Abstract

This research is in the background of the existence of data from the evaluation results on the writing skills of students in class XI tends to be still low. This is caused by the selection of learning models so that students are less motivated and lack interest in the learning done. Because of these problems, the researchers conducted a study of poetry text learning using the PAIKEM learning model. and the thing to be investigated in an attempt to find out whether the learning process has different results before and after using the PAIKEM learning model. The researcher used the Design One-Group pretest-posttest Design method, the researcher used the subject as a sample of 25 students. Researchers research by conducting a pretest as the beginning of learning and doing a posttest. Based on the results of the pretest conducted by students obtained an average value of 50.8 and obtained an average posttest score of 86 so that it can have a difference in the value of 32.2.

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the fact that students feel difficult when writing explanatory texts. The difficulties faced by students include difficult to express ideas in writing complex explanatory texts. This statement is proven by the answers of the students when filling out the questionnaire given by the teacher. This study aims to see the effect of the picture and picture method on the results of student writing. The researcher used an experimental method with a design (one group pre-test post-test), the data collected was the initial test (pre-test) and the final test (post-test). The instruments used were evaluation questions, to see the results of student writing, observations to see the learning process of students in the class, and questionnaires to find out student responses related to the application of the methods carried out on 30 class students as a research sample. The results of the study show that the picture and picture learning method influences student learning outcomes in writing complex explanatory texts. It can be seen from the average value obtained by students before and after being treated using the picture and picture method. The average value of students before being given treatment is 74.2 and after being given treatment using the method of picture and picture the average value of students increases to 82.7. So, the picture and pictured method can be applied in learning to write explanatory texts because it is proven to increase the average value of students in writing complex explanatory texts.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi bagi manusia sangat signifikan pada kurun waktu yang segitu cepat, dan sangat berpengaruh hampir ke semua golongan dari perorangan, organisasi, lembaga-lembaga institusi serta perusahaan-perusahaan maju dan berkembang. Terutama perusahaan yang baru berkembang seperti PT.Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Bekasi yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang baru berkembang sangat membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang yang terampil dan membawa perusahaan kearah yang lebih baik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper begins with an interest in seeing the musical abilities of children learners of non-formal institutions of West Brothers music course in playing the drum, where the children show "maturity" in the musical. The level of difficulty, the selection of song repertoire, and the stage action presented by the children tends to resemble drum players of adolescence and adulthood. This raises a question about socialization and internalization in learning. West Brothers as an educational institution becomes a place of transmission of knowledge, skills, and values from? educators to learners. In the process of transmission, there is socialization and internalization through social interaction in drum learning activities. This research aims to know how the form of socialization and internalization in the drum learning process in West Brothers, especially in children learners, and how the process of socialization and internalization that form behavior patterns manifest in the musical ability of children playing drum musical instruments. This paper reveals that child behavior patterns embodied in the ability and taste of musical drumming are influenced and shaped through the process of interaction between learners and teachers in the West Brothers environment, including socialization and internalization. Kata kunci : sosialisasi dan internalisasi, west brothers, kursus drum solo

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dosis penambahan sari buah mangga gedong gincu untuk menghasilkan nilai pH dan sifat organoleptik dadih susu kambing etawa yang terbaik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian eksperimen ini pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak lima kali. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah penambahan sari buah mangga gedong gincu (P0 = susu tanpa sari buah gedong gincu, P1 = susu tambah 12,5 ml, P2 = susu tambah 25 ml, P3 = susu tambah 37,5 ml, P4 = susu tambah 50 ml). Penambahan sari buah mangga gedong gincu pada pembuatan dadih susu kambing etawa, berpengaruh terhadap nilai pH dan sifat organoleptik (warna, tekstur, aroma, rasa dan daya terima). Perlakuan dosis terbaik yaitu pada penambahan 50 ml sari buah mangga gedong gincu dengan kriteria warna putih kekuningan sampai kuning, aroma sedap sampai sangat sedap, tekstur lembut sampai sangat lembut, rasa asam sampai sangat asam dan daya terima agak suka sampai suka dengan nilai pH 4,82.

Abstract

Bonds are one of the company's instruments for obtaining income without going through banks and financial institutions. In 2020, at the beginning of the emergence of the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the issuance of bonds scored a record high for the last five years. This shows that corporations are trying to raise funding through debt securities. During the pandemic, many countries went into lockdown. Of course, this affected corporations whose sales were more than 50% of exports; from this description, the researchers chose mining sector corporations listed on the IDX to analyze how big and influential they are 1). Profitability to bond ratings, 2). Leverage on bond ratings, 3). Coupons against bond ratings, 4). Maturity to bond rating. The method in this study includes the type of applied causality with the type of quantitative analysis that is analytic, the population in this study is the mining sector corporate bonds which are still traded in 2020-2021, with a sample of 45 corporate bonds from 5 mining sector issuing companies, the analytical technique used is ordinal logistic regression, using SPSS 25 analysis tool. The study results conclude that leverage (DER) harms bond ratings, while profitability (ROA), coupons, and maturity do not affect bond ratings. Internet now provides many conveniences in human life. Almost all human activities always use the internet, from communication to education, including work. Information spreads fairly quickly with the internet and various supporting media platforms. With this convenience, not everyone can use the internet well. Most young people use the internet simply for entertainment. If it is used wisely, it will have a good impact, one of which is as a medium for learning entrepreneurship and marketing. Small Medium Enterprises (SME) prepares people to have work-ready skills in their field of knowledge about create product and sale to a market. A few SME not become successful entrepreneurs. Therefore, digital marketing as a strategy needs to be introduced to vocational students, especially in this case Community of SME which previously had never held this counseling. The purpose of this activity is for SME to recognize the benefits of the internet as a digital means to market products, services, or other things and to generate entrepreneurial motivation from an early age.

Abstract

Technological developments in digitalization are so very rapid. Their influence is also very significant in changes and human behavior. They are starting from using the internet, social media, online transactions, and virtual meetings to increasingly sophisticated smartphones supporting all these activities. Digitalization has made changes consumer behavior in shopping change drastically. Nowadays, changes in consumer behavior in shopping have been dominated by online transactions. The average cross-generation has used and understood the use of online media, especially the millennial and gen z generations. This study analyzes the effectiveness of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions. The analysis method in this study is quantitative causality. The population taken is Pelita Bangsa University students, the sample taken is students belonging to the millennial and gen z generations who transact online shopping in e-commerce and marketplaces, with data analysis techniques in this study using regression double linear. The results of the data analysis that has been carried out, the first and second hypotheses are rejected, with the conclusion that digital marketing and influencer marketing do not influence online purchasing decisions. The results of the third hypothesis are accepted, with the conclusion that online customer reviews can influence online purchasing decisions in a positive direction.
