Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of the teachers of SD III Gugus III West Balikpapan, theleadership style applied and the teacher performance of SDN Gugus III West Balikpapan, to determinethe role and style of leadership simultaneously and partially towards the performance of teachers ofSDN Gugus III West Balikpapan. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatoryresearch. The population in this study were all teachers at SDN Gugus III West Balikpapan. Anexample of this study was aimed at 32 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Datacollection methods use questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis methods are descriptive andmultiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the teacher's commitment of SDNGugus III West Balikpapan in good category, the leadership style of the principal in the teachers ofSDN Gugus III West Balikpapan is also in good category. Likewise, the performance of the teachers ofSD III Gugus III West Balikpapan is in good category. The proof is that there is a relationship betweenorganizational commitment and leadership style on the performance of teachers at SDN Gugus IIIWest Balikpapan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to study the participative leadership style, communication and work discipline of teachers at SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan and to analyze participatory leadership styles and communication styles simultaneously and partially towards teacher work discipline in SDN Segugus 3 Balikpapan Kota. This study uses quantitative and explanatory types of research. The population in this study was teachers at SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. The study sample was a trial of 30 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. Simultaneous and partial between participatory leadership style and communication towards the work discipline of teachers at SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. Participatory leadership style has a large role in the work discipline of teachers in SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan compared to communication. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the participatory leadership style, motivation and performance of teachers in SDN Gugus III North Balikpapan and to analyze leadership performance and performance together on teacher performance in SDN Gugus III North Balikpapan. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers of SDN Gugus III North Balikpapan. The study sample was interviewed by 53 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The method uses data using a questionnaire. Descriptive data analysis methods and multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. The results of the study showed participative leadership style and work motivation positively on the performance of teachers in North Balikpapan Elementary School III. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of partial and simultaneous factors of leadership style in the Community Empowerment and Village Government Board of Bojonegoro Regency. This research method uses a quantitative method with a population of 34 people. The sampling method in this study used a total sampling of 34 people. The results of data analysis showed situational leadership style consisting of directive, consultative, participatory, delegative had a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Community Empowerment Agency and Village Government of Bojonegoro Regency. Partially situational leadership style factors which consist of directive, consultative, participatory, delegative have a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Community Empowerment Agency and Village Government of Bojonegoro Regency. Among the situational leadership style factors which consist of directive, consultative, participatory, delegative, the most dominant of employee performance is the directive leadership style variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and know effect both simultanously and partialythe conditions of perception variable compensation, work environment, work motivation and job performance of teachers SMK PGRI Bojonegoro. The population in this study were all teachers at SMK PGRI Bojonegoro as many as 45 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling that takes most members of the population being sampled with certain characteristics in accordance with the intent and purpose of the study. In this study, the sample used is not permanent teachers (GTT) SMK PGRI in Bojonegoro. The method used is descriptive statistics and path analysis (path analysis). Perception of compensation, work environment and work motivation simultaneously no significant direct impact on the performance of teachers. Perception of compensation have no direct impact significantly on the performance of teachers. Work environment significant direct effect on the performance of teachers. Work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of teachers. Perception of compensation and working environment simultaneously no significant effect on work motivation of teachers. Perception compensation significant effect on work motivation of teachers. The work environment has no significant effect on work motivation of teachers SMK PGRI Bojonegoro. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to study the analysis of education, training and work skills related to the improvement of human resources in the Lenteng District Office of Sumenep Regency; to find out and analyze whether education, training and work ability have a significant and partial influence on the development of Human Resources at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency. This type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research. This research was conducted at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency with a total sample of 34 people. The sampling technique uses the total sampling method. The results of the study showed that simultaneously, education, training and work ability were significant for the development of human resources at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency. Partially, education, training and significant work ability to develop human resources at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Kedungdung Sub-District Police, Sampang Regency. with a total sample of 33 people. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out and describe communication competencies, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and performance of police officers, 2) To find out and analyze whether communication competencies, emotional intelligence and organizational culture simultaneously influence the performance of police officers, 3) To find out and analyze whether communication skills, emotional intelligence and organizational culture partially influence the performance of police officers. The results showed that 1) Simultaneously, communication competencies, emotional intelligence and organizational culture had a very significant effect on employee performance, 2) Partially, communication competencies, emotional intelligence and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance Police officers. Abstract

One of the significant things which is very important in providing educational services is the teaching staff (teacher) which in this study emphasizes to the work contract teaching staff so that their performance is increasing.The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze significantly and simultaneously, influence directly competence, motivation and discipline on performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sumberasih, Probolinggo. In order to analyze the causal relationships between variables and test hypotheses, the analysis used is multiple regression analysis.Based on the results of descriptive analyzes known that competency, motivation, discipline and performance have good values: and based on multiple linear regression analysis known that competence is not positive effect and not significant to performance; motivation have positive and significant influence for performance; discipline have positive and significant influence toward performance and competence, motivation and discipline are influence simultaneously to the performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kedungdung Polsek Sampang Regency with a total sample of 33 people. This purpose is to identify and describe the communication competence, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and performance of the Kedungdung Police, Sampang Regency. Furthermore, to read and analyze the governance of communication, emotional intelligence and organizational culture, both simultaneously have an effect on the performance of the Kedungdung Police, Sampang Regency. The results showed that simultaneously, communication intelligence, intelligence and organizational culture had a very significant influence on employee performance. Partially, communication competence, emotional intelligence and organizational organization have a significant influence on the personnel performance of the Kedungdung Police, Sampang Regency. Organizational culture has a dominant influence in influencing the performance of officers in the Kedungdung Police, Sampang Regency.
