Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Apakah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw menggunakan alat peraga lebih efektif dari pada Jigsaw tanpa menggunakan alat peraga terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. (2) Apakah siswa dengan kecerdasan emosional tinggi lebih baik dari pada kecerdasan emosional sedang dan kecerdasan emosional sedang lebih baik dari pada kecerdasan emosional rendah terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. (3) Apakah ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw menggunakan alat peraga lebih baik dari pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw tanpa menggunakan alat peraga terhadap prestasi belajar matematika pada siswa yang mempunyai kecerdasan emosional tinggi, sedang maupun rendah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Fobs=2,42<Ftabel=4,052, Ada perbedaan pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw menggunakan alat peraga dengan Jigsaw tanpa menggunakan alat peraga terhadap prestasi belajar matematika ditinjau dari kecerdasan emosional pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Wungu semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. (2) Fobs=19,86>Ftabel=3,165, Prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional tinggi lebih baik dari pada siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional sedang, siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional sedang sama dengan siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional rendah dan siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional tinggi lebih baik dari pada siswa yamg memiliki kecerdasan emosional rendah. (3) Fobs=3,28>Ftabel=3,165, Ada interaksi antara pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran Jigsaw menggunakan alat peraga dan model pembelajaran jigsaw tanpa menggunakan alat peraga ditinjau dari kecerdasan emosional siswa tinggi, sedang maupun rendah terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Wungu. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw, Alat Peraga, Kecerdasan Emosional.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to create a good learning tools of Algebra Stucture towards “QAIT”based Guide Inquiry. Algebra Stucture as basic subject in mathematics. This conditions is essensials for students to comprehend the materials. The using of “QAIT” based Learning Model Guide Inquiry is one of the ways to incrase motivation student on learning. “QAIT” based Learning Model Guide Inquiry will increase the active learning of the students. This developmental research was applying Thiagarajan’s,et al. 4D developmental approach. Thiagarajan’s approach consisted of 4D phases approaches. The phases are Define, Design, Development and Disseminate. The population was students of fifth semester of Mathematics Department of IKIP PGRI Madiun. The data collections techniques used were in form of test and non-test (questionnaire). The results were collected from the approach’s trial. Learning tools already stated valid and has good criteria on students’ effective activities, lecturer’s classroom management, sensitiveness of students’ results test, validity, reliability, and students’ positive responses. Good learning tools of Algebra Stucture towards “QAIT”based Guide Inquiry creates (1) Satuan Acara Pembelajaran (SAP), (2) Lembar Kegiatan Mahasiswa (LKM), (3) Tes Hasil Belajar (THB) of Spatial-n Euclides of Linear Algebra.Keywords: Development, Learning Tools, “QAIT” Based Guide Inquiry, Grupoida

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil berpikir siswa SMP dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan matematika pokok bahasan garis dan sudut berdasarkan langkah-langkah Polya ditinjau dari AdversityQuotient. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Siswa dengan tingkat AdversityQuotient tinggi belum tentu tergolong pada kategori profil berpikir yang tinggi pula, tingkat AdversityQuotient siswa tidak serta merta dapat berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, yang lebih menentukan prestasi belajar siswa adalah IQ. (2) Siswa dengan tingkat AdversityQuotient rendah secara umum memiliki profil berpikir yang kurang karena siswa tersebut tidak mampu menentukan operasi hitung, konsep, strategi, serta tidak mampu mengevaluasi alternatif jawaban yang akan digunakan untuk menyelesaikan soal. (3) Profil berpikir dan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika tidak serta merta berkaitan dengan tingkat AdversityQuotient, namun tingkat AdversityQuotient yang tinggi dapat membuat siswa untuk lebih giat dalam belajar dan ulet dalam menghadapi soal.   Kata kunci:  berpikir, pemecahan masalah, AdversityQuotient

Abstract

This research aims to develop worksheets students (worksheets) based on this Mathematics Education (RME) to improve the matematical ability of elementary school student. The subject of this research is the students of class V Elementary School of Muneng and students in grade 5 Elementary School of Pulerejo 3. The type of this research is the Research and Development, with development model Four-D (4D), which is divided into 4 stages, namely : stage defining (define), stage design (design), development stage (· develop), spreading stage (disseminate). This research done only until the development phase (develop). The products of this research is a Worksheet Students (worksheets) based on this Mathematics Education (RME) a syllabus, denunciating, worksheets, and THB through Fax Banking. The results of the study showed that the average validity is 82,689% stated valid, the results of the average convenience of a limited test is 88,75% and field tests is 80.7% stated practical, and the results of the average effectiveness of limited test is 89,33% and field tests 86% is declared effective. Based on the results of research that the students work sheet (worksheets) based on this Mathematics Education (RME) on the matter arose space stated valid, practical, and effective and improve the matematical ability of elementary school student so that it can be used in the mathematics teaching.

