Abstract

Diabetes mellitus yang terjadi dari waktu ke waktu dapat menyebabkan kerusakan sistem tubuh terutama syaraf dan pembuluh darah juga merupakan salah satu penyebab utama gagal ginjal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas antidiabetes ekstrak etanol buah andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC) terhadap gambaran histopatologi ginjal tikus putih (Rattus novergicus) yang diinduksi alloksan. Penelitian menggunakan 20 ekor tikus putih (R. novergicus) dengan berat badan ± 200 g berumur ± 3 bulan. Penelitian dibagi dalam 4 kelompok perlakuan dan setiap perlakuan terdapat 5 ulangan yang terdiri dari, tanpa pemberian aloksan (K1), yang diberi aloksan 90 mg/Kg BB (K2), pemberian aloksan 90 mg/Kg BB dan ekstrak etanol buah andaliman 150 mg/Kg BB (K3), dan pemberian alloksan 90 mg/Kg BB dan ekstrak etanol buah andaliman 300 mg/Kg BB (K4). Pemberian ekstrak dilakukan selama 14 hari dan dihari ke-14 tikus dikorbankan dan diambil ginjalnya kemudian dilakukan proses histologi dan pewarnaan menggunakan Hematoksilin-Eosin (H-E). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian ekstrak etanol buah andaliman (Z. acanthopodium DC) memiliki aktivitas antidiabetes khususnya diabetes nefropati. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the market management policies of the city of Tomohon and what are the constraints in the implementation. There are still many obstacles that are not in accordance with the implementation instructions. The involvement of all implementing parties has not guaranteed the success of a policy in Tomohon City Beriman Market. Utilization of market facilities that have not been in accordance with what they should. This research is to find out the implementation of Tomohon City Beriman Market management policy. The theory used as a reference or indicator uses the theory of Charles O Jones, namely, organizing, interpretation, and application / application. The method of this study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. With his instrument as a researcher himself with eight informants.Data analysis techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Tomohon City Beriman Market management policy had not run optimally in accordance with existing procedures. Even though it is seen from the existing conditions that coordination between the implementing parties, namely the Regional Market Company and the traders is already quite good and directed. Regional Market Companies have also carried out tasks in accordance with their functions and responsibilities as executors and managers with the SOP or Standard Operating Procedure, but not all of them are in accordance with the SOP or (Standard Operating Procedure), such as finding double stalls for one family lapak rental to third person, lack of awareness from market users who still see slum market conditions, MCK facilities that must be charged. The researcher gives advice on this research, which is to further optimize what has become the implementing procedure and as the implementing party the Regional Market Companies should be aware of their responsibilities as the manager.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Management of Public Market.

Abstract

Farmer empowerment is all efforts to improve the ability of farmers to carry out better farming througheducation and training, counseling and assistance, development of systems and means of marketingagricultural products, consolidation and guarantee of agricultural land area, easy access to knowledge,technology and information, and strengthening farmer institutions. Farmer group is a social unitconsisting of two or more people who carry out intensive and regular interactions, so that between themthere is a division of tasks, structures, and certain norms that are specific to that unity. In this studyusing a type of qualitative research in which this research is descriptive in nature that is conducting indepthinterviews collecting primary data and collecting secondary data, which then results of primaryand secondary data are processed and data will be obtained. The results showed that the problem thathampered the empowerment of rice farmers in the Ikhwan Village was the assistance program providedby the government such as rice seedlings that were not well suited to the soil structure in the IkhwanVillage and with the inappropriate assistance had an impact on the quality of crops that were not goodfor farmers rice in the Ikhwan Village. The government had already provided training on good farmingpractices and pest management, but that had taken place 4 years ago. The problem hampering theempowerment of farmer groups in the Ikhwan village is also about the scarce fertilizer and the pricethat is difficult for farmers to reach because of the scarcity of fertilizer. The government has also soughta way out so that the rice farmers' group in the Ikhwan village does not have a dispute because of theimpact of the government assistance program. Finally, due to the lack of training provided by thegovernment, only farmer group meetings were held to discuss the problems faced by rice farmers in theIkhwan village.Keywords: Empowerment, Farmer Group, Program.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengembangan kompetensi perempuan dalam peningkatanekonomi keluarga di Desa Ambang II Kecamatan Bolaang Timur Kabupaten BolaangMongondow. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian deskriptifdengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melaluiwawancara, observasi dan pengumpulan dokumen. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang penelitigunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan HasilPenelitian peneliti dapat ditarik kesimpulan 1) Pengetahuan Kegiatan Pemberdayaan keterampilanperempuan sudah menjadi program dari pemerintah sejak beberapa tahun belakangan ini, gunanyauntuk memberikan wawasan dan juga keterampilan yang bisa menghasilkan pendapatan yangdapat menunjang pendapatan dari keluarga; 2) Dengan melihat kemampuan dan skil apa yangmereka miliki dan apa saja yang bisa dimanfaatkan di desa, atau sumber daya alam apa saja yangbisa dimanfaatkan dan dijadikan sebagai bahan pokok untuk menghasilkan atau menambahpendapatan dari perempuan-perempuan yang ada di perkampungan; 3) Pemberdayaan keterampilanperempuan memang tidak semudah itu untuk merencanakan sampai dengan membuat programyang akan dilaksanakan.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Kompetensi, Perempuan, Peningkatan Ekonomi, Desa

