Abstract

Dunia investasi saat ini berada di era tidak stabil, tidak pasti, kompleks, dan ambigu atau dapat disebut dengan VUCA. Akronim tersebut digunakan pertama kalinya di Angkatan Darat AS, pada akhir 1980-an untuk menentukan kondisi yang dihadapi para pemimpin militer di perang Whiteman, (1998). Hal ini diketahui dengan tidak stabilnya pasar modal dalam beberapa tahun ini. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk menguji faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian menggunakan perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ45 BEI periode 2016- 2020. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji kecocokan model, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun demikian likuiditas, leverage & kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Adapun kebijakan dividen mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan secara signifikan. Akan tetapi kebijakan dividen tidak mampu untuk memoderasi likuiditas, leverage dan kepemilikan institusional pada indeks LQ45 periode 2016 - 2020. Penelitian ini berkontribusi bagi investor sebagai pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan ketika berinvestasi.

Abstract

Aim: One of the biggest and fastest-growing sectors of the global economy is the hotel sector. This development keeps growing and changing. In addition to providing customer service, this sector plays a significant role in the expansion of the economy, the creation of jobs, and the growth of tourism in many nations, including Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze an empirical research model that looks at how proactive personality traits, inclusive leadership, and creative self-efficacy affect creative work behavior.Methodology: There were 255 people in the research overall, and 162 workers from the tourist industry, the KHAS Tegal Hotel, and the Riez Palace Tegal Hotel made up the sample. Purposive sampling was the method used for sampling. Partial Least Squares (PLS) was then used to examine the gathered data.Findings: The analysis’s findings demonstrated that every hypothesis had a favorable impact on creative work practices.Implications/Novel Contribution: The findings of this study carry significant implications for both management practices and human resource strategies within the hospitality sector, particularly in the context of Indonesia’s rapidly growing tourism industry. The positive influence of proactive personality traits, inclusive leadership, and creative self-efficacy on creative work behavior suggests that hotel organizations can enhance innovation and service quality by fostering these characteristics among employees. Managers should prioritize inclusive leadership practices that encourage open communication, employee participation, and recognition, as these create a supportive environment where creativity can thrive.

Abstract

This study is aimed to identify the effect of management ownership, institutional ownership, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), profitability to the company’s value. In this study, the company’s value is using proxy of Price Book Value (PBV). The samples were taken from 18 Goods Consumer Industry companies which are registered in the BEI on 2013−2016t. Whilst the data of the research was 72 samples and after cash−wised into 67 samples. The analysis method used for this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study’s result, it is resulted that the management ownership, institutional ownership, CSR, profitability is simultaneously having positive effect on the company’s value. CSR has positive effect on the company’s value positively, profitability has positive effect on the company’s value significantly.

Abstract

This study is about the influence of organizational culture, islamic work ethic, and extrinsic motivation affect the performance of nurses at RSU Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with the criteria of permanent nurses who have a minimum work period of 1 year so that 128 respondents who meet the criteria. Data analyzed was performed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and islamic work ethic have a positive and significant impact on nurse performance. However, extrinsic motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on nurse performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership styles, compensation and employee empowerment on employee job satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all nurses who worked at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. Samples were taken using the slovin formula, a total of 107 employees at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study used SPSS statistical analysis used for descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that transformational leadership style, compensation and employee empowerment partially or simultaneously have a positive effect on job satisfaction at RSU Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu. The phenomenon of non-financial compensation or indirect compensation, such as holding intimate family gatherings, apparently does not reduce job satisfaction significantly. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for further research and be a consideration for companies in increasing job satisfaction so that it has a positive impact on the company's progress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance, to explore the role of employee satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance, and the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. As a mediating variable. The object of this research is civil servants (PNS) at the Banyumas Regency Health Office, with a sample size of 100 respondents taken using the total sampling technique. 100 respondents were taken using the total sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the data processing tool used is SMART-PLS to analyze the results. Research results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while compensation and discipline on employee performance, while compensation and work discipline do not show a significant effect. Showed no significant effect. In addition, job satisfaction was shown to function as a mediating variable that affects the relationship between compensation and employee, employee performance, and work discipline on employee performance. Implications of this study indicate that the Health Office needs to take a more holistic approach to improving employee performance by focusing on developing a positive organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction. Organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction, although compensation and work discipline remain important in the context of employee well-being.
