Abstract

The cultural life of the Werdhi Agung Village Community Organization is strongly influenced or adheres to their beliefs, namely Darma Hinduism which is the community of Werdhi Agung Village since a few centuries ago, therefore the life and culture of the Werdhi Agung Village community organization cannot be separated from the teachings of the Hindu Darma. the community of Werdhi Agung Village can be seen through how the community carries out family relations between people. The Werdhi Agung community is so obedient in keeping in mind where they come from, the Werdhi Agung people from the Balinese tribe are people who are bound by an awareness of the unity of their organizational culture. The awareness is reinforced by the common language of the Werdhi Agung Village community, despite this awareness but Werdhi Agung Village organizational culture embodies many variations of life in the community. The Hindu Darma religion which has long been embraced by the community as a foundation of public trust that has long been integrated into the community of Werdhi Agung Village, is also felt as one of the elements that strengthens the culture of its community organization. The Banjar Organizational Culture in Werdhi Agung Village is an organization of one social unit based on regional unity, the unity is strengthened by the unity of customs and diversity ceremonies carried out by the people of Werdhi Agung Village. The nature of the membership of the Banjar Organization Culture is only limited to people born in the Banjar region. The culture of the Werdhi Agung Village community organization has high moral values because organizational culture is a tradition and inheritance given by the old people of the Werdhi Agung Village community long ago. Organizational culture is very important for the people of Werdhi Agung Village because village community organizations can help each other among people and every organization in Werhdi Agung Village can not be separated from the direction given by the religion in the hope that there is a unified organizational culture among the community. safe and comfortable, a sense of belonging to each other and a sense of kinship among the people of Werdhi Agung Village.Keywords: Culture, Organizational, Society.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe chief of a district as district leader is either one perpetrators of PNPM Mandiri in thedistrict as a founder execution PNPM Mandiri to the villages in the district area. That iswhy the role district leadership on the implementation PNPM Mandiri in the district to bevery important and to determine. In connection with that’s thing then this researchintended to answer the question how the role of district leadership on the implementationPNPM Mandiri in the Pasan District Southeast Minahasa Regency.Based on literature review then the role of district leadership on the implementationPNPM Mandiri viewed from three activity the chief of a district as a founder executionPNPM Mandiri in the district are the role to socialize program with build and direct theperpetrators PNPM Mandiri in the district and village; the role of coordinate plan andexecution a program PNPM Mandiri in the villages; and the role to control execution aprogram PNPM Mandiri in the villages.This research used qualitative method. Data source/informant take from theperpetrators unsure PNPM Mandiri in the district level and in the village level, are 14peoples. Data collection used interview technique. Whereas data analyze used techniquequalitative analyze interactive mode by Miles and Hubernan.The result of the research to showed : (1) the chief of a district’s role to socialize aprogram with build and direct the perpetrators PNPM Mandiri in the district level andvillages in the Pasan District area can be performed effectively; (2) the chief of a district’srole to coordinate plan and execution a program PNPM Mandiri in the villages in thePasan District area can be performed effectively; (3) the chief of a district’s role to controlexecution a program PNPM Mandiri in the villages in the Pasan District area can beperformed effectively.Based on the result of that research deduced role of the chief of a district’sleadership on the implementation PNPM Mandiri in the district already can be realized byeffective in the Pasan District Southeast Minahasa.Based on the result of this research then suggested that the chief of a district’sleadership on the implementation PNPM Mandiri in the Pasan District still needs to beimproved so it becomes more effective.Keywords : the chief of a district’s leadership, implementation PNPM Mandiri

Abstract

Abstract: In the present era of government began to implement the e-government program. Thelast few years the government has been utilizing technological advances in various activities,including the public service based on information technology gained recognition. RegionalPersonnel Agency (BKD) North Sulawesi Province. The agency is an agency that already usepersonnel information system to process data and information and decision-making for specificsituations such as a promotion, a raise, a shift or mutation, and other relevant rules. Data andinformation is confidential and prudence. The method used in this research is qualitative research.Then, for the data used consist of primary data and secondary data. With the technique ofcollecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained from varioussources and has analyzed, with several stages of data reduction, data presentation, andconclusion. Researchers infer from each corner of the data and information administration,employment applications, employee capability, equipment for the system, every administrativeprocedure. Researchers conclude that the management information system has been running welland answer the problem formulation management information system is a collection of elementsthat are interconnected with each other to form a single unit to integrate data, process and storeand distribute information. At the Regional Employment Board of North Sulawesi these elements isthe data and information of employees, employment applications, employee, equipment for thesystems, and procedures for the administration. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the leader of Village Head Competenceto the Success of Village Development in Ranolambot Village.The method that writer use in this research is quantitative method, is research method based onphilosophy of positivism, used for researcher on population or sample . The sampling technique used is asimple random sampling technique from research in Ranolambot Village of 55 people. Data analysistechniques used are simple linear regression analysis and simple correlation analysisBased on the analysis of Correlation Coefficient (r) = 0.812 while the coefficient of determination(r²) = 0.659. The result shows that the coefficient of determination is 65,9%. With these results can beexplained that the increase of Village Development Success in by Village Head Competency of 65.9% while34.1% is determined by other factors. Based on the results of the above research, the hypothesis put forwardcan be accepted that there is a degree of linkage and determination of power between the Village Head'sCompetence to the Successful Village Development in Ranolambot Village.Based on the results of significant tests obtained Fcount = 102.542 at a significant level of 0.05with degrees of freedom (df) = n - 2 = 53, then Ftabel 4.02. From the dat it is obtained that Fcount is greaterthan Ftable where Fcount 102.542> 4.02. Then Ha accepted and H0 rejected. This proves that there is asignificant amount of influence between the Village Head's Competence on the Success of VillageDevelopment in Ranolambot Village.Keywords: Village Head Competency, Successful Village Development

