Abstract

YouTube is a social media where individuals and organizations interact with each other to share information and entertainment. The public service advertisement belonging to the South Jakarta Regional Tax Office I, “Ask AR Aja” is the object of research by researchers. In this public service advertisement, it is seen that there are other meanings of using Islamic religious symbols, and telling stories (Taaruf) with externalization, objectivation and internalization processes using Robert Entman's framing analysis with a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. Based on text analysis, the results of the study frame the way young men and women who are Muslim make introductions to find a mate without going through the courtship process. The externalization process is highlighted in the framing of the scavenger family's condition, which means less prosperous and nice cars on the road, which shows a prosperous family. This is externalized to unmarried individuals, and there are impressions of the struggle of a Muslim woman (Najwa) who is tough, patient, sincere because she has to sell her wealth to pay tax fines. So that these individuals only see messages about tax obligations that must be complied with and high tax fines for violating applicable tax regulations.

Abstract

Digital transformation brings new opportunities and challenges to poverty alleviation efforts in Indonesia. The government, private sector, and civil society play a crucial role in creating an inclusive ecosystem that ensures equitable digital access. This study aims to analyze communication patterns among stakeholders in digital poverty alleviation programs, highlighting coordination, collaboration, and emerging communication barriers. The research approach employed descriptive qualitative methods with in-depth interviews and analysis of inclusive digital policy documents. The results indicate that communication among stakeholders remains vertical and fragmented, with the government dominating and local communities limited in its involvement. Effective cross-sector collaboration occurs when participatory communication mechanisms, information transparency, and trust between actors are in place. This study confirms that adaptive and inclusive strategic communication is a key factor in the success of digital poverty alleviation programs in Indonesia

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital memberikan peluang besar bagi lembaga keagamaan dalam menyampaikan informasi dan dakwah kepada masyarakat secara lebih efektif. Media video berbasis digital menjadi salah satu sarana komunikasi yang mampu menyampaikan pesan secara menarik, mudah dipahami, dan menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas. Namun, masih banyak pengurus majelis taklim yang belum memiliki keterampilan teknis dalam memproduksi konten video informasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan pembuatan video informasi berbasis digital bagi pengurus Majelis Taklim Qur’ani Nurul Fattah, Mekar Jaya, Tangerang. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, penyampaian materi dasar produksi video, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam merencanakan, memproduksi, dan mengedit video sederhana menggunakan perangkat digital yang mudah diakses. Peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi dan dakwah. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat kapasitas pengurus majelis taklim untuk mengelola informasi keagamaan secara kreatif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan di era digital.
