Abstract

Penggunaan lahan yang berubah secara terus menerus menjadikanlingkungan ini memiliki daerah resapan air tanah yang masih belummencukupi atau kurang. Khususnya di Permukiman Desa Gonilan,Kecamatan Kartasura, Kabupaten Sukoharjo yang terkadangmembuat daerah ini selalu tergenangi air pada saat musimpenghujan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaituuntuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnyaketersediaan air dan pengolahan sampah organik. Dan jugamemberikan alternatif untuk penanggulangan bencana banjir.Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei dan melakukan pengabdianmasyarakat secara langsung, yang mana dalam pengumpulan data,data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Dan untuk menganalisisdata dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan penjabaran analisisdeskriptif. Dengan adanya penerapan lubang resapan biopori ini,diharapkan dapat membantu dan mengajak masyarakat Gonilanuntuk sadar serta tanggap dalam menjaga lingkungan sekitar agartetap bersih dan juga sehat.

Abstract

Majlis Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah (Dikdasmen) Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) Sukoharjo has hundreds of Muhammadiyah schools ranging from kindergarten, elementary, junior high school, vocational school to islamic boarding schools but does not have a database and the distribution of their locations. The purpose of this activity is to compile a database and develop a web-based Muhammadiyah school information system as a medium of information both from and to Majlis Dikdasmen PDM Sukoharjo. The method uses is school data inventory and information system development. The initial stage of the activity was in the form of database preparation by distributing school data entry forms to school principals. Furthermore, an information system is developed which includes data classification, data generalization and symbolization, making map services, and web interface design. The final result of the activity is the Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo School Information System which is on line and can be accessed at http://www.sekolahmuskh.com/. The information system make easier to access, edit, add, delete and store data, so as it easier to manage the charities owned by Majlis Dikdasmen PDM SUkoharjo. In the future, this information system still needs to be developed with a more complete and up-to-date database with current conditions in schools.

Abstract

Asphalt is a material that is widely used in road construction. The use of asphalt materials is getting higher, but the asphalt materials used are increasingly expensive and limited, research was conducted as an effort to save asphalt materials with the addition of PVC ceiling waste, with the aim of determining the effect of adding PVC ceiling waste to AC-WC asphalt materials. The method used for study carried out in the laboratory with the Marshall test method then obtained the calculation results, namely the Marshall quotient. The characteristics of the AC-WC pavement mixture include density, voids in mineral aggregate (VMA), voids filled with bitumen (VFA), voids in the mix (VIM), stability, Marshall melting (flow), and Marshall Quotient (MQ). The results of research from 3 variations of mixtures of PVC ceiling waste used with varying values of 0%, 2%, 3%, and 4%. Of each variation of PVC ceiling waste mixture, all of them have met the technical specifications of Highways in 2018, but the most optimal mixture variation is found in the 2% variation with a stability value of 1689.75 kg, with a VMA value of 16.64%, VFA value of 79.60%, VIM value of 4.57%, flow value of 2.7 mm, and MQ value of 612.91 kg / mm, the variation content of 2% is declared the most effective for mixing AC-WC asphalt, so that the variety of added materials for PVC ceiling waste is most optimally used as a mixture of AC-WC asphalt with a penetration of 60/70. Abstract

Introduction many expectant mothers are unaware of the best physical activities to engage in to reduce stressful situations. Stress situations have an impact on pregnant women's and unborn children's health. Purpose of this study was to examine the connection between pregnant women's levels of physical activity and stress in the Banguntapan 1 Public Health Center workplace. Methodology this study employed a cross-sectional study design and a quantitative methodology. At Banguntapan Health Center 1, a purposive sampling was conducted on 78 pregnant women. Findings according to the study's findings, there was no correlation between pregnant women's levels of stress and physical activity (p value = 0.296). Implication the majority of pregnant women had heavy physical activity because most pregnant women carried out daily activities such as before pregnancy such as carrying out daily activities such as before pregnancy and were still actively working or selling to meet their daily needs.

