Abstract

ABSTRACT Investment, either directly or indirectly, aims to obtain certain benefits (profits) from the investment, with the hope of getting profits in the future. For a rational prospective investor, his attention will be directed to the rate of return on investment, and the chosen investment is the one that promises the highest return with a particular risk. Investors in investing must assess the risk of future returns through the influence of dividend changes and profitability in terms of the company's stock category. This study aims to determine the effect of dividend change and profitability on future returns, with the category of agribusiness/non-agribusiness companies being the moderating variable. The sample in this study consisted of 127 Agribusiness/Non-Agribusiness Group companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-to 2020 with the purposive sampling method. This research is quantitative research where the analytical tool used is a multiple linear regression test with SPSS version 22. The study's results indicate that the dividend change variable does not affect stock returns. At the same time, the level of profitability has a positive effect on stock returns. The classification of agribusiness companies does not moderate the effect of dividend changes and profitability on future returns. Abstract

Program Layanan Pendukung Kesuksesan Belajar Jarak Jauh (LPKBJJ) memiliki peran penting sebagai bentuk pengenalan pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi mahasiswa baru Universitas Terbuka. LPKBJJ terdiri dari kegiatan Orientasi Studi Mahasiswa Baru (OSMB), Pelatihan Keterampilan Belajar Jarak Jauh (PKBJJ), Workshop Tugas (WT), dan Klinik Ujian (KU). Peserta LPKBJJ yang mencapai ribuan mahasiswa membuat perlu adanya sebuah aplikasi yang dapat melayani kebutuhan sertifikat mahasiswa dalam waktu cepat. Aplikasi sertifikat elektronik (e-sertifikat) ini dibangun dengan berbasis web dan dapat melakukan perancangan sertifikat untuk kegiatan LPKBJJ dengan menggunakan Nomor Induk Mahasiswa (NIM). Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan aplikasi e-sertifikat telah berhasil mendukung kegiatan LPKBJJ dalam hal penyediaan sertifikat bagi mahasiswa baru Universitas Terbuka Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Metode Ekstrapolasi Richardson dan Metode Ekstrapolasi Aitken, yaitu metode untuk menghitung integral-integral tertentu secara numerik, khususnya untuk fungsi-fungsi yang sangat rumit, yang integralnya tidak bisa dihitung secara analitik. Faktor yang paling penting untuk dipertimbangkan dalam membandingkan metode-metode tersebut adalah akurasi dari penyelesaian numeriknya. Pada kajian ini digunakan software Microsoft Excel sebagai alat untuk membantu penghitungannya. Hasil dari kajian ini didapat bahwa Metode Ekstrapolasi Richardson lebih baik dari Metode Ekstrapolasi Aitken, karena akurasi hasil integral numerik dari metode Ekstrapolasi Richardson selalu lebih dibandingkan hasil integral numerik dari metode Ekstrapolasi Aitken.

Abstract

The efforts made by early childhood education teachers to address the risks associated with "Strawberry Generation" qualities are the subject of this study. The study aims to investigate the methods teachers use to counteract the detrimental impacts of these traits and encourage young children's development of good character. Data were gathered through interviews and observations using the qualitative research method. A sample of early childhood education teachers actively tackling the Strawberry Generation phenomena participated in the study. The study's conclusions point to several efficient tactics educators employ to counter the risks posed by Strawberry Generation features. These tactics include encouraging active student participation, using active learning techniques, acting as positive role models, storytelling and narratives, working with parents, and using active learning methodologies. With the help of these techniques, educators can help kids comprehend the drawbacks of Strawberry Generation features and encourage the development of good character traits as alternatives. The study emphasizes how crucial parent-teacher cooperation is in overcoming the difficulties brought on by Strawberry Generation features. The results highlight the importance of regular efforts, communication, and support from parents and teachers in assisting children in developing desirable character traits. This study adds to the corpus of knowledge by shedding light on early childhood educators' role in mitigating the risks associated with Strawberry Generation features. The findings have practical ramifications for educators, parents, and governments interested in early childhood education. Early childhood education teachers can be crucial in fostering children's excellent character characteristics and mitigating the harmful effects of the Strawberry Generation phenomena by using appropriate tactics.

Abstract

This study aims to observe how the Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Development Program is implemented in ECCE units. The survey's conclusion that Bogor Regency's use of Integrative Holistic ECCE is still subpar served as the impetus for this investigation. This study uses a descriptive, qualitative research design. The PAUD unit in Bogor Regency hosted the study for three months, from March to May 2024. This study includes principals and instructors as subjects. Qualitative descriptive analysis is the data analysis method that is applied. Data reduction, data visualization, conclusion drafting, and data verification are among the stages of data analysis. Using triangulation, the data's veracity is verified. According to the study's findings, principals and teachers have a positive attitude toward PAUD HI, employ effective strategies or methods in their programs, and work together with the government, non-governmental organizations, parents, and the private sector. However, one of the main challenges in putting PAUD HI programs into practice in ECCE units is the lack of funding, facilities, and teaching staff, as well as a lack of resources for the learning environment and parent involvement. The study's conclusion The Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Development (PAUD HI) program faces a number of obstacles during implementation. To overcome these obstacles, the community, government, and educational institutions must work together well, actively involve parents, improve infrastructure and human resources, and conduct periodic evaluations.

Abstract

Good digital literacy skills are essential in the digital era. One crucial element of digital literacy is digital culture. Digital culture needs to be instilled from en early age to prevent the negative impacts of digital transformation. This activity aimed to enhance digital literacy, particularly digital culture, among students at SMP PGRI 1 Ciputat. The activity involved 40 student representatives who are members of the Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS). The program was in the form of a training session that covered both theoretical and practical applications, including material on digital literacy, social media communication ethics, and data security. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of the concept of digital culture. Through this activity, students are expected to become more conscious and responsible technology users and participate positively in the digital society.

