Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload and Compensation on Employee Loyalty (Census on Employees of the Shopee Express Driver and Rider Package Delivery Section in Tasikmalaya City). This study uses the census method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a research sample of 30 people, using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS version 25. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results showed that workload and compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee loyalty. Workload partially has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Compensation partially has no significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Latar Belakang Pendidikan, Pengalaman Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data yang diperoleh langsung melalui kuesioner kepada 45 responden yang diambil dari pegawai BKPSDM. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, variabel latar belakang pendidikan termasuk dalam klasifikasi baik, variabel pengalaman kerja termasuk dalam klasifikasi baik dan kinerja pegawai termasuk dalam klasifikasi baik. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan tara belakang pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Ciamis. Latar belakang pendidikan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai lalu pengalaman kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian pada untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Permukiman Dan Lingkungan Hidup Wilayah Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis, penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pegawai yang berjumlah 45 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dan dilakukannya penyebaran kuesioner, metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan secara simultan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan besar pengaruh 72,2%. Secara parsial variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan juga variabel lingkungan kerja pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the result, progress, and work performance of the teacher in carrying out learning and evaluating learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training on students, as well as their commitment to carrying out tasks. This study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of leadership and work discipline on teacher performance as well as the partial effect of leadership on teacher performance and the partial effect of work discipline on teacher performance. The population used in this research was Paniis Islamic Vocational School teachers. The method used in this study is a quantitative method through the causality method with a survey approach. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique, the number of samples taken is 41 people. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, work discipline has no significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of self-awareness and learning motivation on student learning discipline in the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research was causality through a survey approach, with a research sample of 100 students of the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya. The data used uses primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results show that Self-awareness has a good classification, Learning Motivation has a good classification, and Learning Discipline has a good classification for Students of the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Simultaneously Self-Awareness and Learning Motivation have a significant influence on Learning Discipline. Partially Self-Awareness has a significant influence on Learning Discipline. Partially, learning motivation has a significant influence on learning discipline in students of the Management Study Program at the University of Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment and Workload on the Work Productivity of UPT Medical Employees of Tanjungjaya Health Center. This study used quantitative method. The population in this study was 49 medical employees of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling of 49 people. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS program version 25. The results of this study show that the Work Environment and Workload simultaneously have a significant influence on the Work Productivity of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya Medical Employees. The Work Environment partially has a significant influence on the Work Productivity of Medical Workers UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya. The workload partially has a significant influence on the work productivity of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya Medical Employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work behavior and work discipline on employee performance in the Purbaratu District Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study was a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents who were employees in the Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City. The technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that work behavior and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City. Work behavior partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City. Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the simultaneous and partial effect between the compensation and work motivation on employee performance PT.Syamil Putra Jaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this research is the employee in PT.Syamil Putra Jaya which amounts is 118 people and the sample is 96 respondents who is an employee of the operational division used purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results showed that simultaneously the compensation and work motivation has significantly affect on employee performance. Partially the compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially the work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of financial literacy, business models on financial inclusion and whether financial literacy is able to mediate business models on financial inclusion. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool which is an analysis technique that allows testing a series of relationships simultaneously. The results of the study show 1) There is a significant influence of business models on financial inclusion of MSMEs in the East Priangan Region, 2) There is a significant influence of business models on financial literacy of MSMEs in the East Priangan Region, 3) There is a significant influence of financial literacy on financial inclusion of MSMEs in the East Priangan Region, 4) business models have an effect on financial inclusion with the mediation of financial literacy of MSMEs in the East Priangan Region. The results of this study can be concluded that the financial literacy variable can mediate business models on financial inclusion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and organizational climate on morale ( a case study of village office employees in Rajapolah sub-district). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach, with the sample to be selected in this study being Village Office employees in Rajapolah District, namely 49 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Climate had a significant influence on the Morale of Village office employees in Rajapolah district. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the morale of Village Office employees in Rajapolah District.
