Abstract

Aim: The purpose of this study is to analyze an empirical research model that looks at how proactive personality traits, inclusive leadership, and creative self-efficacy affect creative work behavior in hospitality industry. Methodology: There were 162 respondents from hospitality employees from Indonesia which provided complete and useable response. Purposive sampling with non probabilty technique was the method used for sampling. Partial Least Squares (PLS) was then used to examine the gathered data. Findings: The analysis’s findings demonstrated that inclusive leadership, proactive personality traits and creative self efficacy revealed favorable significant impact on creative work practices in hospitality industry employees. Implications/Novel Contribution: The findings of this study carry significant implications for both management practices and human resource strategies within the hospitality sector, particularly in the context of Indonesia’s rapidly growing tourism industry. The positive influence of proactive personality traits, inclusive leadership, and creative self-efficacy on creative work behavior suggests that hotel organizations can enhance innovation and service quality by fostering these characteristics among employees. Managers should prioritize inclusive leadership practices that encourage open communication, employee participation, and recognition, as these create a supportive environment where creativity can thrive.

Abstract

This study is aimed to identify the effect of management ownership, institutional ownership, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), profitability to the company’s value. In this study, the company’s value is using proxy of Price Book Value (PBV). The samples were taken from 18 Goods Consumer Industry companies which are registered in the BEI on 2013−2016t. Whilst the data of the research was 72 samples and after cash−wised into 67 samples. The analysis method used for this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study’s result, it is resulted that the management ownership, institutional ownership, CSR, profitability is simultaneously having positive effect on the company’s value. CSR has positive effect on the company’s value positively, profitability has positive effect on the company’s value significantly.

Abstract

This study is about the influence of organizational culture, islamic work ethic, and extrinsic motivation affect the performance of nurses at RSU Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with the criteria of permanent nurses who have a minimum work period of 1 year so that 128 respondents who meet the criteria. Data analyzed was performed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and islamic work ethic have a positive and significant impact on nurse performance. However, extrinsic motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on nurse performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership styles, compensation and employee empowerment on employee job satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all nurses who worked at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. Samples were taken using the slovin formula, a total of 107 employees at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study used SPSS statistical analysis used for descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that transformational leadership style, compensation and employee empowerment partially or simultaneously have a positive effect on job satisfaction at RSU Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu. The phenomenon of non-financial compensation or indirect compensation, such as holding intimate family gatherings, apparently does not reduce job satisfaction significantly. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for further research and be a consideration for companies in increasing job satisfaction so that it has a positive impact on the company's progress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance, to explore the role of employee satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance, and the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. As a mediating variable. The object of this research is civil servants (PNS) at the Banyumas Regency Health Office, with a sample size of 100 respondents taken using the total sampling technique. 100 respondents were taken using the total sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the data processing tool used is SMART-PLS to analyze the results. The data processing tool used is SMART-PLS to analyze the relationship between variables. Research results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while compensation and discipline on employee performance, while compensation and work discipline do not show a significant effect. Showed no significant effect. In addition, job satisfaction was shown to function as a mediating variable that affects the relationship between compensation and employee, employee performance, and work discipline on employee performance. Implications of this study indicate that the Health Office needs to take a more holistic approach to improving employee performance by focusing on developing a positive organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction. Organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction, although compensation and work discipline remain important in the context of employee well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of workload and work stress on the performance of nurses at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Tegal, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through a questionnaire using Google Form. The study population included 231 nurses and samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of a minimum work period of 2 years and nurses who work in the inpatient room. The number of respondents who met the criteria was 104 nurses. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM PLS3 method. The results of this study indicate that workload and work stress have a positive effect on nurse performance. workload has also been shown to have a positive impact on job satisfaction levels. However, on the contrary, work stress does not show any effect on job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction can act as a mediator in the relationship between workload and work stress on nurse performance.

Abstract

The development of digital leadership has becoming increasingly important as organizations face growing demands to adapt to technology-based work systems. This study aims to analyse the effect of digital leadership on intrapreneurship intention and job performance, as well as to examine the mediating role of innovative behaviour among employees of Islamic microfinance institutios BMTs. A quantitative approach was employed using the PLS-SEM method, involving 190 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument comprised four main constructs, namely digital leadership, innovative behaviour, intrapreneurship intention, and job performance. The results indicate that digital leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative behaviour, intrapreneurship intention, and job performance. In addition, innovative behaviour is found to significantly enhance intrapreneurship intention and job performance. Another important finding reveals that innovative behaviour mediates the relationship between digital leadership and both outcome variables, indicating that innovative behaviour serves as a key mechanism through wich digital leadership is translated into employee performance and intrapreneurial outcome. Theoretically, this study strengthens the Resource-Based View by positioning digital leadership and innovative behavior as strategic intangible resources that contribute to sustainable competitive advantage in the context of digital transformation, particularly within Islamic microfinance institution. Practically, the findings suggest that BMTs should not only emphazise technological adoption but also focus on strengthening leaders’ digital competencies, fostering an innovation-oriented work culture, and providing structural support that enables employees to experiment and develop intrapreneurial initiatives aligned with organizational values and sharia principles.

Abstract

Penelitian terdahulu umumnya mengkaji kepuasan kerja perawat secara terpisah melalui faktor lingkungan dan motivasi kerja atau melalui perspektif work-life balance. Namun, masih terbatas penelitian yang mengintegrasikan variabel ketiga tersebut secara simultan, khususnya pada konteks rumah sakit swasta tipe C di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat RSU Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 114 perawat, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel ketiga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan work-life balance sebagai faktor yang paling dominan. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memperluas penerapan Teori Pertukaran Sosial dengan menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi, baik yang bersifat struktural maupun psikososial, memperkuat hubungan timbal balik yang meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Secara praktis, temuan ini menekankan pentingnya retensi SDM yang terintegrasi melalui perbaikan fasilitas kerja, kinerja pengakuan sistem, serta kebijakan penjadwalan yang lebih fleksibel. Penelitian ini menawarkan model integratif kepuasan kerja perawat di rumah sakit swasta dan memberikan kerangka penjelasan yang lebih komprehensif dibandingkan penelitian sebelumnya.