Abstract

Computational thinking and mathematics are closely related, namely mathematics plays a role in overcoming challenges and understanding concepts in computational thinking, while computational thinking ultimately simplifies and abstracts situations by formulating and presenting problems in mathematical form. The purpose of this study is to identify trends and research patterns with the topic of computational thinking in mathematics education using bibliometric analysis. Data is obtained from the dimensions database which has been refined through 4 stages (identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion). The results showed that the peak of publications related to computational thinking in mathematics education research occurred in 2022. The Journal of Science of Education and Technology became the most influential journal with the most citations, namely 877 citations even though it only with 7 publications. The United States is the most influential country in this field because of the good number of publications, the number of citations is the highest of any other country. There are three research focuses related to computational thinking in mathematics education research on the dimensions database from 2013-2023, namely, 1) mathematics, study, teacher; 2) problem, child, learning; 3) student, steam, CT skill

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the increase in the ability of students in scientific literacy after the Project Based Learning model is applied in their learning. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects consisted of 32 students in class VII E of SMPN 1 Bojonegoro for the 2022/2023 academic year. The data collection techniques used tests and observations. AKM-based formative tests and observation sheets are used for the data collection instruments. Processing the value of students' abilities in scientific literacy is calculated using the calculation of the percentage between the correct score and the maximum total score. The test results obtained are grouped into 5 categories; Very Good, Good, Adequate, Poor, and Very Poor. The results of the study show that the scientific literacy skills of students' competence on indicators of explaining a phenomenon scientifically, conducting evaluations and compiling scientific investigations, and interpreting scientific evidence have increased with an average score in pre-cycle learning of 67.58 which is in the adequate caegory and in cycle II follow-up increased to 83.58 which was in the Good category. The conclusion from this study is that the implementation of Project Based Learning is proven to be able to improve the scientific literacy skills of students in class VII E of SMP Negeri 1 Bojonegoro for the 2022/2023 academic year. Abstract

