Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment and Workload on the Work Productivity of UPT Medical Employees of Tanjungjaya Health Center. This study used quantitative method. The population in this study was 49 medical employees of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling of 49 people. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS program version 25. The results of this study show that the Work Environment and Workload simultaneously have a significant influence on the Work Productivity of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya Medical Employees. The Work Environment partially has a significant influence on the Work Productivity of Medical Workers UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya. The workload partially has a significant influence on the work productivity of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya Medical Employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work behavior and work discipline on employee performance in the Purbaratu District Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study was a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents who were employees in the Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City. The technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that work behavior and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City. Work behavior partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City. Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This research was to find out how Islamic financial behavior influences perceptions of KUR and also digital financial inclusion as an intervening variable. KUR (People's Business Credit) is a financing program provided to MSMEs as a form of support from the Indonesian government.  KUR is credit given to MSMEs that are not yet bankable but have potential for working capital and investment purposes. However, the number of MSMEs using KUR is still below the Indonesian government's target. The research used mixed method  with a sample size of 150 respondents consisting of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya. The research results show that Islamic Financial Behavior has a significant influence on the perception of KUR, Islamic Financial Behavior has a significant influence on Digital Financial Inclusion and Islamic Financial through Digital Financial Inclusion has a significant influence on the perception of KUR in Tasikmalaya MSMEs. This shows that the Government must be able to increase digital financial inclusion and have some sharia-based KUR concept.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota dan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya mengenai pengelolaan modal kerja dan pemanfaatan Artificial Intellegence (AI) dalam kegiatan usaha. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu identifikasi dan persiapan awal melalui observasi lapangan serta pre-test, tahap sosialisasi dan pelatihan interaktif dengan praktik langsung menggunakan perangkat digital, dan tahap evaluasi melalui post-test serta refleksi bersama peserta. Materi pelatihan difokuskan pada perhitungan modal kerja dan penguatan penerapan teknologi AI dan untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada nilai rata-rata post-test dibandingkan pre-test, yang mencerminkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat kapasitas digital pelaku UMKM serta mendorong terwujudnya ekosistem usaha yang lebih adaptif, efisien, dan berdaya saing di era transformasi digital.

Abstract

Objectives: This study aims to examine how MSME owners’ perceptions of the People’s Business Credit (KUR) program and their Islamic financial behavior influence capital decision-making. Specifically, it evaluates both the direct effects of KUR perceptions and Islamic financial behavior on capital decisions and the indirect effects operating through digital financial inclusion, which is expected to function as a bridging mechanism by improving access to information and digital financial services. By clarifying these pathways, the study also seeks to provide evidence that can support government stakeholders and MSME owners in strengthening digital financial inclusion initiatives that facilitate better informed and more effective capital decisions.Methodology: The subject of this study is the owner of MSMEs in East Priangan Region Indonesia consisting of 7 regencies/cities with a sample count of 250 MSME, as for data collection using purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS Ver 4.Finding: The results indicate that KUR perceptions have a significant direct effect on capital decisions, whereas Islamic financial behavior does not significantly influence capital decisions directly. Digital financial inclusion significantly mediates the effects of both KUR perceptions and Islamic financial behavior on capital decisions.Conclusion: These findings suggest that digital financial inclusion plays a central role in translating program perceptions and financial behavior into capital decision-making among MSMEs. Strengthening an inclusive and equitable digital finance ecosystem may help MSME owners improve their knowledge and access to financial services, thereby supporting better capital allocation decisions.

Abstract

Community empowerment is a strategic approach to improving social welfare and fostering local economic independence through the utilization of village potential. The Community Service and Learning Program (KKN-PPM) conducted by Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya in Cipaku Village, Ciamis Regency, aimed to strengthen local capacities and address multi-dimensional challenges faced by rural communities. This activity employed a participatory approach through observation, community discussions, potential mapping, and problem-based methods involving local stakeholders. The program covered six main sectors: education, health, economy, environment, institutional development, and disaster mitigation. Educational programs such as free tutoring, literacy corners, and agro-education improved students’ learning motivation and agricultural awareness. Health programs—including free medical check-ups, herbal medicine cultivation, and hygiene promotion—enhanced community well-being. Economic activities such as financial literacy seminars and digital business creation empowered local micro-entrepreneurs. Environmental and disaster mitigation programs encouraged eco-conscious behavior and preparedness for natural hazards. Overall, the KKN-PPM program effectively strengthened collaboration between students, the village government, and the community, fostering sustainable empowerment and local wisdom–based rural development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Operating Expense Ratio, Revenue Growth, dan Manajemen Modal Kerja terhadap Profitabilitas pada Industri Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2020 hingga 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analisis asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan dengan sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel, dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan uji t dengan software Eviews versi 12. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, Operating Expense Ratio, Revenue Growth, dan Manajemen Modal Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 90,36%. Secara parsial, Operating Expense Ratio dan Revenue Growth berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, sedangkan Manajemen Modal Kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) on profit growth in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2024 economic fluctuation period. This study uses a quantitative design based on secondary data. The population includes all healthcare companies listed on the IDX. Sampling was conducted through a Non-Probability Sampling approach with a Purposive Sampling technique, resulting in a final sample of 17 companies. Data analysis was performed using a panel data regression method operated through Eviews 13 software. Hypothesis testing was evaluated using the F-test (simultaneous) and T-test (partial) at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the simultaneous test indicate that ROA, DER, and CR together have a significant effect on profit growth. Furthermore, the results of the partial test prove that the ROA and DER variables have a positive and significant effect, while CR has no significant effect on profit growth in healthcare companies.
