks, both partially and simultaneusly. The employed research methodology was quantitative, utilizing a sample size of 183 respondents. The research findings, processed using the SPSS program, indicate that the customer quantity is indeed influenced by both religiosity and profit margin the first hypothesis, which aimed to investigate the impact of religiosity on the level of customer quantity development, yielded an R value of 0,169, indicating quite significant result. The second hypothesis, which aimed to examine the impact of porfit margin on the level of customer quantity development of customer quantity, yielded a value of 0,184, also indicating quite significant result. Lastly, the third hypothesis, which aimed to explore the combined influence of religiosity and profit margin on the level of customer quantity development, yielded a value of 0,193, again indicating quite significant result.

Abstract

This study explores the differences in perception between communities and practitioners regarding biopori-based water management technology in the context of flood management in Passeno Village, Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative approach, the study involved 30 respondents, consisting of 27 members of farmer groups and 3 practitioners. Data were collected through surveys using structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results indicated that communities rated the effectiveness and ease of implementation of biopori technology higher than practitioners did. The main obstacles identified were a lack of knowledge and government support, with proposed solutions including intensive investigations and government subsidies. Although no significant differences in perception were found between the two groups, this study emphasizes the importance of education, government support, and field experience in influencing the acceptance of biopori technology. The uniqueness of this research lies in its specific focus on biopori technology, the rare comparison of perceptions between communities and practitioners, and its systematic quantitative approach. Additionally, the study successfully identifies obstacles and practical solutions while encouraging better collaboration between communities and practitioners, thereby potentially providing significant contributions to policies and practices in water resource management in flood-prone areas.

Abstract

Destructive fishing practices and suboptimal tourism management threaten the sustainability of the underwater ecosystem and the welfare of the people of Pulau Pahawang Village. To overcome this problem, there needs to be an effort to revitalize ecotourism by commercializing productive community-based coral transplantation. This study aims to design and implement a community-based ecotourism revitalization program focusing on coral transplantation, waste management, and the development of sustainable ecotourism management. This type of research is community action research (PTM) with a participatory research design. The subjects of the study involved 50 members of the Pulau Pahawang Village community, consisting of 20 BumDes members and 30 Pokdarwis members. The data collection method used observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were interview guides, observation sheets, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques to describe the changes that occurred in the community and ecosystem. The results of the study showed that this program succeeded in issuing 15 Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for local business actors, developing Seawalker rides, and improving sustainable waste management. This program also succeeded in increasing public awareness of the importance of environmental conservation and good ecotourism management. This study concludes that a community-based approach to ecotourism revitalization can improve community welfare and maintain ecosystem sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of job satisfaction, welfare, and visionary leadership on employee organizational commitment at the Teuku Umar Aceh Jaya Regional General Hospital (RSUD). Organizational commitment is a key factor in improving individual and institutional performance, especially in the health service sector. Employee job satisfaction and well-being play an important role in creating a supportive work environment, while visionary leadership can provide strategic direction that motivates employees to achieve organizational goals. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 employees of Teuku Umar Hospital, which was selected using a stratification sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression to test the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that job satisfaction, welfare, and visionary leadership have a significant effect simultaneously or partially on employee organizational commitment. Visionary leadership has the greatest influence, followed by job satisfaction and well-being. These findings underscore the importance of leadership that inspires a shared vision and the need to improve job satisfaction and well-being to strengthen employee commitment to the organization. The recommendations of this research include the development of visionary leadership training programs, improvement of work facilities, and the preparation of welfare policies oriented to employee needs. This research contributes to understanding the factors that affect organizational commitment in the health service sector and can be a reference for policymakers in an effort to improve the quality of hospital services.

Abstract

In recent years, perfume sales in Indonesia have been experiencing rapid growth. This potential development has emerged as a result of increasing public awareness of the importance of maintaining personal appearance. Data shows that Indonesians now prefer to buy local or domestic products to maintain their appearance, leading to intense market competition among local perfume brands. This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing on brand image, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), and customer engagement, as well as the influence of brand image, electronic word of mouth, and customer engagement on purchase intention in the context of local perfumes in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative method by collecting data through a Google Form questionnaire distributed to 210 respondents. The criteria for respondents in this study include Jakarta residents aged 17 and above who have used local perfumes and have seen content related to local perfume brands. The study employs structural equation modeling analysis techniques using SPSS 25 and Amos 23 software. The results of this study indicate that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, electronic word of mouth, and customer engagement. Furthermore, it is also found that brand image, electronic word of mouth, and customer engagement have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dalam menentukan satuan angka terhadap pemahaman siswa kelas V SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bangkalan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bangkalan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas V-A dengan jumlah 21 siswa. Instrumen soal pre-test dan post-test berupa soal pemahaman matematika siswa dalam menentukan nilai satuan angka. Untuk kevalidan instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas dan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 2.1 for windows menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam menentukan satuan angka. Dengan hasil analisis uji independent sample t-test sebesar 0871 > 0.005 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw mempengaruhi kemampuan pemahaman siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at CV. XYZ, a food supply company in Tangerang. The research applied a quantitative method with 24 employees as respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires tested for validity (r-count > r-table 0.444) and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.70). Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The classical assumption test showed that the data were normally distributed and free from heteroscedasticity. The regression equation obtained was Y=10.542+0.552XY = 10.542 + 0.552XY=10.542+0.552X, indicating that an increase in compensation improves employee performance. The hypothesis test showed a t-value of 3.409 > t-table 2.074 with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, proving that compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.371, meaning 37.1% of performance variation is explained by compensation, while 62.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Rewards will make students study actively, the application of the reward and punishment method should be able to make students motivated to study Islam, not violate school rules and be expected to behave well towards everyone, not focus on studying, lazy to do assignments, not pay attention to the teacher, have difficulty understand the lesson and get bored of taking the lesson. This research approach is qualitative. Data collection is carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the application of the reward and punishment method is effective in increasing enthusiasm for learning PAI fiqh in class X students at Darun Naim Vocational School, Bekasi. By giving rewards and punishments, students can improve, study diligently, always follow the PAI fiqh learning process, always carry out assignments given by teachers, and obey school rules and regulations. So that the presence of rewards and punishments can make students better, besides that the development of students' learning motivation is quite good and effective. With this, they can increase their enthusiasm to do several good things that can make them achieve, which in the future will make them passionate about learning and always enthusiastic. The implications of this research activity include: 1) developing more effective learning strategies, 2) strengthening learning discipline, and 3) improving the reward and punishment system.
