Abstract

Financial management is very crucial in practice, both personal and business financial management. This is very important, especially for MSMEs, because poor financial management will have an impact on bookkeeping and make income and expenses confusing, especially if the business being run has started to increase in sales. Financial recording is an important thing but is often underestimated even though there are many benefits that entrepreneurs get by recording financial reports. There are many reasons why a business has not recorded financial reports properly, such as a lack of insight into what it is like to make or record its own financial reports and there are no resources that can handle it, as is also felt by the entrepreneur who owns the Tunas Sari semprong located in Rengasdengklok-Karawang. Starting from this, in this community service, we aim to provide basic training in simple financial recording to improve the performance of entrepreneurs' businesses. Apart from the manual, we also provide understanding in operating financial records using a digital application in the form of BukuKas which can be installed on business people's smartphones. This makes it easier for entrepreneurs to operate financial reports. With knowledge of financial reports, we can easily find out our income and expenses and can be used as evaluation material in improving business performance and developing the business we own. From the results of this training, it is hoped that entrepreneurs will be able to record simple financial reports and be able to operate the BukuKas application to make recording easier.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tim UTP dilakukan di desa Pacalan, kecamatan Plaosan, kabupaten Magetan. Bengkel di desa ini membutuhkan tambahan peralatan Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) untuk membuat dan memperbaiki peralatan yang terbuat dari logam. Bantuan paket peralatan las SMAW diberikan kepada desa Pacalan untuk membantu memenuhi kebutuhan di desa tersebut. Edukasi tentang teknik pengelasan diberikan kepada teknisi desa Pacalan dalam bentuk demonstrasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknisi bengkel. Dalam pengelasan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) merupakan hal penting untuk mencegah adanya kecelakaan kerja, terutama dalam praktik pengelasan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengetahuan tentang K3 melalui sosialisasi penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) untuk pengelasan. Peserta kegiatan, terutama teknisi bengkel di desa Pacalan dapat mengikuti jalannya acara dengan baik dan dapat mengimplementasikan K3 dan teknik pengelasan dengan tepat. Kerjasama PkM antara kedua belah pihak diharapkan tetap terus berlanjut untuk memberikan manfaat, khususnya kepada masyarakat di desa Pacalan.

Abstract

Indonesian people are increasingly creative and innovative in making new recipes to add to their daily food needs, besides that they are also creative in making snacks typical of their region. Currently, according to young people and parents, snacks are much loved, besides that with a distinctive taste from the West Java region in the city of Bandung which is familiar to be heard or felt by people who mostly like snacks with a spicy taste, namely "Seblak". The business being run certainly requires a way to attract customers to come and try it, therefore it is necessary to hold consistent marketing, marketing is carried out by promotional activities which is one of the important ways to compete not based on price but taste quality. The results of observations that I have made meeting directly with seblak owners mention the problems faced by the lack of understanding of the management and business planning needed, especially in terms of marketing, which currently requires the use of technology in its implementation. MSME empowerment requires more comprehensive and systematic planning that is able to facilitate MSMEs in solving the problems they face. As well as readiness in the use of technology such as promotional activities that are not only carried out through automatic whatsapp with a limited range of buyers, followed by promotions carried out through social media such as Instagram and Facebook because they are social media that are used more frequently so that the sales market is also wider, and currently in the age of all technology we can also take advantage of technology to do business by selling products in marketplaces such as gofood, gojek, grab etc.. That way, increasing the empowerment of MSMEs is increasingly developing from various sides.

Abstract

Literasi Keuangan memiliki tujuan jangka panjang bagi seluruh golongan masyarakat, yaitu merupakan bentuk investasi jangka panjang yang bermanfaat dalam mengelola dan menjaga kondisi keuangan agar tetap terjaga atau stabil serta meningkatkan jumlah pengguna produk dan layanan jasa keuangan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, kami memberikan gambaran produk keuangan syariah diantaranya saham syariah, reksadana syariah, dan obligasi syariah. Kami juga menekankan bahwa imbal hasil produk keuangan syariah ini adalah merupakan tolak ukur rasionalitas sebuah investasi. Apabila imbal hasilnya jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan imbal hasil produk produk ini, maka investasi tersebut tidak masuk akal dan patut dicurigai sebagai investasi bodong.

Abstract

Digital marketing has become an essential strategy for influencing consumer purchasing decisions in the digital era. Technological and internet advancements have transformed how companies interact with consumers, enabling wider reach through platforms like social media, websites, and e-commerce. Besides enhancing brand awareness, digital marketing influences consumer preferences and behavior by offering personalized and tailored experiences. This study examines the impact of price, social media usage, and location on consumer buying interest on the Shopee platform. Using a quantitative method, data were collected through electronic questionnaires from 100 respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS with multiple linear regression. The results reveal that price significantly and positively influences buying interest (coefficient: 0.503, t-statistic: 6.234, P-value: 0.000). Social media usage, however, shows a positive but insignificant effect (coefficient: 0.138, t-statistic: 1.404, P-value: 0.164). Location also demonstrates a significant positive effect on purchase intention (coefficient: 0.316, t-statistic: 3.634, P-value: 0.000). The study concludes that price and location are critical factors in shaping consumer purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms, particularly in the post-pandemic context. These findings underscore the importance of competitive pricing and convenient delivery as key drivers of purchase intention, providing valuable insights for businesses to refine their marketing strategies and adapt to evolving consumer preferences.

