Abstract

Innovation in the management of education finances, facilities and infrastructure is an important step to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of educational resources. The use of information technology in budget management and financial reporting is one of the innovations that enables more efficient, accurate and transparent financial management. In addition, innovation is also implemented in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, using modern technology, better management and efficient use of energy. These innovations provide benefits such as reduced operational costs, increased learning quality, and increased educational accessibility. Good management of educational facilities and infrastructure is also important to ensure the sustainability and relevance of quality education. In this context, school principals have an important role in managing human resources, facilities and infrastructure to optimally achieve educational goals. Therefore, innovation in the management of education finances, facilities and infrastructure is an important step to improve the quality of education as a whole. In this study, a qualitative research approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of innovation in the management of education finance, facilities and infrastructure. Innovation in financial management, educational facilities and infrastructure has an important role in improving the quality of education. This innovation includes the use of information and communication technology, infrastructure improvements, and improving the quality of learning programs.

Abstract

Education is a process of giving humans various kinds of situations that aim to empower themselves. One type of education in Indonesia is boarding school. Boarding school is an educational institution that provides a place to live for students. Boarding School has a history at the beginning of its formation. In the process of developing a boarding school there are influencing factors. In addition to mapping the factors that influence the development of boarding schools, this paper also discusses their strengths and weaknesses. This paper is based on data collected through library research. The results of the study show that there is a historical background behind the formation of boarding schools, showing several factors that influence the development of boarding schools, and the advantages and disadvantages of boarding schools. This paper suggests the need to expand the cases studied, and discuss more comprehensive data sources.

Abstract

The Real and One Supreme Being, the Powerful and Omniscient Creator, the Eternal, the Decider of Destiny, and the Judge of the universe. Islam emphasizes the conceptualization of God as the Sole and Almighty. The concept and nature of God in Islam is very broad.The method used in this article is using library research, which is a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literatures related to research.In the context of discussing the nature or form of God, philosophers put forward five arguments, Cosmological Arguments, Ontological Arguments, Design Arguments, Moral Arguments and Teleological Arguments. Whereas in Islam, God as Ilah, Dan Malik and Allah with His Attributes of Perfection (Asmaul Husna). There are 3 things that humans need to remember to understand the existence of God, namely: Everything other than God, including the universe is always dependent on God, God the Great and Mighty is basically the Most Compassionate, and Things that definitely require the existence of a proper relationship between God and humans, namely the relationship between the Beloved and His servants, which consequently gives birth to the relationship between humans and humans. A person who has pure monotheism will be able to easily achieve the goals of Islamic religious education, namely creating a monotheistic Muslim with perfect faith and being able to transfer his religious values in everyday life and making a Muslim who behaves well in hablum minallah and hablum minannas.

Abstract

The aims of this study were: 1) Describe the constructivism learning theory of students in Islamic religious education subjects. 2) Describe the principles of Islamic religious education for students in Islamic religious education subjects. 3) Describing students' learning interest in the subject of Pekerti Islamic Religious Education. 4) Testing the effect of constructivism learning theory on students' learning interest in Islamic Religious Education subjects. 5) Testing the effect of the principles of Islamic religious education learning on students' learning interest in Islamic Religious Education subjects. 6) Testing the influence of constructivism learning theory together. The implication for students is to be able to increase interest in learning by reducing the habit of constructivist learning theory by means of good time management and setting priority scales for an activity, as well as increasing the principles of learning Islamic religious education so that they are brave in facing assignments with full responsibility and researchers. Furthermore, those who are interested in conducting research on academic procrastination, the principles of learning Islamic religious education and learning achievement, are advised to pay attention to other factors such as difficulty making decisions, fear of failure and several other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami hakekat pendidikan agama Islam dan urgensinya dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat untuk memahami keyakinan agama, tetapi juga sebagai agen penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan moral individu. Pendidikan agama Islam membantu individu dalam memahami nilai-nilai kebenaran, kemanusiaan, dan toleransi, yang menjadi landasan penting dalam kehidupan sosial dan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks. Studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa lembaga-lembaga pendidikan yang menerapkan pendidikan agama Islam dalam pendidikan modern memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk karakter siswa dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan zaman. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi bahwa pendidikan agama Islam memiliki dampak positif terhadap integritas siswa, moralitas, dan kemampuan mereka untuk berkontribusi dalam masyarakat yang beragam. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan agama Islam memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam pendidikan modern, dan pemahaman akan hakekatnya menjadi kunci dalam memahami urgensinya. Dalam konteks pendidikan modern yang penuh tantangan, pendidikan agama Islam memberikan landasan moral yang kokoh bagi individu untuk menjalani kehidupan yang bermartabat, adil, dan bahagia. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya perhatian dan peningkatan terus-menerus terhadap pendidikan agama Islam dalam sistem pendidikan formal guna memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membangun masyarakat yang beradab dan bermartabat.