Abstract

The increase in illegal Indonesian workers (TKI) every year is a polemic in itself; the opportunity to become an illegal TKI can be detrimental to the state and individual TKI because they will not get their rights and are vulnerable to problems with inappropriate labor administration. The Indonesian government must immediately resolve this problem to ensure that there are no more illegal Indonesian migrant workers coming to Malaysia. This research uses a qualitative method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation from three sources on the survival of illegal migrant workers working in Malaysia. The analysis uses spatial and narrative analysis. This is a novelty in this research and direct observations in the field by the author. The research results show that the main factors for illegal migrant workers going to Malaysia are the availability of jobs, high wages, and the lure of families working there. The workers chose to be illegal because they did not have a valid visa, did not want to renew their advanced visa or a tourist visa, and switched to becoming workers in Malaysia. As for surviving as an illegal worker, the survival strategy for surviving as an illegal worker is to carry out economic, social, legal, and political survival strategies. This research is important to follow up on because many Indonesian citizens are still interested in working abroad illegally and not complying with established regulations, which can harm various parties.

Abstract

In the residential area of ​​RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, many people have vehicles, especially 4-wheeled vehicles, which cannot be accommodated in their yard due to limited land or plots owned. On the other hand, there are public facilities at RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City which are neglected and not utilized which are later expected to become communal parking areas for community members. The goals of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, include: creating a functional and good shared parking area so that residents' vehicles are no longer parked in the neighborhood road area, so that it will participate in organizing and beautifying and improving the quality of the environment. The method used in community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is through field surveys or locations where the data is then collected, designed or designed, then a budget plan is made or WED. The expected results of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces consist of 3 things namely: first the participative level of the community towards their environment, secondly the design drawings of representative communal parking spaces, thirdly the budget plan or RAB to carry out the construction of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The output of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is in the form of a report containing pictures and RAB which will be submitted to the community in the neighborhood and to LPM UNTAG Semarang as evidence administrative responsibility.

Abstract

Indonesia is experiencing a rise in natural disasters due to its geographical position within a tropical region, with the Upper Solo River watershed exhibiting a heightened risk of flooding. This region has already suffered numerous floods due to excessive precipitation and insufficient drainage. Susceptibility, hazard, and risk studies have been conducted to investigate this phenomenon but have been limited to specific regions within the catchment area. This study aims to construct a GIS-based flood risk model using Open-Access Spatial Data (OASD) based on diverse physical characteristics, urbanization levels, and population. We used several OASD, including SRTM, Sentinel 2 MSI, GPM v6, NASA-USDA Enhanced SMAP Global Soil Moisture Data, GHS-SMOD R2023A - Global Human Settlement Layers, and GHSL: Global Population Surfaces 1975-2030 (P2023A). The model integrates the risk parameters to identify flood risk using a weighted overlay in ArcGIS. The results demonstrate spatial heterogeneity in flood risk throughout the watershed. The result also reveals that Surakarta City, with a high proportion of its area in the 'High' (57.3%) and 'Very High' (29.54%) risk categories, is at the highest risk of flooding within the watershed. The study enhances understanding of this topic by comprehensively evaluating flood hazards, vulnerabilities, and risks. It highlights the significance of utilizing low-cost OASD to improve flood preparedness and response strategies.

Abstract

Mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) adalah pengembangan dari mesin yang sudah ada sebelumnya tetapi belum menggunakan computer, masih menggunakan model sebagai contoh duplikasinya yang disebut Numeric Control ( NC ). Mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) pada awalnya dipergunakan sebagai alat cetak industri terutama pada bidang mesin dan otomotif. Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) pada dasarnya dapat memakai bahan apa saja yang secara fisik bisa digrafir atau dibor ( dengan penyesuaian tertentu pada alat potongnya sesuai klasifikasi bahan ). Bahan material dasar yang sering dipakai dengan Mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) antara lain : metal / besi, kayu, plastic dan aluminium. Dari beberapa hal tersebut apakah mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) dapat berperan dalam sebuah karya arsitektur yang dihasilkan seorang arsitek?, atau apakah nantinya dengan adanya teknologi semacam ini peran arsitek tak lagi dibutuhkan? Pada sebuah karya arsitektur material bahan bangunan fabrikasi yang dihasilkan oleh Mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ), biasanya dipakai sebagai finishing, walau tidak menutup kemungkinan dipakai sebagai sebuah struktur dengan rekayasa tertentu, dan juga material fabrikasi semacam ini dipakai sebagai bagian dari interior maupun produk produk furnitur hingga pelengkap suatu ruangan seperti vas, lampu, rak, dll. Produk Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) pada sebuah karya arsitektur juga sangat indah dinikmati sebagai komponen yang diekspos pada bangunan. Suatu hasil dari produk Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) tidak dapat dikategorikan sebagai karya arsitektur apabila hanya indah tetapi tanpa makna. Seorang arsitek menggunakan Mesin Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ) adalah sebagai tools atau alat kepanjangan tangan untuk menerjemahkan konsep dan arti dari sebuah karya arsitektur.

