Abstract

AbstractThe cooperative model is one of the models that is always used as a solution in the learning process, both for students and the teacher itself, so the role and application of cooperative models will become new knowledge for students. At the time of learning soccer material, the problem in this study was that the level of the cooperative model was able to be applied to students when learning soccer at the level of basic soccer technical skills that were SMA Santun Untan. The research method used is a survey method, with a percentage level of the cooperative model in physical education learning, consisting of several indicators and test items. The results showed that there was a level of cooperative model in the soccer material by answering yes 2,149 with a percentage of yes 75%, and 414 with a category of no with a percentage of 2.5%. This means that 100% of the understanding of the cooperative model of soccer material is absorbed very well and can be used as a vehicle for the next step. From the conclusions, the right advice is the need for knowledge of students to understand the cooperative model so that in the learning process they are able to develop themselves as knowledge insights and applications in the field, especially soccer material. Teachers and students must be able to work together in order to explore and provide mutual reinforcement during learning, according to the needs to be given during learning.Keywords : cooperative learning model in football learning materials

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve the basic technique of shooting at the goal in a soccer game with a variety of exercises for players or players who take part in soccer extracurriculars at SMA N 8 Pontianak. -post test design and use shooting test instruments at the goal. The sample of this study was all football players who took part in extracurricular football at SMA N 8 Pontianak, totaling 20 people with the technique of saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of the research, the initial test shooting data at the goal was a score of 156 with an average of 7.8 and the final test increased to 219 with an average value of 10.95, thus there was an increase in the shooting test towards the goal, which was 3.15% from the initial test. The statistical test T count is greater than T tabe tau 4.55 2.093, so there is an effect of variation training on the basic technique of shooting at the goal in soccer games, with the variation of training, players will always repeat and kick towards the goal in accordance with trainer's instructions and experience.Keywords: Practice Variations, Basic Soccer Shooting Technique

Abstract

Kecamatan Paloh merupakan kecamatan yang terletak di kabupaten sambas provinsi kalimantan barat, kecamatan paloh merupakan kecamatan terluar indonesia berdampingan dengan negara malaysia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para guru-guru pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan. Khususnya menanamkan konsep physical literacy bagi guru-guru pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan baik pada jenjang Sekolah dasar, Menengah dan menengah atas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18-19 Januari 2023 dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang. Peningkatan kemampuan physical literacy dilakukan dengan metode Forum Grup Discussion, melalui demonstrasi praktek dan penyampaian materi. Evaluasi untuk melihat kemampuan physical literacy para guru melalui pemberian lembar observasi, dan selain itu evaluasi terhadap pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan di evaluasi berdasarkan kepuasan para peserta terhadap materi dilakukan melalui pemberian lembar observasi dan presentase hasil survey kepuasan 20 peserta adalah 80 % sangat puas, 15% Puas dan 5% Cukup Puas terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan para peserta mampu mengetahui dan menerapkan konsep physical literacy pada pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan.
