Abstract

The novelty of this study lies in its holistic approach. It integrates counseling, training, and intrinsic motivation as key factors influencing employee resilience, which ultimately impacts productivity in startup environments. Unlike previous studies that typically examine one or two factors in isolation, this research offers a comprehensive perspective by demonstrating how the combination of these three elements strengthens employee resilience in facing the dynamic challenges of startup settings, thereby leading to increased productivity. The aim of this study is to examine the factors influencing productivity using a descriptive quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 (strongly disagree to strongly agree), completed by employees at startup companies. The study involved 160 respondents and was analyzed using Smart Partial Least Squares. The results indicate that counseling, training, and intrinsic motivation do not have a positive or significant effect on resilience. However, resilience has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Additionally, intrinsic motivation does not have a positive or significant indirect effect on employee productivity through resilience.

Abstract

This study explores the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between training, work environment, and organizational culture on the performance of domestic cargo companies. The cargo logistics sector is increasingly challenged by rising competition, rapid technological changes, and shifting service demands. This research employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review. Secondary data were collected from reputable international journals indexed in databases such as Scopus, Springer, Elsevier, Emerald, and Web of Science. The data were analyzed using content analysis to examine the conceptual relationships among the key variables. The findings reveal that training, work environment, and organizational culture significantly affect company performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. From a managerial perspective, the study highlights the need for cargo companies to implement continuous training programs, create supportive work environments, and foster positive organizational cultures to enhance employee satisfaction and achieve sustainable performance outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of religiosity and destination image on tourist decisions. This type of research is quantitative research with a sampling technique, namely the Accident Sampling method (determining the sample by chance). The exact population in this study is not known (Unknown Population) so that in taking samples using the formula according to Sujarweni, the sample in this study was 96 respondents and the sample selection criteria was that they were Mandala puja visitors, aged 25-50 years. By using a data processing tool in the form of the SPPS vers 20 application. The results of the research that has been carried out show that simultaneously religiosity and destination image have an influence on tourists' decisions, while partially religiosity has no effect on tourists' decisions and destination image has an influence on tourists' decisions.