Abstract

SIDJIE is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) engaged in food and beverage, especially coffee drinks. This place provides various types of food and drinks. On this occasion, through community service activities carried out to help MSMEs through several programs offered and have been compiled and discussed with interested parties. Starting from debriefing and assistance in preparing financial reports and digitizing promotions was chosen as an effort to help develop these MSMEs. After this activity, it is hoped that SIDJIE will find it easier to see the financial condition of its business so that in the future it can be even better at managing its business finances. Furthermore, with the marketing digitalization program, it is hoped that it will be able to increase public knowledge of this coffee shop business and indirectly increase SIDJIE's sales.

Abstract

The research explores the role of digital wallets and online delivery services in enhancing the competitive edge of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) amidst rapid digitalization. With the growing importance of social capital and technological adoption, MSMEs can expand their business reach and improve their performance. The study highlights the significant increase in digital wallet utilization in Indonesia, where numerous platforms like Gopay and OVO have gained traction. Challenges such as a lack of digital literacy among MSME owners hinder their ability to leverage e-commerce effectively. This project involved direct support and consultation for MSMEs, aiming to address their challenges and identify strategic solutions. Findings indicate improved customer engagement through digital marketing, which allows MSMEs to build brand awareness without the need for extensive resources. Ultimately, the study advocates for increased digital presence and adaptability among MSMEs to thrive in the evolving market landscape.

Abstract

Internet now provides many conveniences in human life. Almost all human activities always use the internet, from communication to education, including work. Information spreads fairly quickly with the internet and various supporting media platforms. With this convenience, not everyone can use the internet well. Most young people use the internet simply for entertainment. If it is used wisely, it will have a good impact, one of which is as a medium for learning entrepreneurship and marketing. Small Medium Enterprises (SME) prepares people to have work-ready skills in their field of knowledge about create product and sale to a market. A few SME not become successful entrepreneurs. Therefore, digital marketing as a strategy needs to be introduced to vocational students, especially in this case Community of SME which previously had never held this counseling. The purpose of this activity is for SME to recognize the benefits of the internet as a digital means to market products, services, or other things and to generate entrepreneurial motivation from an early age.

Abstract

Sumber pendapatan utama MTs Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in adalah SPP (Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan) dan Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS). Begitupula dengan santrinya yang berjumlah sekitar 100an, dengan demikian sumber dana Pesantren masih sangatlah terbatas. Keterbatasan dana ini lah yang menjadikan honor pendidik/guru/ustadz di MTs Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in masih terbatas. Kesejahteraan guru pada suatu lembaga pendidikan harus difikirkan dengan matang. Kesejahteraan guru akan menunjang profesionalisme seorang guru tersebut. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru/ustadz, maka Pesantren perlu membentuk jiwa kewirausahaan guru. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in yang terletak di Kampung Buwek Desa Sumber Jaya Kabupaten Bekasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui sosialisasi kepada Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren mengenai pentingnya guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraannya.

Abstract

Background: Iron-containing blood-boosting tablet supplements are crucial for meeting micronutrient needs in pregnant women and children. Micronutrient deficiencies, such as iron, have the potential to cause stunting. This supplementation program is expected to improve the nutritional status of the Indonesian population, prevent stunting, and support optimal growth.Objective: This systematic literature review aims to analyze the relationship between iron-boosting tablet supplements in meeting micronutrient needs and preventing stunting in children (toddlers and infants) in Indonesia.Method: A systematic literature search was conducted to identify relevant articles in 3 main databases (Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholars). Studies on the consumption of iron-boosting tablets for meeting micronutrient needs in stunting cases require a systematic review with inclusion criteria limited to articles published between 2015-2024, free full text, in Indonesian and English.Results: Of the 10 articles analyzed, most showed that consumption of Iron-Boosting Tablets (TTD) in pregnant women can increase hemoglobin levels and reduce the risk of anemia, which contributes to the prevention of stunting in children. However, the compliance rate of pregnant women in consuming TTD is still low due to side effects and lack of awareness. Additionally, socio-economic factors also play a role in children's nutritional status, where families with low incomes have a higher risk of anemia and stunting.Conclusion: TTD supplementation plays an important role in the prevention of anemia and stunting in children. However, its effectiveness is greatly influenced by the level of consumption compliance and socio-economic factors. Therefore, more intensive education and multi-sectoral policies are needed to improve accessibility and compliance with TTD consumption in stunting prevention efforts in Indonesia.
