Abstract

Makalah ini menyelidiki bagaimana para pemimpin Milenial memandang diri mereka sendiri dalam peran kepemimpinan mereka dan apakah stereotip kelompok generasi berlaku dengan tingkat hierarki yang meningkat. Meskipun Milenial dan karakter mereka telah dibahas panjang lebar dalam literatur, ada kekurangan penelitian, yang menerapkan stereotip kohort generasi ke Milenial dalam konteks kepemimpinan. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif eksplorasi diikuti, termasuk wawancara di 15 organisasi dari segmen industri yang berbeda di Banten. Data dianalisis melalui analisis kualitatif. Studi ini memberikan gambaran yang berbeda dari Milenial dalam posisi kepemimpinan. Sementara beberapa stereotip generasi dapat dikonfirmasi. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi wawasan baru tentang kepemimpinan Milenial dan tantangan organisasi untuk memungkinkan kemampuan kelompok generasi ini sebagai pemimpin berkembang. Arah untuk masa depan penelitian diuraikan untuk menyelidiki lebih lanjut fenomena ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari faktor-faktor yang dapat menjelaskan motivasi memimpin pada tingkat bintara Polres Lebak. Analisis dilakukan dengan menguji pengaruh romantika kepemimpinan, efikasi diri dan inisiatif diri terhadap motivasi memimpin. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif survey dari total populasi 100 orang digunakan 80 sampel berasal dari anggota tingkat Bintara Polres Lebak. Temuan yang menarik dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari variabel dependen dan variabel indefenden. Pengujian secara simultan dengan memperhatikan nilai R Square sebesar 0,569 hal ini berarti secara simultan pengaruh romantika kepemimpinan, efikasi diri dan inisiatif diri terhadap motivasi memimpin adalah sebesar 56,9 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,1 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini. Hasil ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial, romantika kepemimpinan, efikasi diri dan inisiatif diri dapat dijadikan variabel prediktor bagi motivasi memimpin. Temuan menunjukan bahwa pimpinan harus menyadari pentingnya memberikan dukungan dan menghargai romantika kepemimpinan, efikasi diri dan inisiatif diri yang tinggi pada anggota agar melahirkan rasa nyaman dan keyakinan terhadap kemampuan individu dalam menjalankan tugasnya yang dapat memperkuat pemahaman dan solidaritas diantara para anggota untuk menciptakan keunggulan bagi organisasi dengan cara memberikan motivasi, memberikan kesempatan yang sama, pelatihan kepemimpinan berbasis kompetensi, mempererat rasa kekeluargaan sesama anggota, mempertemukan anggota dengan pekerjaan dan jabatan yang sesuai.

Abstract

Overcapacity is a condition where the number of prisoners exceeds the available capacity. The problem of overcapacity is a serious issue related to human rights, because the condition of overcapacity certainly causes the living conditions of prisoners to be inappropriate, in a situation of overcapacity the prison has a very limited space for movement so that in a narrow room increases the risk of health problems that will quickly spread between prisoners. The problem of overcapacity was studied to find out in fact how the impact of overcapacity on the fulfillment of the right to obtain health services for prisoners at the Class I Correctional Institution in Malang, along with knowing what are the obstacles in fulfilling the right to obtain health services for prisoners. The research method uses empirical legal research or sociological juridical with a qualitative approach as a writing guide. The results of this study concluded that the impact of overcapacity on the fulfillment of health services for prisoners, one of which is related to the general health services of the inpatient unit, not all prisoners with indications of serious illness will be hospitalized due to insufficient space, the lack of this has resulted in the emergence of obstacles in the fulfillment of health services, namely the lack of complete facilities and infrastructure, human resources in the form of medical personnel and the lack of awareness of prisoners to maintain environmental hygiene which has an impact on the health of prisoners.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and motivation on the performance of the village apparatus in Lebak Regency. This study has a total sample of 98 respondents. This research method uses research methods with a quantitative approach, survey methods, and model analysis techniques using the SPSS version 24 application. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, with the results of the T test showing a t count value of 2.847 > t table 1.988, this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of village officials. Furthermore, the results of research on work motivation affect the performance of village apparatus, as evidenced by the results of the T test, which show a t count of 3.429 > t table 1.988. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus.

Abstract

MSMEs play a vital role in national economic development through economic growth, job creation, and equitable distribution of benefits. The aim of this community service is to enhance the human resource competencies of MSMEs within the Islamic Boarding School in a sustainable manner. The role of the santri as managers requires both theoretical guidance and practical mentoring in developing operational procedures that meet their needs, focusing on enhancing the required competencies. The method applied, involving interactive training and direct practice by 50 managers, demonstrates high enthusiasm. Thus, community service through training for santri to enhance their competencies is crucial for the future. The outcome of these activities includes fostering self-evaluation among santri to improve their competencies through work standards and workflows. Additionally, the unique aspect of this initiative involves enhancing their understanding of building strong teams and developing sustainable business strategies through the managers' role as organizational drivers.

