Abstract

Kemiskinan mulai meningkat seiring berjalannya waktu, sehingga yang terjadi pada permasalahan kemiskinan ini akan menimbulkan permasalahan sosial dan ekonomi. Angka kemiskinan di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi, termasuk di wilayah Jawa Barat. Upaya pengentasan kemiskinan terus dilakukan agar Masyarakat dapat memiliki kehidupan yang lebih baik. Kemiskinan dapat dipengaruhi beberapa faktor di antaranya Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan Upah Minimum. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), dan upah minimum terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi data panel dengan data pada tahun 2015-2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat. (2) Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat. (3) Upah Minimum berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of implementing Problem Based Learning (PBL) using animated video media and Wordwall quizzes on student learning outcomes at SMA Muhammadiyah Waingapu. The research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with Grade X Social Sciences students in the academic year 2023/2024. affective aspects. Therefore, it can be concluded that implementing PBL with animated video media and Wordwall quizzes effectively enhances student learning outcomes and achieves the expected level of mastery in science subjects at SMA Muhammadiyah Waingapu.

Abstract

In order to identify and solve regional investment problems and synergize them with national strategies, it is necessary to develop a policy framework to create conducive conditions for investment in the NTB Province. The aim of this research is to determine the potential, opportunities and investment factors in West Nusa Tenggara Province as well as the government's efforts in developing investment in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The population in this study was 39 people with a sample of 17 respondents consisting of parties directly related to investment issues in NTB Province consisting of Government Apparatus (BAPPEDA for Economic Sector, Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service, and Regional Secretariat. Economy) as well as from the Employers' Association (KADIN and Investors/Entrepreneurs). Sample determination was carried out using the purposive quota sampling method. These research variables are in accordance with those used by KPPOD in its research regarding regional investment attractiveness in 2019, namely including institutional, social political, regional economic, labor and physical infrastructure variables. The analytical tool used is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Based on research results, investment potential and opportunities in NTB Province are in the agricultural sector, trade, hotel and restaurant sector, processing industry sector, and services sector. Meanwhile, the determinant of investment attractiveness that has the greatest weight is institutional factors with a weight of 34.1%, followed by socio-political factors at 17.3%. In third place is the labor factor with a weight of 16.6% and in fourth place is the physical infrastructure factor at 16.2%. Lastly is the regional economic factor with a weight of 15.8%.

Abstract

Regeneration of human resources in agriculture by younger farmers who are living with social media, called digital humanities, is one of the steps of its sustainability. This research aims to analyse regeneration of agricultural human resources model in Rumbai District of Pekanbaru City. The research used a survey method where 60 young farmers were taken as the samples. The data were analysed using SEM-PLS. The research results show that the use of social media provides easy access to information, increases knowledge and shares experiences related to the agricultural sector which is supported by the role of parents in forming perceptions and the interest of the younger generation in agriculture to work in the agriculture. The use of social media toward perception on agriculture and the use of social media on the attitudes of the younger generation towards the agriculture, are directly significant. On the other hand, a significant indirect influence is the use of social media on the interest of the younger generation in working in the agriculture through the mediator variable of the attitude of the younger generation towards the agriculture.

Abstract

One of the steps taken to improve the community's economy in an area is to apply a regional development strategy based on leading sectors by detecting and tracing the ability of the food crop sub-sector in an area. So that agricultural activities that are competitive and of high value provide benefits for improving the community's economy and regional income. The purpose of this research is to determine the commodities and superior areas in the food crops sub-sector in Tanah Datar Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely time series data for the production of the food crops sub-sector for 5 years starting from 2017 – 2021 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Tanah Datar Regency. The commodities analyzed were rice, corn, soybeans, peanuts, green beans, cassava and sweet potatoes. The analytical methods used include Contribution Index Sectoral (CIS), Growth Ratio Model (GRM), Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) and Composite Index (CI). The results showed that the leading food crop commodities in Tanah Datar Regency were peanuts and cassava. These two commodities are commodities that have the best average value for all sub-districts in Tanah Datar Regency. The leading areas for rice commodities are in Pariangan District, peanut commodities are in Tanjung Baru and Salimpaung Districts. The green bean commodity is located in Tanjung Emas District. Sweet potato commodity is found in Batipuh District. As for the commodities of corn, soybeans and cassava, there is not a single sub-district that forms a leading area. All identified superior areas are areas that are grouped significantly among other sub-districts in Tanah Datar District.
