Abstract

Kemampuan siswa dalam mengajukan atau menjawab pertanyaan dari guru pada umumnya kurang didasari penalaran. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu cara yang membantu pengembangan penalaran siswa yang dikenal dengan istilah Pemberdayaan Berpikir Melalui Pertanyaan (PBMP), sehingga siswa tidak hanya menjadi pendengar dan penerima keinginan guru tanpa terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran biologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dengan Strategi Pemberdayaan Berpikir Melalui Pertanyaan (PBMP) di SMA Negeri 5 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 5 Medan (7 kelas dengan 372 orang siswa) dengan sampel diambil secara acak, yaitu XI IPA 6 (53 orang siswa) sebagai kelas eksperimen (diajarkan dengan strategi PBMP) dan XI IPA 4 (48 orang siswa) sebagai kelas kontrol (diajarkan dengan strategi konvensional dengan ceramah). Analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar dengan strategi PBMP lebih tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 78,90 dibandingkan dengan strategi konvensional dengan nilai rata-rata 73,50. Sedangkan hasil uji-t menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan strategi PBMP dan strategi konvensional (ceramah), yaitu berdasarkan thitung > ttabel (2,93 > 1,98).The ability of students to ask or answer questions from the teacher in general was less based on reasoning. Therefore we needed a method that helped the development of student reasoning known as Empowerment Thinking Through Questions (ETTQ/PBMP, Pemberdayaan Berpikir Melalui Pertanyaan), so that students not only became listeners and recipients of teacher desires without being actively in the biological learning process. This study aimed to determine student learning outcomes with Empowerment Thinking Through Questions Strategy in State Senior High School (Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri, SMAN) 5 Medan. The research type was quasi experiment. The study population was students of class XI IPA (7 classes with 372 students) with samples taken randomly, namely XI IPA 6 (53 students) as an experimental class (taught with PBMP strategy) and XI IPA 4 (48 people students) as a control class (taught with conventional strategies with lectures). Data analysis using t-test. The result showed that learning outcome with PBMP strategy (experimental class) was higher with an average score of 78.90 than conventional strategy (control class) with an average value of 73.50. While the result of the t-test showed there was significant difference between student learning outcome using PBMP strategy and conventional strategy, which was based on tcount > ttable (2.93> 1.98).

Abstract

The problem in this research is Hedonism Students . The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Financial to hedonism students. This research was carried out in Efarina Unifersity . This type of research is expost facto with sampling techniques using total sampling or the whole population research i.e. as many as 230 students. Data collection instruments in this research is the observation, documentation, and question form or questionnaire. Test research instrument using the test validity and reliability are done using application software SPSS version 20. Data analysis techniques used include: test of normality, test linearity, multicollinearity test, heterokedastisitas test, multiple linear analysis, determination of the coefficient and test hypotheses, namely: t-test and F-test that uses the software SPSS version 24.Multiple linear regression calculation Results isY = 20.677 ? 0 144X,1+ 0, 792X2. While the results of the test showed that the t in parsiaifl financial literacy has a negative and significant effect against hedonism with value tcalculate<ttable (< 2.736-1.981) at 95% significance level ? = 0.05, a positive and significant influence towards hedonism with t >tcounttable (15.454 <1.981) at significant level 95% or ? = 0.05. F test results show that financial literacy have significant influence towards hedonism with a value of Ffemale> Ftable (129.025 >3,04 ) and the value of significance ? Abstract

