<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian pada untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Permukiman Dan Lingkungan Hidup Wilayah Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis, penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pegawai yang berjumlah 45 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dan dilakukannya penyebaran kuesioner, metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan secara simultan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan besar pengaruh 72,2%. Secara parsial variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan juga variabel lingkungan kerja pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.]]>

<![CDATA[Teacher performance is the result, progress, and work performance of the teacher in carrying out learning and evaluating learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training on students, as well as their commitment to carrying out tasks. This study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of leadership and work discipline on teacher performance as well as the partial effect of leadership on teacher performance and the partial effect of work discipline on teacher performance. The population used in this research was Paniis Islamic Vocational School teachers. The method used in this study is a quantitative method through the causality method with a survey approach. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique, the number of samples taken is 41 people. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, work discipline has no significant effect on teacher performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the simultaneous and partial effect between the compensation and work motivation on employee performance PT.Syamil Putra Jaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this research is the employee in PT.Syamil Putra Jaya which amounts is 118 people and the sample is 96 respondents who is an employee of the operational division used purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results showed that simultaneously the compensation and work motivation has significantly affect on employee performance. Partially the compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially the work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of financial literacy, business models on financial inclusion and whether financial literacy is able to mediate business models on financial inclusion. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool which is an analysis technique that allows testing a series of relationships simultaneously. The results of the study show 1) There is a significant influence of business models on financial inclusion of MSMEs in the East Priangan Region, 2) There is a significant influence of business models on financial literacy of MSMEs in the East Priangan Region, 3) There is a significant influence of financial literacy on financial inclusion of MSMEs in the East Priangan Region, 4) business models have an effect on financial inclusion with the mediation of financial literacy of MSMEs in the East Priangan Region. The results of this study can be concluded that the financial literacy variable can mediate business models on financial inclusion.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and organizational climate on morale ( a case study of village office employees in Rajapolah sub-district). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach, with the sample to be selected in this study being Village Office employees in Rajapolah District, namely 49 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Climate had a significant influence on the Morale of Village office employees in Rajapolah district. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the morale of Village Office employees in Rajapolah District.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the Job Skills variable and the Compensation variable on Work Productivity. The population used in this study were 180 Al-Markaz Collection employees. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample selection uses a random sample. The sample used is using a random sampling sample with the slovin formula, namely 124 employees. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that Work Skills and Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Productivity. Work Skills partially have a significant effect on Work Productivity. Compensation partially has a significant effect on work productivity. ]]>

<![CDATA[Objectives: This study aims to examine how MSME owners’ perceptions of the People’s Business Credit (KUR) program and their Islamic financial behavior influence capital decision-making. Specifically, it evaluates both the direct effects of KUR perceptions and Islamic financial behavior on capital decisions and the indirect effects operating through digital financial inclusion, which is expected to function as a bridging mechanism by improving access to information and digital financial services. By clarifying these pathways, the study also seeks to provide evidence that can support government stakeholders and MSME owners in strengthening digital financial inclusion initiatives that facilitate better informed and more effective capital decisions.Methodology: The subject of this study is the owner of MSMEs in East Priangan Region Indonesia consisting of 7 regencies/cities with a sample count of 250 MSME, as for data collection using purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS Ver 4.Finding: The results indicate that KUR perceptions have a significant direct effect on capital decisions, whereas Islamic financial behavior does not significantly influence capital decisions directly. Digital financial inclusion significantly mediates the effects of both KUR perceptions and Islamic financial behavior on capital decisions.Conclusion: These findings suggest that digital financial inclusion plays a central role in translating program perceptions and financial behavior into capital decision-making among MSMEs. Strengthening an inclusive and equitable digital finance ecosystem may help MSME owners improve their knowledge and access to financial services, thereby supporting better capital allocation decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the description of communication, work discipline and work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of communication and work discipline simultaneously on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of partial communication on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of work discipline partially on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. This research includes quantitative research in the sense that in this study it uses numbers, starting from data collection to interpreting data with statistical tests. The data collection technique used was a survey method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that communication was included in the very good category, Work Discipline was included in the good category, and Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees was included in the good category. There was a significant effect simultaneously of Communication and Work Discipline on Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees. There was a significant influence partially Communication on Work Productivity to employees of PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis. There is a partial significant effect of Work Discipline on Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of self-awareness and learning motivation on student learning discipline in the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research was causality through a survey approach, with a research sample of 100 students of the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya. The data used uses primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results show that Self-awareness has a good classification, Learning Motivation has a good classification, and Learning Discipline has a good classification for Students of the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Simultaneously Self-Awareness and Learning Motivation have a significant influence on Learning Discipline. Partially Self-Awareness has a significant influence on Learning Discipline. Partially, learning motivation has a significant influence on learning discipline in students of the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya.]]>