Abstract

This study is aimed to analysis how the implementation of muraja'ah method to keep the Holy Qur’an memorization and the factors that influence its processes of implementing Qur’an learning method at Tahfizh Qur’an An-Nuur Sekayu.The type of this study is a field research. This study is presented in a descriptive qualitative method with the aim to describe a process occurs in the field setting. The approach applied in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are including: interview, observation and documentation methods. To analyze the data obtained from the results of the study, the writer used Miles and Huberman's interactive model data analysis techniques. Whereas to obtain data validity is determined by four criteria, namely the level of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study are (1). The implementation of the Holy Qur’an learning at Tahfizh Qur’an An-Nuur Sekayu emphasizes the students to always apply muraja'ah method to keep the memorization of the Holy Quran. (2). Some factors that influence the implementation process of Tahfizh Qur’an learning are including: internal factors (the spirit within the students, health of students, intelligence, interests and motivation) and external factors (support from parents, teachers and friends).

Abstract

Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai model pembinaan kompetensi kepribadian guru melalui pelatihan Baitul Arqam. Kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pelatihan Baitul Arqam untuk dijadikan model pembinaan kompetensi kepribadian guru SMA Muhammadiyah di kota Palembang. Dalam melakukan evaluasi pelatihan Baitul Arqam digunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick dengan istilah for levels evaluation model yaitu level 1 reaction, level 2 learning, level 3 behavior dan leval 4 result. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti menggunakan level 4 result (Hasil), karena peneliti akan menganalisis sejauh mana evalusi tahap dampak pelatihan Baitul Arqam terhadap kompetensi kepribadian guru di SMA Muhammadiyah di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian evaluasi Metode penelitian menggunakan metode mixed methods yaitu metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner interview dan observasi. Data diambil dari 2 SMA Muhammadiyah yaitu SMA Muhammadiyah 1 dan SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa, evaluasi dampak pelatihan Baitul Arqam terhadap kompetensi kepribadian guru SMA Muhammadiyah di kota Palembang menunjukkan hasil yang baik sekali dengan nilai rata-rata 4,54. Artinya pelatihan memberikan dampak positif kepada peserta diklat dalam peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian guru SMA Muhammadiyah di kota Palembang.

Abstract

Kegiatan pemberdayaan ini mengambil tema pelatihan penerapan teknik komunikasi pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa dalam berbagai konteks pembelajaran. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan ini, yaitu: pelatihan berbicara, pelatihan mendengarkan, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi pembelajaran. Hasil dari kegiatan pemberdayaan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan interaksi dan pemahaman dalam pembelajaran bagi Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam STAIDA Sumatera Selatan. Dengan adanya pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap teknik komunikasi, mereka dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran, berkomunikasi dengan baik, dan berkolaborasi secara efektif. Sebagai hasil evaluasi dan tindak lanjut, terdapat beberapa faktor yang sangat mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan pemberdayaan ini, yaitu: adanya dukungan fasilitas yang sangat baik dari mitra, serta antusiame mahasiswa peserta pelatihan. Adapun faktor penghambat kegiatan, yaitu keterbatasan waktu pelatihan. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari hal tersebut, mitra disarankan untuk melaksanakan pelatihan serupa dan senantiasa menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa yang relevan dengan bidang kerjanya setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan.

Abstract

This research highlights the importance of a social justice-based approach and recognition of diversity in creating an inclusive religious education environment. Values ​​such as tolerance, mutual respect and empathy need to be taught in the curriculum. This research uses a qualitative method with a library study approach, researchers use trusted scientific journal databases such as JSTOR, Google Scholar, and Scopus as the main data source. Through the process of searching and analyzing the literature, researchers were able to identify various inclusive strategies that have been implemented in Islamic religious education. Apart from that, data analysis was also carried out by grouping information based on themes that emerged from related literature. Training for educators to manage diverse classes. Collaboration between schools, families and communities is key in creating a friendly educational environment for all individuals. However, there are still obstacles related to resistance to diversity. Broader education and understanding is needed to increase inclusion in religious education. It is hoped that this research can help develop education policies that are more inclusive and responsive to cultural diversity.