Di dalam masyarakat, dari yang paling terbelakang sampai yang paling maju, guru memegang peranan penting hampir tanpa terkecuali, guru merupakan satu diantara pembentuk-pembentuk utama calon warga masyarakat. Bagaimana  guru  bisa  berperan  dalam  mengubah  kelemahan-kelemahan  pada remaja menjadi kekuatan untuk masa mendatang?Sesuai  Undang-Undang  Republik  Indonesia  Nomor  14  Tahun  2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen Pasal 2 ayat (1) menegaskan bahwa guru mempunyai kedudukan sebagai tenaga profesional pada jenjang pendidikan dasar, pendidikan menengah, dan pendidikan anak usia dini pada jalur pendidikan formal yang diangkat sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Pada Pasal 4 juga dijelaskan bahwa kedudukan guru sebagai tenaga professional sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal  2 ayat  (1) berfungsi untuk meningkatkan martabat dan peran guru sebagai agen pembelajaran berfungsi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan nasional.Berangkat dari paradigma tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi  profesional  guru  untuk  meningkat  meningkatkan  mutu pembelajaran di SD Negeri 030425.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan memperpanjang waktu penelitian dan triangulasi.Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa:  (1)  Profesional  guru  merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan (2) Mutu pembelajaran di SD Negeri 030425 diwujudkan dengan penerapan pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan  serta  melalui  penelitian  tindakan  kelas.  (3)  Upaya  Kepala Sekolah Dasar dalam meningkatkan professional guru di SD Negeri 030425 adalah dengan meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui kursus dan diklat, pengadaan sumber dan media Pembelajaran, mengelola lingkungan belajar, penerapan e-learning, dan controling (4) Upaya guru SD Negeri 030425 dalam meningkatkan profesionalnya dengan mengikuti diklat dan Kelompok Kerja Guru, dan membuat penelitian tindakan kelas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning gallery walk type on learning outcomes of class X1 students in SMA Negeri 1 Perbaungan as well as an overview of student learning outcomes after the application of the learning model. This study used a Pre-Experimental Research Design The one Pretest-posttest Design group with a population of all students in class X1 Perbaungan 1 High School, amounting to 30 students. Because the population is relatively small so that samples are taken as much as 100% of the population, the number of samples in this study are 30 students (One Experimental Class). Data collection is done by using questionnaires, tests, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the walk gallery type cooperative learning model had a correlation of 0.782 in the medium category with a simple regression analysis equation Y = -12.507 +1.641X. The results of hypothesis testing with SPSS obtained tcount = 6.640 and ttable of 2.048 with a calculated value abel t table with a value of 6.640 ³2.048 with a significance value of 0.000 so H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, this indicates that the influence of the gallery walk type cooperative learning model on results studying class X1 Negeri 1 Perbaungan students. The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of the learning model is 61.2 percent, while 38.8 percent is influenced by other factors that have not been studied in this study.

Abstract

Coffee is a very important agricultural commodity, produced in around 80 countries tropics, with an estimated 125 million people depending on it for their livelihoods in Latin America, Africa and Asia, with an annual production of around nine million tons of mung beans. Consisting of at least 125 species, the coffee genus (Rubiaceae, Ixoroideae, Coffeeae) is distributed in Africa, Madagascar, the Comoros Islands, the Mascarene Islands (La Réunion and Mauritius), tropical Asia, and Australia. Two species are economically important for the production of beverage coffee. arabica. (Arabica coffee) and. canephora. Froehner (robusta coffee). Higher quality of the drink is associated with arabica. Arabica coffee is a self-fertile tetraploid, which results in very low genetic diversity of this important crop. Coffee's genetic resources are rapidly disappearing due to various threats, such as human population pressure, leading to land conversion to agriculture, deforestation, and land degradation; low coffee prices, leading to the abandonment of coffee trees in forests and gardens in favor of other, more profitable crops; and climate change, which is causing increased pest and disease infestations, increased droughts, and unpredictable rainfall patterns. All of these factors threaten livelihoods in many coffee-producing countries. Interests in cocoa and coffee development may differ in their understanding of sustainable cocoa and coffee, their interests and their actions in advancing sustainable cocoa. This article analyzes the sustainability of cocoa and coffee at a large scale and analyzes the extent to which sustainability standards, policies, and development projects address sustainability issues and contribute to ecosystem services. This analysis is based on a literature review. Producers in the three countries and share concerns about price volatility, weak farmer organization and dependence on a few buyers. Producers in Sulawesi and the Central Region are compensating for low yields of cocoa and coffee production by diversifying cocoa and coffee systems. Public and private development actors are concerned about the low volume of production. Research so far has focused on biodiversity loss, which differs depending on the age of a country's cocoa and coffee sector. Development policies and programs in all countries have focused on expanding the cocoa and coffee sectors and increasing productivity, despite the need for smallholders for economically viable farming systems and existing market structures that yield little bargaining power for farmers. Sustainability standards have been spread unevenly and have converged on compliance criteria over time, although they differed in focus initially. Recently added business criteria and the development of sustainability standards have the potential to address smallholder concerns. Keywords: Cocoa and Coffee Beans, Sustainability Standards, Sustainable coffee and cocoa production.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di RW. 09 Kelurahan Arjowinangun, Kecamatan Kedungkandang, Kota Malang  memiliki jumlah pelaku UMKM yang cukup banyak. Bidang usaha yang ada di RW 09 bervariasi dan beragam mulai dari usaha di bidang produk makanan, minuman, fashion, tanaman dan jasa. Keberadaan para pelaku UMKM ini juga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian bagi masyarakat sekitar. Para pelaku UMKM tersebut diatas sebagian besar belum memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Tujuan diadakan pengabdianan ini agar UMKM di RW.09 memiliki Nomor Induk berusaha. Dalam melaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat ada 3 tahapan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi dari Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang pertama yaitu survey dan observasi ke UMKM di lapangan, kedua sosialisasi pentingnya kepemilikan NIB bagi UMKM dan ketiga pendampingan pendaftaran NIB melalui aplikasi OSS secara door to door, pendafataran NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) dilakukan secara cepat dan sederhana.

