Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Price, Individual Personality Differences on Environmental Friendliness of Isotonik Drink “Isoplus”. The population used in this research are runners who practice at GOR Soemantri. Sampling method in this research was conducted by questionnaire and by used probability sampling method. The sample in this study used the theory of Hair et al. (2008), who recommend samples to be taken in this research based on the number of items of statements multiplied by 5-10, namely 29 x5 = 145, then rounded up to 150 respondents. Data analysis method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) using Lisrel. The results showed that Product Price had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions, whereas Individual Personality Differenceand Environmental Friendliness had no significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer dissatisfaction, needs to seek variations, and product quality on brand switching behavior from Smartfren mobile phones to other mobile brands. A total of 140 respondents who had used smartfren mobile phones and then switched brands to other cellphones were used in this study. Data collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Analysis of this research data using SEM with Lisrel 8.8. The results showed that consumer dissatisfaction did not have a significant effect on brand switching behavior, while the need to seek variation and product quality had a significant effect on brand switching behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green brand image dan green satisfaction terhadap green trust serta implikasinya terhadap customer loyalty pada produk air mineral kemasan galon AQUA di wilayah Sepong Utara, Tangerang Selatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui 150 responden yang mengkonsumsi air mineral kemasan galon AQUA dengan menggunakan kuesioner di Serpong Utara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap green satisfaction, sementara green brand image berpengaruh negatif terhadap green trust. Green satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap green trust, dan green trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty pada produk air mineral kemasan galon AQUA di wilayah Sepong Utara, Tangerang Selatan.The Purpose of this study is to know the impacts of green brand image and green satisfaction on green trust and its implication on the customer’s loyalty on gallon bottled mineral water products AQUA at North Serpong, South Tangerang. Data were collected from 150 respondents who consume gallon bottled mineral water products AQUA at North Serpong, South Tangerang using a questionnaire. Data analysis which is used is statistical analysis in the form of Structural Equation Modeling. The results indicated that green brand image does significantly affect green satisfaction, while green brand image does negative affect green trust. Green satisfaction does significantly affect green trust, and green trust does significantly affect customer’s loyalty on gallon bottled mineral water products AQUA at North Serpong, South Tangerang.

Abstract

This study is a follow-up study that examined the museum marketing phenomenon quantitatively. The decrease in the number of visitors to the museum is continuously in almost all museums on the island of Java and the museum visitor behavior became the focus of analysis in this study.

Abstract

This research conducted to analyze and to know the influence of Current Asset (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share(EPS) and Return On Asset (ROA) on Stock Return at coal mining company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. The population used in this research is all coal mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. The sample of this research are 17 coal mining companies that appropriate the criteria. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression with using Eviews 9. Based on Chow test and Hausman test Panel Data Regression Model selected Is Fixed Effect Model. Based on t-test the result showed that Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Stock Return, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on Stock Return, Earning Per Share(EPS) has no significant effect on Stock Return, and Return On Assets (ROA) has no significant effect on Stock Return. Based on F-test the result show that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Shareand Return On Asset has a significant effect on Stock Return.Keywords : Stock Return, CR, DER, EPS, ROA

Abstract

This literature review article discusses the role of social media in Indonesian film marketing with a focus on analyzing audience satisfaction and purchase intent. This study was conducted to see the extent to which the use of social media can affect audience satisfaction and purchase intention towards Indonesian films. The method used in this study is to conduct a literature study of previous studies related to the role of social media in film marketing. In its analysis, the study found that the use of social media can increase audience satisfaction and also influence their purchase intention towards Indonesian films. Previous studies have shown that the use of social media can provide more complete and faster information about upcoming films, as well as provide a more interactive experience for viewers. With more complete and interactive information, viewers feel more satisfied with the viewing experience, and have a greater tendency to buy tickets for the film. In addition, the study also found that social media use can influence viewers' purchase intent through the influence of movie recommendations and reviews by other social media users. The more people who recommend and give positive reviews about the film on social media, the greater the audience's buying intention to watch it. In conclusion, the study shows that the use of social media plays an important role in the marketing of Indonesian films, and can affect audience satisfaction and purchase intent. Therefore, film producers in Indonesia can utilize social media more effectively in their film marketing campaigns to increase audience satisfaction and purchase intent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze quantitatively related to the factors driving the accountability of the performance of government agencies. This study examines the effect of green transformational leadership and organizational learning on government performance accountability. The survey method approach uses a questionnaire to answer research questions. Hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Analysis of research data involved 100 respondents consisting of officials and staff at the Banten Provincial Government. The results of the study state that green transformational leadership and organizational learning have a positive effect on the performance accountability of government agencies. It was concluded that, the role and influence of a leader in the organization in stages. This is because leadership makes a major contribution to the accountability of the performance of government agencies. While the importance of learning in organizations can have a big impact and influence in improving the quality of accountability for the performance of government agencies, especially local governments.

Abstract

This research underscores the critical role of innovation and sustainability in the financial services industry as businesses strive to remain competitive. It sheds light on the widespread closure of bank branches on a global scale, emphasizing the delicate balance required between embracing digital advancements and maintaining a physical presence to ensure competitiveness and meet evolving consumer needs. The Systematic Literature Review focuses on two primary areas—sustainable digital technology innovation in Fintech and banks' digital transformation—and compiles theoretical references pertinent to sustainable innovation in financial institutions. The evolution of technology influences digital business models, and the aim is to implement digital service-oriented policies to ensure long-term business sustainability. Fintech has the potential to change the business and economic landscape fundamentally. The advantages of fintech are as follows: innovative, faster, flexible, interactive, diverse applications, disruptive thinking, and design thinking. Abstract

This research intends to understand and investigate how to increase patients' satisfaction by implementing the clinical information system and by looking at the service quality, green environment, and patients' perceptions to provide better patient satisfaction concerning healthcare services. The data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires in Jakarta, Indonesia. This research is based on descriptive and verification methods; the sample is determined through Purposive Sampling, and the method analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that patients' perception significantly influences clinical system information compared to quality services and a green environment to achieve patient satisfaction. Healthcare clinics need to implement the clinical system information to assist the healthcare workers in providing quality patient services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction at Banadara in the Manokwari Region. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design to determine the direct effect of work stress variables, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance and the indirect effect of work stress and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Airport in the Manokwari Region. The population in this study were 138 people and a sample of 102 using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and to test the hypothesis using Partial Least Square (Smart PLS). The results showed that work stress has a significant effect on employee performance; Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; Work stress has a significant effect on job satisfaction; Work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction; Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance; Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work environment on employee performance.