Abstract

Development aims to create a just and prosperous, and prosperous society. In the implementation of thedevelopment to be in accordance with the objectives set, the implementation is greatly supported by goodmanagement and organization. One of the management processes is planning. Without a plan, there is nobasis for carrying out activities in development activities in the context of achieving goals. This study aimsto determine the effect of the ability of the apparatus on village development planning Pangu Satu. Thisstudy uses quantitative research using the dimensions of technical, social and conceptual abilities for thecapability variables and the dimensions of preparation, implementation and institutionalization for theplanning variables for data collection techniques, namely questionnaires or questionnaires, observationand documentation. This research uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are thatthe ability of the apparatus has a positive effect on village development planning. The conceptual ability ofthe government in development planning is in accordance with the procedure but the quality of theprocess is still not optimal, Cooperation and coordination of the village government with village officialsare not going well.Keywords: Ability, Planning, Development

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi Program Job Fair di Kota tomohon. Penelitianini menggunakan teori dari Charles O. Jones dengan mengemukakan tiga indikator utama yaitupengorganisasian, interpretasi dan aplikasi atau penerapan. Implementasi merupakan penyediaansarana untuk melaksanakan sesuatu yang menimbulkan dampak atau akibat terhadap sesuatu.Program merupakan suatu unsur yang harus ada dalam pencapaian suatu kegiatan dan program jugamerupakan suatu pemikiran yang didasari pada model teoritis yang jelas dan terarah. Dalampenelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknikpengumpulan data lewat observasi, wawancara dan penelaan dokumen. Dalam masalah ini di dapatihasil penelitian dari tiga aktivitas utama yakni pengorganisasian diketahui bahwa keterlibatan daristruktur pelaksana baik dari pihak Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Tomohon maupun dari pihakperusahaan dalam Program Job Fair sangat dibutuhkan, sebagai mitra kerja maka kedua pihaktersebut harus mampu bekerja sama dengan baik dan harus terus melakukan monitoring sertaevaluasi program, selanjutnya interpretasi bahwa tanggungjawab dari pihak penyelenggara masihkurang kemudian pelaksanaan program kerja belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan juklak dan juknis danaplikasi diketahui untuk prosedur pelaksanaanya belum sesuai dengan rencana awal yang telahditetapkan dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja ini menyebabkan proses sosialisasi di masyarakat tidak berjalandengan baik.Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Program, Job Fair

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the administrative service unit has been effective in managing datain the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province. This type of research used in this study is qualityresearch. The theory used is based on four characteristics of the effectiveness of public services, namely:timeliness of service, accuracy of service, courtesy and friendliness, ease of getting service. Source of dataused in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are three, namely:interviews, observation, and documentation, data obtained from various sources are then analyzed to be aconclusion of the research process. The results of this study that the management of data in theadministrative service unit based on the timeliness of services in the administrative service unit startingfrom the data management process to the approval of existing data or correspondence, service accuracy orminimize errors in services or transactions during the data management process is located in theadministrative service unit, then entering into courtesy and friendliness in managing data in theadministrative service unit, the ease of getting services in data management is easily and quickly resolved.But there are some things that must be considered, namely employees and leaders must attend training orincrease human resources in managing system-based data, adding supporting facilities for datamanagement processes, improving network quality and administrative service unit applications so that thedata management process is completed according to the target even faster than the target that has been set.Keywords: Effectiveness, Administrative Services, Data Management

Abstract

Benturan  dapat  terjadi  pada  dua  bangunan  gedung  bertingkat  yang  bersebelahan  apabila jarak antar dua bangunan tersebut lebih kecil dari simpangan maksimum yang terjadi akibat beban  gempa.    Benturan  menimbulkan  gaya-gaya  dalam  tambahan  pada  elemen  struktur yang  terakumulasi  dengan  gaya-gaya  dalam  akibat  beban  dinamik  itu  sendiri  sehingga mengakibatkan kerusakan pada struktur. Untuk  itu diperlukan optimasi  jarak pemisah antar dua bangunan gedung bertingkat yang bersebelahan, agar benturan dapat dihindari.  Analisa dilakukan pada model bangunan penahan geser bertingkat 2  (dua)  sampai dengan bertingkat  10  (sepuluh)  dengan  material  beton  bertulang.  Simpangan  horisontal  struktur diperoleh  menggunakan  analisa  respon  spektrum  untuk  tanah  keras  di  wilayah  gempa  VI (enam)  Indonesia. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa  syarat batas ultimit untuk  jarak antar dua  bangunan  yang  bersebelahan  0,008  kali  tinggi  bangunan  agar  tidak  terjadi  benturan (efek Pounding) pada dua bangunan tersebut. Kata  kunci  :  benturan  antar  gedung,  gempa,  jarak  antar  bangunan,  optimasi  jarak    pemisah, respons spectrum, simpangan horisontal

Abstract

Quality Healthcare is one of the benchmarks of satisfaction that will affect the patient's desire to returnto the institution that provides effective health services. Based on the background of the purpose of thisresearch is to know how the effectiveness of health services at GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado Hospital.This method of research is a qualitative study with a descriptive analysis approach the point describesthe opinion of the informant as it is in accordance with the research question. Research informants aredefined based on specific destination data sources or intentionally.The results showed that the ratio of health workers, doctors, nurses, midwives who are in the hospitalPancaran Kasih Manado with the number of patients treated is still very low so that many patientscomplain of the lags of medical action. Judging from the success aspects of achieving the target thattarget achievement targets that are contained in the vision and mission has not been fully realized, is thelack of human resources executing personnel such as doctors, nurses, midwives and hospital facilitiesand infrastructures that are not adequate. From the satisfaction aspect of the program'simplementation, the results showed that in general hospitalized patients expressed satisfaction with theservice provided by the hospital including the doctors and nurses.Keywords: effectiveness, service, health