Abstract

The research is motivated by the problems that are recorded. In Ratahan Subdistrict HealtCenter, Minahasa Regebcy, namely in the Effect of the quality of medical personnel on health servicesachieved optimally. This is alleged to have links that affect healt services. In doing healt, medicalpersonnel should have high performance and heven the quality of medical personnel who are in healtservices. Therefore, there is a need to to influence the quality of good medical personnel so that healthservice can improve good service for paserv pubictients. The quality of medical personnel is the level ofexcellence that is expected to the public service and control over the level of excellence to meet thedemands. Quality of service depends service on the ability to provide service on the ability to provideservices to meet the expectations. Health at Ratahan District Health Center. Southeast Minahasa. In thisstudy the method used is a quantitative method. While the data analysis technique used is correlationanalysis and simple analysisi to show the extebt of the relationship between the two variables. Based onthe research conducted and continued by analyzing the data obtained, the resukt is that a strong opinionis between the influence of the quality of medical personnel of 0.970. this means testing hypotheses isaccepted. Abstract

Abstract: the incidence of complaints from the public against BPJS employment in Manado city due to insufficient services areprovided. Based on this research background the purpose of this research was to describe the influence of motivation ofworking employees to quality public services that exist in the BPJS Manado city Employment.In this study the methods used i.e. quantitative methods, using the approach to the analysis of correlationand simple linear regression analysis. Because of the use of quantitative research, then the researchers in this study intends toanalyze the extent of variations or other factors more based on coefficients of korelasinyaThe results showed Labor Motivation in Employment BPJS Manado is generally not well seen from the indicator measurementsused i.e., passionate and spirited, satisfaction in work, creativity and participation, responsibility, work productivity. ABSTRAK: In order to pay part of the people's wealth for the state, the question that often arises in the societyis how the procedure of payment and supervision implementation, so that was born Law Republic of IndonesiaNumber 6 Year 1983 About General Provisions and Procedures Taxation and has been revised and changedinto Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 28 Year 2007. It is realized that there are still things that havenot been accommodated so as to demand the need for improvement in line with socio-economic developmentand government policy. In addition, public expectations of the existence of increasingly capable and clean taxlaws remain to be considered in various provisions. As with one of the government organizations, theorganization in the Tax Office Pratama Manado City also requires a strong commitment and serious to be ableto run a variety of services covering the field of taxation, one of the services making Taxpayer IdentificationNumber (NPWP). Abstract

This research focuses on tourism management, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing andmonitoring tourism activities carried out by the Regional Government of Talaud Islands Regency.The aim is to be studied because of the management implemented by the Talaud Islands DistrictGovernment. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collectiontechniques with triangulation (combined).Talaud Regency starts with the village Musrembang,subdistrict Musrembang, and district Musrembang. Work distribution is also available for eachindividual and their respective fields in accordance with their duties. In carrying out its activities, itwas agreed on the rules and technical instructions. Abstract

ABSTRACT: The efficiency of the administrative offices at the district office Manado city Malalayangindication has not been effective. Moving on from the problems encountered is the lack of utilization ofhuman resources employee, inadequate facilities and budget are still minimal. The purpose of this studywas to determine how the efficiency of office administration at the sub-district office Malalayang CityResearch using qualitative methods. The informants as many as eight employees in the DistrictGovernment Officials namely Subscript Head, Secretary of Sub district Head, Head of Divisions, 2 Headof Section , and 2 Staff / implementers. Collecting data with interview techniques; while the data wereanalysed using qualitative analysis techniques interactive model of Miles and Hubernann.Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: (1) The efficiency of the administrative officesat sub-district Office Malalayang Manado City are generally good, but not maximum views of the realizationof the achievements of the realization of the budget, the utilization of human resource potential employeesas competence, use of facilities / infrastructure and equipment and supporting facilities, and themechanisms and procedures for the implementation of an office job. (2) Programs and activities of the work/ office administration services that have been defined in the planning of the work / performance at eachfiscal year can generally be carried out and the realization of the results is good / satisfactory, but notoptimally. This means that the use of resources in the implementation of the work / office administrationservices can provide good work / unsatisfactory.Keywords: efficiency, administrative offices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision of the Sub-District Head in the administration ofvillage governance in the Mandolang District of Minahasa Regency. This study uses a descriptive-qualitativeapproach. The research informants were the Mandolang Sub-District Head, Mandolang District GovernmentSection Head, two Village Heads, two BPD chairmen, and two LPM chairmen; a total of 10 informants. Datacollection uses interview guidelines, while the analytical technique used is the analysis of interactive modelsfrom Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of data analysis, conclusions were drawn: (1) Direct Sub-District Head oversight of village administration is carried out well through observation, observation or directexamination of the village carried out by the Sub-District Head alone or through the assignment ofsubordinates; (2) Sub-district Head indirect supervision is carried out by requesting periodic written reports(every month, quarterly, and every six months) regarding village administration, and village governmentperformance reports at the end of the fiscal year. Indirect supervision also requests oral and explanatoryreports to the village head at the sub-district coordination / evaluation of sub-district. Based on this research itis recommended: (1)The Sub-District Head should go down to villages more often to monitor, observe ordirectly check the running of village administration. (2) The Sub-District Head should check / verify the truthof the written report by visiting the village and having a dialogue with the BPD, LPM, and local villagecommunity leaders.Keywords: Supervision, Sub-District Head, Village Government.