Abstract

Even while local opinions of tourist behavior have been the subject of several publications and studies, the tourism industry as a whole has realized that local knowledge has emerged as a crucial area for additional study. The challenge is how to preserve the customs while making the instruments required to satisfy locals' requirements without exploiting them or modifying their way of life by repeatedly utilizing them over an extended period of time. This essay aims to introduce the body of literature on locally informed tourism and its mechanisms. It also goes through related theories and illustrates how the social theory of group behavior works well for long-term travel. Terlepas dari kenyataan bahwa telah ada beberapa artikel pengabdian dan penelitian tentang persepsi lokal tentang perilaku pariwisata, masyarakat pariwisata secara keseluruhan telah memahami bahwa kearifan lokal telah menjadi topik penting untuk penelitian lebih lanjut. Pertanyaannya adalah bagaimana menegakkan tradisi sekaligus menciptakan alat-alat yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penduduk lokal tanpa memanfaatkannya dan mengubah cara hidup mereka karena menggunakannya dalam jangka panjang dan berulang. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan literatur yang ada tentang pariwisata berbasis kerarifan lokal dan prosesnya. Selain itu, membahas teori terkait dan menjelaskan teori sosial kelompok perilaku sebagai alat yang efektif untuk pariwisata jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Net Enrollment Rate (NER), the number of school education facilities at various levels of education, and the student-teacher ratio in Papua Province. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative descriptive data analysis, using a quantitative descriptive method with secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics for the 2019-2022 period. To measure the level of education participation in Papua, the School Enrollment Rate (APS) indicator is one indicator that can be used. The school enrollment rate (APS) is the ratio between the number of people who increase at a certain level of education and the number of people in the school-age group that corresponds to that level of education. In addition, the APS indicator can also be used as a parameter to determine the level of educational equity in an area. The results of the analysis show that the net enrollment rate for each age group has decreased by 12.65-22.70%. The number of primary schools in Papua Province has fluctuated, while Madrasah Ibtidaiyah has increased. The number of junior high schools increased while the number of Islamic junior high schools remained the same. The number of senior high schools is dominated by high schools, followed by Islamic high schools, then vocational high schools, Christian high schools and Christian theological high schools. The trend of changes in the ratio of elementary school students has decreased while the ratio of junior and senior high school teachers has increased. In general, the student-teacher ratio in Papua is still relatively low because it exceeds the standards set by the government. This is caused by many factors that still require further research.