The Golden Period is an essential period for children's growth and development. At this time, it is perfect if parents maximize their children's growth and development by training their children's sensory motor skills. Apart from that, fundamental mathematical skills such as recognizing numbers also need to be trained now. Based on the survey results in Ponorogo, parents still need clarification about how to train their children's sensory motor skills. In this context, the Mathematics Busy Board appears to be an exciting innovation that can improve children's basic mathematical and sensory motor skills in their golden age. This activity aims to provide knowledge or insight to mothers who have toddlers to optimize children's development, especially in basic mathematics and sensory-motor skills. The activity will occur at Posyandu Papaya, Japan Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency. The method used is that the team provides training or socialization about the importance of sensory-motor development and basic mathematical abilities. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in the knowledge of mothers with toddlers about children's basic mathematical and sensory motor skills.ABSTRAKGolden Period merupakan masa penting bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Pada masa ini sangat baik apabila orang tua memaksimalkan tumbuh kembang anak dengan cara melatih sensorik motorik anak.  Selain itu kemampuan matematika dasar seperti mengenal angka juga perlu mulai dilatihkan pada masa ini. Berdasarkan hasil survei di ponorogo, para orang tua masih kebingungan untuk melatihkan sensorik motorik ke anaknya. Dalam konteks ini, Mathematics Busy Board muncul sebagai inovasi yang menarik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dasar matematika dan sensorik motorik anak di usia emas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan atau wawasan kepada ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan anak terutama pada kemampuan dasar matematika dan sensorik motoriknya.. Lokasi kegiatan berada di Posyandu Pepaya Desa Japan Kecamatan Jenangan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu tim memberikan pelatihan atau sosialisasi tentang pentingnya perkembangan sensorik motorik dan kemampuan dasar matematika. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan para ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita tentang kemampuan dasar matematika dan sensorik motorik anak.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is that trainees are able to master the operation of Microsoft Excel for data processing mathematical administration in the village. Operation of Microsoft Excel training activities carried out in two village in the district Panekan partners namely in the village and the village Milangasri Wates. Training activities conducted using survey methods, lectures, practical training and consultation discussions. In this community service activities we undertake the operation of Microsoft Excel training for administrative data processing mathematically in the village. To know the indicators of achievement of the control operation of Microsoft Excel training participants we conducted a series of evaluations at each stage of activity. From the results of the evaluation carried out, showing that the operation of Microsoft Excel training is effective, it can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in the training. Given that most of the data processing mathematical administration in the village do with Microsoft Excel so by mastering how to operate the program, the data can be documented village easier, faster, and more complete. It is an indicator of the importance of improving the quality of village administration services and related processes performed by the village. The enthusiasm and activeness of the participants showed that this training is required by the Village.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this training is the training participants can process the waste of paper and then process it into recycled paper ready for sale to the basic ingredients of craft and production of handicrafts made from recycled paper, master the skills and attitudes include the training of administrative, entrepreneurial management, organization, and marketing. The training activities carried out in the village Sukolilo Jiwan subdistrict, Madiun Regency. This activity uses two methods of approach, the first separation of training activities and the processing of waste paper and paper-based creative production. And the second is training and mentoring organization, management and entrepreneurship. Assistance activities primarily intended to increase the value of selling their production of processed waste so it can be accepted with a high value in the market. Training is done in six stages, namely the preparatory stage, the introduction stage, the stage of establishment of the system, stages of creative production, sales stage, and the stage of development. The results of the activities are 1) most of the trainees can follow every stage of the training given to the good, but there are some stages that have not been implemented, namely the development phase in view of the time constraints, 2) Kesejahateraan villagers Sukolilo increased through the utilization of waste paper into recycled paper which is then processed into a product of creative economic value. AbstrakTujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah peserta pelatihan dapat mengolah sampah kertas kemudian memprosesnya menjadi kertas daur ulang siap jual untuk bahan dasar kerajinan dan produksi hasil kerajinan berbahan dasar kertas daur ulang, menguasai keterampilan dan sikap meliputi pelatihan administrasi, manajemen kewirausahaan, organisasi, dan pemasaran. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan di Desa Sukolilo Kecamatan Jiwan Kabupaten Madiun. Kegiatan ini menggunakan dua metode pendekatan, yang pertama kegiatan pelatihan pemisahan serta pengolahan limbah kertas dan produksi kreatif berbahan dasar kertas. Dan yang kedua adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan organisasi, manajemen dan kewirausahaan. Kegiatan Pendampingan terutama ditujukan untuk meningkatkan nilai hasil jual produksi olahan sampah sehingga bisa diterima dengan nilai tinggi di pasar. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam enam tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pengenalan, tahap pembentukan sistem, tahap produksi kreatif, tahap penjualan, dan tahap pengembangan. Adapun hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah 1) sebagian besar peserta pelatihan dapat mengikuti setiap tahapan pelatihan yang diberikan dengan baik, namun ada beberapa tahap yang belum terlaksana yaitu tahap pengembangan mengingat keterbatasan waktu, 2) Kesejahateraan masyarakat desa Sukolilo meningkat melalui pemanfaatan limbah kertas menjadi kertas daur ulang yang kemudian diolah menjadi produk kreatif yang bernilai ekonomi.

Abstract

This research was designed in accordance with Classroom Action Research (CAR). The purpose of this study was to improve the project-based skills and science learning outcomes of students through the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in class VII-D SMP Negeri 1 Bojonegoro in the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 32 students. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. In this study, data collection was carried out using observation techniques and giving tests at the end of the implementation. The focus of observation in this class action research is project-based skills and student learning outcomes.The research instruments used to determine the level of success of learners are project-based skills observation instruments and cognitive or knowledge learning outcomes instruments. The indicators of success in this study are if 80% of students classically have project-based skills at least with the predicate B in each aspect of project-based skills assessment and if 80% of students classically get science learning outcomes above the Criteria for Achievement of Learning Objectives (CALO) which is 70. The results showed that there was an increase in the project-based skills of students classically, from cycle I of 2.43 or 60.75% with the predicate C to 3.4 or 86% with the predicate B in cycle II. There was also an increase in the completeness of students' learning outcomes classically, from cycle I of 78.10%, to 93.75% in cycle II. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the PjBL model can classically improve the project-based skills and science learning outcomes of students in class VII-D SMP Negeri 1 Bojonegoro in the 2022/2023 academic year.