Abstract

War flaming constitutes one of the perilous practices prevalent on social media platforms. This might result in discomfort associated with social media usage, leading to melancholy, anxiety, excessive worry, and disturbances in mental health. War Flaming has become a prominent issue that necessitates enhancing digital literacy on social media platforms. This study employed a qualitative methodology, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Informants were selected using standard case sampling. The selected informants include the Directorate of IKP from the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia, SiBerkreasi, digital technology and culture experts, and specialists in social campaigns. The findings indicated that digital literacy building aimed at mitigating war flaming on social media involved creating innovative social campaigns through pertinent language and a human-centric literacy approach. This strategy seeks to engage Generation Z, empowering youth communities as proactive advocates against hoax narratives on social media. It emphasizes collaboration among governmental entities, community leaders, and journalists within the anti-war flaming educational initiative, alongside the optimization of TikTok and Instagram for disseminating positive content, and partnerships with young influencers to promote the significance of digital reputation. Creative digital literacy, facilitated by social campaigns and multisectoral cooperation, effectively mitigates war flaming on social media, enhances Gen Z awareness, and promotes mental health through affirmative material.

Abstract

Banjir merupakan musuh tahunan warga di tanah air salah satu wilayahnya yaitu Graha harapan Mustika Jaya Kota Bekasi, banjir terjadi karena drainase lingkungan yang buruk dan kurangya daerah resapan air. Banjir ini tidak hanya menjadi tanggungjawab pemerintah tetapi juga menjadi tanggungjawab setiap masyarakat. Tim Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) tergerak untuk ikut membantu program pemerintah melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat diperumahan Graha harapan Mustika Jaya Bekasi tetang bagimana cara mengatasi banjir dengan menggunakan teknik lubang resapan biopori dan pelatihan bagaimana membuat alat untuk tanaman hidroponik. Pelaksanaan PKM ini dihadiri oleh 27 orang peserta dengan semua yang hadir adalah ibu-ibu di perumahan Graha harapan Mustika jaya Bekasi. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan penjajakan dan koordinasi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, serta evaluasi terhadap peserta pelatihan. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa berbagi ilmu pengetahuan baru tentang manfaat lubang resapan biopori (LRB) untuk mengurangi terjadinya banjir dan praktik pelatihan pembuatan alat hidroponik untuk meningkatkan produktivitas warga terhadap kebutuhan pokok. Pembuatan LRB dapat berguna untuk menjaga lingkungan dari terjadinya banjir dan pembuatan alat hidroponik dapat membudidayakan tanaman hdirponik sehingga warga perumahan graha harapan tidak perlu membeli sayur kembali dan juga harapan lainnya adalah munculnya wirausaha baru di Kota Bekasi dalam pengembangan bisnis tanaman hidroponik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pengembangan metode berdasarkan kondisi pembelajaran yang ada dan mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi metode asesmen perkembangan anak berkebutuhan khusus di kelas Satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Sejenis (SPS) Alam Atifa Bogor, Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan melibatkan tiga subjek penelitian, yaitu seorang anak autisme (SY), guru kelas, dan guru pendamping. Dalam penelitian ini, instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui tahap pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan interpretasi data. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang asesmen perkembangan anak berkebutuhan khusus pada kalangan guru-guru pendidikan anak usia dini di Bogor.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran terbuka dan jarak jauh (PTJJ) semakin diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia, sebagaimana ditunjukkan dari peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa pada perguruan tinggi terbuka dan jarak jauh dari tahun ke tahun. Salah satu aspek dalam PTJJ adalah penggunaan teknologi yang disebabkan tidak adanya batas ruang dan waktu dalam pembelajarannya. Mahasiswa baru yang memiliki perbedaan cara belajar dari tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh (online learning) memerlukan adaptasi dalam proses belajarnya. Apalagi PTJJ tidak membatasi usia pada mahasiswanya sehingga memerlukan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan dan program pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat literasi digital mahasiswa baru dalam PTJJ. Berdasarkan penelitian terhadap 10.396 mahasiswa baru menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi digital beragam. Skor literasi digital pada digital skill sebesar 68,22 yang termasuk klasifikasi tinggi. Skor literasi digital pada digital ethics sebesar 95,25 yang termasuk klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Skor literasi digital untuk digital safety sebesar 57,46 yang berada pada klasifikasi cukup. Skor untuk digital culture adalah 84,94 yang berada dalam klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa digital skill, digital culture dan digital ethics mahasiswa baru sudah baik namun perlu adanya peningkatan pada digital safety. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan literasi digital yang berfokus pada peningkatan kesadaran akan keamanan digital guna mendukung efektivitas PTJJ.Abstract:  Open and Distance Learning (ODL) has gained increasing popularity in Indonesia, as evidenced by the growing number of students enrolling in open and distance universities each year. Technology integration is a key aspect of ODL, enabling learning without spatial and temporal limitations. New students transitioning from face-to-face learning to distance learning (online learning) require adaptation in their learning process. ODL does not impose age restrictions on its students, necessitating an analysis of training needs and learning programs to support their academic success. This study aims to explore the level of digital literacy among new students in ODL. Based on an analysis of 10,396 new students, the findings indicate diverse levels of digital literacy. The digital skill score was 68.22, classified as high. The digital ethics score reached 95.25, categorized as very high. Meanwhile, digital safety obtained a score 57.46, categorized as moderate, and digital culture achieved a score of 84.94, classified as very high. These results suggest that while new students demonstrate strong digital skills, digital culture, and digital ethics, there remains a need for improvement in digital safery. Therefore, strengthening digital literacy with a focus on increasing awareness of digital safety is essential to enhance the effectiveness of ODL.