Abstract

Pemadam kebakaran (BRANDWEER) adalah orang atau pasukan yang bertugas memadamkan kebakaran, melakukan penyelamatan, dan menanggulangi musibah atau bencana alam lainya. Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dalam sejarah Kota Semarang sama tuanya dengan sejarah Pemerintahan Kota Semarang. Dengan perkembangan masyarakat dan pertumbuhan pembangunan menuntut adanya peran pemerintah dalam mengelola Unit Pemadam Kebakaran ini. Tapi banyak juga masyarakat yang meremehkan petugas damkar ini dibuktikan dengan masih banyaknya masyarakat yang ikut campur saat petugas sedang bertugas. Mulai dari perebutan selang penyemprot dan pemukulan terhadap petugas yang dikira melarikan diri saat bertugas. Markas Besar Pemadam Kebakaran Di Semarang merupakan tempat akomodasi pelatihan pasukan pemadam yang mewadahi pelatihan anggota yang memiliki penempatan wilayah dinas di Jawa Tengah. Tujuan bangunan ini adalah sebagai contoh standarisasi keamanan bencana kebakaran yang harus di terapkan di semua bangunan selain itu, Markas besar juga sebagai tempat pelatihan anggota pemadam se Jawa Tengah. Dikarenakan bangunan markas besar pemadam kebakaran sangat di pentingkan di segi sirkulasi aktivitas maka langgam arsitektur yang digunakan adalah arsitektur modern, arsitektur modern merupakan gaya arsitektur statis yang berkembang pada masa pra-industrial sebagai bentuk dari revolusi dari gaya arsitektur tradisional. Pengaplikasiannya dilakukan secara zoning, denah, sirkulasi, maupun fasad. Diharapkan rancangan ini berguna dan memberikan inspirasi bagi pembaca.

Abstract

Ilmu Astronomi adalah salah satu cabang bidang keilmuan yang melibatkan pengamatan benda-benda langit (Bintang, Planet, Komet, Nebula, Gugus Bintang atau Galaksi) serta fenomena – fenomena alam yang terjadi di luar atmosfer Bumi (Misal Badai Matahari, radiasi latar belakang kosmik). Di Indonesia jumlah bangunan yang memiliki fungsi sebagai Astronomy Centre hanya terdapat di DKI Jakarta yaitu Planetarium dan Observatorium Jakarta yang terletak di Jakarta Pusat. Di Provinsi Jawa Tengah belum terdapat sarana untuk mengakomodasi kegiatan astronomi, baik tingkat pelajar, mahasiswa maupun umum. Kabupaten Semarang dipilih karena mempunyai topografi berupa pegunungan dan jauh dari keramaian Kota Semarang yang cocok untuk menjadi tempat untuk melakukan pengamatan benda langit. Astronomy Center di Kabupaten Semarang merupakan suatu bangunan yang berfungsi untuk mewadahi suatu kebutuhan wisata edukatif dan mengenalkan ilmu pengetahuan astronomi kepada masyarakat umum dan sebagai bangunan yang mempunyai misi mengenalkan ilmu astronomi kepada masyarakat umum. Tujuan perancangan Astronomy Centre adalah untuk fasilitas edukasi yang bisa dijangkau dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat, memiliki desain yang menarik. Dengan penekanan desain Arsitektur Metafora, dan di peruntukan untuk pelajar, mahasiswa maupun masyarakat umum baik domestik maupun mancanegara yang datang secara individual, group, maupun study tour yang hendak belajar tentang ilmu astronomi.
