Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and employee engagement on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. The object of this research is the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. The population in this research is employees at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. as many as 30 respondents. This research shows that Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement both have a positive and significant effect on performance. By testing the coefficient of determination, a value of 0.602 or 60.2% was obtained. The Performance variable can be explained by the Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement variables while the remaining 30.8% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the office of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Ukm, North Toraja Regency. The sampling technique in this research used the total sampling method where the entire population was sampled as 32 State Civil Servants, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative method with the SPSS version 25 application, using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that there is an influence of the independent variables work environment and work motivation on the dependent variable employee performance, this can be seen through the f test by obtaining a significance value for the influence of X1 and X2 on Y of 0.000. This significance value is smaller than 0.05, when compared with the calculated F value with F table, it is obtained 35.017 > 3.32, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Ukm North Toraja district. The influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance is 70.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what strategy is appropriate or in accordance with the Toraja Prince Hotel during the Covid 19 Pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method, namely a case study that produces descriptive data that is poured into words. By using SWOT, Matrix, EFAS, and IFAS research techniques and cartecius diagrams. Data collection techniques in this study the authors made a direct visit to the Toraja Prince Hotel to conduct a personal interview with the President Director, Mr. Francoise Tomasoa. Therefore Conclusion Based on the company's internal and external analysis along with the Cartesian diagram, it can be concluded that Toraja Prince Hotel is in Quadrant I, namely Supporting Aggressive Strategy (positive-positive) which indicates Toraja Prince Hotel is in a strong position and has the opportunity to make it possible to carry out activities to increase growth and development. Based on the results of the SWOT Matrix, alternative strategies are obtained, namely SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies.

Abstract

The success of regional development cannot be separated from the synergy of various parties to collaborate in improving community welfare. The synergy of Pentahelix, namely academics, universities, industry, government, community and media is an important factor in achieving development success. Pentahelix is expected to be able to synergize well so that regional economic development targets with a local wisdom approach in the digital era can be achieved. The problem in Tana Toraja Regency is the lack of business development, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), even though the tourism business in Tana Toraja has extraordinary potential. The beauty of various cultural tourism destinations, coffee products and high-quality woven fabrics. This potential should provide opportunities for MSMEs to succeed but it is difficult to develop their business. Based on this, a pentahelix collaboration strategy is needed to develop the potential of MSMEs in the Tana Toraja tourist destination area. The method of community service through stages: (1) exploration with all elements of the pentahelix (2) socializing the pentahelix synergy in the national seminar forum (3) observing problems in the Toraja area (3) initial survey of MSME development needs in Toraja (4) implementation of service with MSME partners. The output obtained from the implementation of this Service and Empowerment Program is to increase the knowledge (capacity building) and skills (soft skills) of entrepreneurs in the development of MSMEs in the Tana Toraja Regency area.

Abstract

Digitalization is very important for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The aim of this MSME digitalization activity is to help MSMEs be able to market their products by helping to market and sell local blacksmith products in Lembang Buntu Tangti with the help of the Canva application. Apart from that, by taking advantage of technological advances in society, especially for MSME players. This activity is carried out in 8 stages: (1) Identifying needs, determining goals, (2) Explanation of the benefits of creating an Instagram account (3) Training on creating Instagram accounts (4) Training on creating Canva (5). Making Promotional Materials 6 Practices and Feedback (7) Monitoring and Evaluation (8) Documentation. The method used in implementing this community service program regarding digitalization of MSMEs is in the form of socialization and assistance to MSMEs. Based on the survey results, it is known that MSME players have started to utilize digital technology to develop their business so that they can adapt to the current pandemic conditions

Abstract

Leadership as an important aspect that influences a person's behavior specifically in the relationship between the leader and the person being led. Servant leadership implied by the pastor as the leader of the congregation through guidance, direction and encouragement given, has an effect on increasing the spirituality of the congregation. The training activity uses a presentation method, starting with the presentation of material to explain various things related to spiritual leadership in moving the organization. The method used is question and answer and sharing with participants about various things related to spiritual leadership. Training Implementation Time The training was carried out online on August 30, 2024. Participants in the Training for Prospective Pastors were 26 people. The participants' understanding and knowledge of servant leadership increased in the sense that the participants' knowledge increased after participating in the training, this was evidenced by the results of interviews with participants, 90% of participants said that their knowledge and insight increased after participating in the training. Participants said they practiced servant leadership so that leadership was successful effectively and efficiently. Thus, this training is said to be successful because it provides increased knowledge and insight to participants about something that participants need in running an organization, namely servant leadership.

Abstract

Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment are two factors that are believed to determine the performance of human resources in an agency. This research aims to prove whether this also applies to BPKAD Tana Toraja. The population in this study was 74 ASN people at BPKAD. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and observation instruments. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods, and the results were presented in table form accompanied by narrative. The research results show that both organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on BPKAD's performance. The author suggests that a healthy organizational culture and strong organizational commitment should always be built to improve institutional performance Keywords: Organizational Culture; Organizational Commitment; Organizational Performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan keuangan oleh pelaku UMKM Penjahit Sanur di Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Metode Field Research digunakan untuk menganalisa penelitian. Dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan teknik pengolahan data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pada pelaku usaha penjahit Sanur, Mega Rezky, Mazagena, Sageri, dan penjahit Sinar Mulia di Kabupaten Toraja Utara dimana kelima penjahit ini sudah melakukan pengelolaan keuangan meliputi perencanaan, pencatatan, pelaporan dan pengendalian. 1) Perencanaan dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha dengan menetapkan tujuan usaha dengan cara merencanakan anggaran dalam kegiatan usaha, mulai dari anggaran kegiatan produksi sampai kegiatan penjualan. 2) Pencatatan dilakukan pelaku usaha dengan cara mengumpulkan bukti transaksi seperti nota, kwitansi dan bukti transfer. 3) Pelaporan juga sudah dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha walaupun masih dilakukan seadanya sesuai kemampuan yang dimiliki pelaku usaha. Sehingga laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan masih belum rapi dan detail seperti pada laporan keuangan pada umumnya. Pada tahapan pencatatan dan pelaporan masih dilakukan secara manual di buku ataupun kertas. 4) Pelaku usaha juga sudah melakukan pengendalian pada standar atau target jumlah produksi dan produk yang akan dihasilkan oleh usaha tersebut, pengendalian pada produk yang cacat untuk dilakukan tindakan korektif, juga pengendalian pada pengelolaan keuangan dengan cara mengontrol kas yang keluar agar sesuai perencanaan yang dibuat oleh pelaku usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan PT. Inhutani I pada tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022, ditinjau dari rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rasio keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio keuangan PT.Inhutani I selama periode yang diteliti menunjukkan kinerja keuangan yang kurang baik. Rasio likuiditas menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan belum maksimal dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Rasio solvabilitas menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kemampuan untuk memenuhi kewajiban jangka panjangnya. Rasio aktivitas menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan mampu memanfaatkan dan mengelolah asetnya  untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Rasio profitabilitas menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan belum maksimal dalam menghasilkan laba yang memuaskan dan belum efisien dalam penggunaan modal dan pengembalian laba bersih atas modal yang di investasikan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap pegawai BKPSDM di kabupaten Tana Toraja. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah metode yang digunakan. BKPSDM Tana Toraja memiliki 30 pegawai yang dalam penelitian ini akan di jadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket (kuesioner), yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis merupakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung (4.673) > F tabel (2.975) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0.05 atau nilai 0.009 < 0.05. Hal ini berarti secara simultan kompetensi (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2), berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) kantor BKPSDM Tana Toraja.
