Abstract

This study addresses the financial challenges faced by PT. PLN (Persero), particularly the high operational costs associated with managing energy raw materials such as coal and gas. Dependence on third-party procurement exacerbates these issues, highlighting the need for comprehensive solutions. The research aims to analyze the impact of raw material management on operational cost efficiency. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis, the study reveals that the proportion of renewable energy (X1) significantly improves efficiency, with a coefficient of 53.99 and p=0.001p = 0.001p=0.001, indicating that a 1% increase in renewable energy proportion enhances operational cost efficiency by Rp 53.99/kWh. Raw material procurement costs (X2) positively affect efficiency, with a coefficient of 8.10 (p<0.001), emphasizing the importance of effective procurement strategies. Conversely, the inventory value of raw materials (X3) negatively impacts efficiency, with a coefficient of -21.05 (p=0.037), suggesting that excessive inventory levels reduce efficiency. Although transportation costs (X4) show a negative coefficient of -14.67, their effect is statistically insignificant (p=0.356). Overall, the findings highlight the crucial role of transitioning to renewable energy, diversifying raw materials, and optimizing stock management in improving operational efficiency. These insights provide strategic directions for PT. PLN (Persero) to enhance independence in raw material management and achieve significant operational cost efficiencies.

This research uses power electricity product categories and customer service provided by electricity companies. The population of this study is electricity customers spread throughout the territory of Indonesia using questionnaires of 250 respondents. This study used a multiplier regression analysis technique with SPSS Statistical Version 25 statistical processing. Research results, First, electricity customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by price, distribution channels, promotions, and service quality;  Second, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase electricity, Third, simultaneously product, price, distribution channel, promotion, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase decisions, Fourth, customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of price, distribution channels, promotions, and service quality on repurchase decisions,   But it is unable to mediate the influence of the product. The results of this study enrich the empirical literature on Marketing Mix theory, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Purchasing Decisions. Electricity companies can implement a marketing mix and service quality to improve customer satisfaction and electricity repurchase decisions. The originality of this study on mediating customer satisfaction on the effect of marketing mix and service quality on electricity repurchase decisions, no previous study has examined its effect on electricity companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

The use of technology in the banking sector through Financial Technology (digital finance) is expected to provide convenience in services for the public. However, its implementation still faces challenges due to the low level of public understanding regarding digital finance and investment. This study aims to analyse the influence of risk, ease of use, usefulness, and benefits on attitudes toward the use and adoption of digital finance, with financial literacy as a moderating variable. This quantitative research involved 180 respondents who are customers of BPR Syariah, selected using purposive sampling and the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that risk has a negative effect, while ease of use, usefulness, and benefits have positive effects on attitudes toward the use and adoption of digital finance. Nevertheless, attitudes toward the use of digital finance do not significantly affect adoption, and financial literacy is not proven to moderate the relationship. These findings highlight that ease of use, usefulness, and benefits are more dominant factors in encouraging the use of digital finance compared to financial literacy itself

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to (1) examine the influence of service quality, patient relationship management, and service fairness on patient satisfaction and loyalty, and (2) test whether patient satisfaction mediates the influence of service quality, patient relationship management, and service fairness on patient loyalty. Method: A quantitative approach was employed with a survey conducted on 320 respondents, consisting of inpatients in several hospitals in DKI Jakarta, and the data were analyzed using linear regression analysis and mediation tests. Result: The findings of this study are: (1) the quality of service has no effect on patient satisfaction and loyalty; (2) patient relationship management has no effect on patient satisfaction but has a positive effect on patient loyalty; (3) service fairness has a positive effect on patient satisfaction and loyalty; (4) patient satisfaction has no effect on patient loyalty; (5) patient satisfaction is not an intervening variable between service quality and patient relationship management to patient loyalty; and (6) patient satisfaction is an intervening variable between service fairness and patient loyalty. Novelty: The results show that service justice has a great influence on both patient satisfaction and loyalty, proving that the variable of service justice in which there are indicators of retributive justice is a proven novelty, highlighting the importance of leaders in formulating policies related to fairness in service and ensuring the implementation of fair services by all hospital employees to increase satisfaction and ultimately foster patient loyalty.