Abstract

Pendidikan di lingkungan pesantren kini tidak hanya berfokus pada pendidikan keagamaan, tetapi juga pada pengembangan unit usaha sebagai bagian dari kemandirian ekonomi. Namun, rendahnya tingkat profesionalisme di kalangan santri telah menjadi salah satu hambatan utama dalam mencapai efisiensi dan daya saing bisnis pesantren. Banyak santri yang terlibat dalam unit usaha pesantren belum memiliki keterampilan dan sikap profesional yang sesuai dengan standar bisnis moderen, yang mengarah pada rendahnya kualitas pengelolaan dan keberlanjutan usaha. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme santri dalam manajemen bisnis UMKM di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman, Bogor. Analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak pesantren menunjukkan bahwa terdapat masalah seperti kurangnya kedisiplinan, rendahnya kesadaran akan pentingnya profesionalisme, serta keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, program pelatihan difokuskan pada peningkatan keterampilan manajerial, pembentukan sikap profesional, serta penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen bisnis yang efektif. Pelatihan ini mencakup topik-topik seperti perencanaan bisnis, pengelolaan keuangan, pemasaran, serta pengembangan kualitas layanan dan produk. Hasil kegiatan ini diukur melalui umpan balik kuesioner yang diberikan kepada peserta setelah pelatihan, yang menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta merasa program pengabdian ini sangat bermanfaat dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap profesionalisme mereka. Peningkatan kepuasan peserta juga tercermin dari peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dirasakan oleh para santri, yang akan berdampak pada keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan unit usaha pesantren ke depannya.

Abstract

Although previous research has documented substantive knowledge about the benefits of high-performance work systems (HPWS), results related to both sides of HPWS are inconsistent. To reconcile this inconsistency, the researcher identified two specific HR attributions, well-being HR attribution and employee performance HR attribution, and examined their role in the relationship between HPWS at the individual level that develops in the workplace. Data were collected from 177 employees in 21 BUM Desa, data processing used SmartPLS 3 to conduct structural equation modeling and hypothesis testing. The results show that HR attributions of well-being and employee performance influence HPWS, which drives job flourishing, the role of HPWS also positively and significantly mediates the relationship to flourishing at work. Previous literature has ignored the key identification of internal HR attributions and only focused on HPWS as the dependent variable, so this study develops a mediation model of HPWS influencing employee thriving at work. This research helps reconcile inconsistent findings regarding the two-sided nature of HPWS, in addition the researcher focuses on individual-level HPWS which is less explored in existing research. This study only used 21 BUM Desa in the tourism sector in Lebak Regency and a relatively small sample size and only focused on internal attributions, future research is recommended.

Abstract

Digital disruption has changed organizations in unprecedented ways. The rapidly evolving field of digital leadership currently receives little attention, with only retrospective studies of its evolution having been conducted so far. This study presents a bibliometric and network analysis that combines Scopus and Web of Science databases to provide new insights into the evolution of the digital leadership research field. The study is based on a review of 79 publications from 57 journals, published between 2000 and 2020. The novelty of the topic and the range of journals that publish on it confirm that digital leadership has attracted interest from a wide range of fields. The bibliometric analysis provides a description of the research field identifying the leading publishing journals, affiliation statistics, and the most influential authors and publications expressive of the research field. Network analysis identified the evolution of keywords over time, co-citation relationships, and research clusters. Content analysis was used to identify key topics in the field with an eye to the interrelationships between them. A brief description of each paper in the dataset and its methodological approach is provided. The results suggest that this topic will continue to attract more research, as it has not yet entered the maturity stage. This paper contributes to the literature by analyzing the relationship between digital leadership and e-leadership. The study also identifies the most important digital leadership capabilities for a rapidly changing world. Limitations and future avenues are also discussed.

Abstract

This research investigates the integration of role play in teaching Hadith to strengthen the character development of preschool learners. The study examines how role-playing activities can enhance the understanding of Islamic principles and the application of Hadith in real-life situations among preschool learners. Employing a quantitative experimental design, the study assesses the impact of incorporating role play into Islamic Studies on the character development of preschool learners at Paud IT Al Mansyur in Kotabaru Regency, South Kalimantan. The experiment involved two groups of preschool learners, each consisting of 10 participants. The experimental group engaged in role-playing scenarios designed to teach Hadith and key Islamic values such as self-esteem, empathy, honesty, love, affection, and social responsibility. The control group followed traditional teaching methods. Pre- and post-intervention assessments measured improvements in character traits. The results indicated that the experimental group showed significant improvement in character development compared to the control group. These findings suggest that integrating role play into Islamic Studies, particularly in teaching Hadith to preschoolers, is an effective pedagogical strategy for fostering holistic development, blending moral education with cognitive achievement in a synergistic manner.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the mediation model moderated by ambidextrous leadership and employee ambidexterity in the relationship between high-performance work systems and employee performance. A census approach was used to collect data from the target employees. Therefore, using a cross-sectional design, 387 employees representing tourism sector BUMDes in Banten Province participated in this study. Structural equation modelling with the help of SPSS plus AMOS was used to analyse the proposed hypotheses. By integrating social exchange theory and the AMO model, the results show that ambidextrous leadership moderates the relationship between high-performance work systems and employee ambidexterity. At high levels of ambidextrous leadership, the relationship between high-performance work systems and employee ambidexterity becomes stronger. Furthermore, ambidextrous leadership moderates the indirect effect of employee ambidexterity in the relationship between high-performance work systems and employee performance. This research yields additional understanding of the critical role of ambidextrous leadership in unlocking the opportunities and strengths between HPWS and employee performance.
